Great location, clean and spacious rooms, nice sauna with a view. Sauna was a bit to find at first but we eventually found it on the top floor up some stairs by the gym.

Favorite hotel in Tromso! Wish there was onsite parking.

My bathroom flooded during my shower due to a leak under the bath or a blocked drain? The service during check in was very slow. Dining for dinner was very limited - and the parking was expensive and offsite.

Great location, especially for organised tour pick-ups. Gym and Sauna on top floor has great equipment and views. Breakfast is excellent too. Highly recommended.

This hotel was extremely wonderful for the location! Close to nearly every tour meeting location we booked; close to restaurants and shopping as well. The breakfast was great and had a lot of variety. We had a lovely view of the town and could even see the northern lights! Only issue we had was there’s no restaurant inside the hotel or any kind of room service. My brother and I both got sick and couldn’t go out to get food, so it would’ve been nice to have room service to get something delivered.

Breakfast is really nice! Room is cozy and the sauna and gym has a very beautiful view of tromso.

No there was nothing in the bar. There is no one except the staff checking in. Nowhere to get any information. It’s a tired property that needs to be refurbished. The location is excellent but a disappointing show for Radisson

Rummen o hotellet gammalt och slitet. Inte alls i närheten av närliggande hotell eller matchande prisnivån tyvärr. Trapphus med dörr som smällde hela natten bredvid rummet. Svårt, nästan omöjligt att hitta gymmet som var väldigt litet.

Don't get me wrong, the view is amazing, but if you're disabled please understand the Rorbua pub and the pizza place aren't actually in the hotel, and if a cruise comes through the line is long untii 2am. It's not easily ADA accessible. Expedia and Booking claim room service, but that's patently false. They also told me I wasn't a member, which I absolutely was. I'd signed up for priority check-in and both in Tromsø and in Oslo said I hadn't. And the free breakfast tasted horribly. I'm -Norweigan American, and that wasn't either.

Fant mugg i dusjen… måtte ned og klage og få byttet rom. Å det var ingen problem. Neste rom vi fikk hadde badekar som var hår oppi så var ikke vasket godt nok og mye støv rundt om kring.. men alt utenom det så var det ingenting og klage på

I stayed for three days, The second day I left the place from 8:30 and came back at 3 pm and no one did my room I had to have a dirty room for the extra day without any supply of food towels or others stuff

We had a great stay at the Radisson Blu. The room was very clean and comfortable with a great view across the harbour. The staff were all friendly, and it's a great location being an easy walk to the town centre, the bus station, the harbour, plus a lot of the coaches for day trips picked up from the front door.

Our stay was absolutely atrocious. My wife and I booked this hotel for our honeymoon. Being that it was our honeymoon, we splurged for a room with a nice, ocean view. For the duration of our stay, a cruise ship was parked right in our view, large enough to entirely block the view that we paid EXTRA for. That is ridiculous. Additionally, the doors at the front of the building did not work half the time and staff was incompetent. We waited nearly 45 minutes to get checked in to our room in a line of only about 7 people. Breakfast was apparently “inlcuded” every day aka you are charged for it even if you do not go to get breakfast— which by the way, did staff mention this upon arrival? Of course not! Also, breakfast hours on weekends go until 11:00 am, but apparently if you get there at 10:15/10:30 A.M. the coffee bar in the breakfast area is closed. Seems a bit absurd to charge guests for breakfast every day even if it not used, and even if we do make it to breakfast it is not the full service. Lastly, cleaning service was an embarrasment. Tell me why I found green grapes underneath our bed after four days of being there, when we did not ourselves have any green grapes the entire time we were there? Did they even clean it? Don’t waste your time staying at this garbage hotel.

Chairs in the breakfast room are quite dirty with plenty of stains though the rest of the hotel is very clean. Slow WLAN with frequent interruptions.

The first night we were allocated a double room when we had requested a twin room. The bathroom shower cubicle only had one out of two doors which meant the room flooded when a shower was taken. The bathroom bin had not been emptied from the previous occupant. (On request we were moved to a better room the next morning ) The hotel offer free tea and coffee in the foyer but this was only available one day out of our three day stay. The foyer tables were not cleared or cleaned. Not a 4 star hotel

The hotel was very clean, staff was friendly, the location is central to everything, the gym and sauna were very nice. A lot of the excursions pick you up at the hotel right next to it so it’s very convenient. My room had a great view of the harbor and mountains. The only thing is that the rooms do not have AC and my room was pretty hot around 23 Celsius. I usually like to sleep in a very cold room. I did open the window but it barely opens so there wasn’t a breeze coming in. Other than that, I had an excellent experience.

Room was clean and spacious, the surrounding area has a lot of restaurants and bars. Also the hotel is located right next to the harbour.

This was an OK hotel. We stayed for 3 nights, and all the staff were professional, courteous and friendly. We were placed on 10th floor. Great views but the room was small. We experienced an issue with the shower flooding the floor as there was no seal. We reported it and maintenence duly visited later in the day, but reported they couldnt fix it and gave us extra towels to mopcthe floor. We reported this as unsatisfactory to reception. Next day, housekeeping removed the extra towels and the issue happened again. All in all, disappointing.

On paper this should be a great hotel; modern, close to the ocean, good views. However, our stay was disappointing, especially for the high prices. Our room was extremely tiny with no surfaces to put any luggage, sound proofing was bad as we could hear everything what happened outside of our room. The fitness and sauna area could be great, but there are only drops coming out of the shower up there and there is barely a place to sit after the sauna visit. The only good thing is the excellent breakfast.

Hotel is in the perfect location. Staff is nice. My room was nice. My friends room was the size.of a closet. Very expensive for the amenities and accommodations you get

Great hotel in great location. Room was very clean and quiet. The only improvement is to get better bed mattress. The bed has a mattress that is so light that if you twist and turn in your sleep it slips off the bed frame. Had to set it again and again.

And any way, key pick up was not particularly faster than check in on-site either. We booked queen-sized bed for two separate nights, beginning and end of the nordic tour, and each time we got a twin-bed room and joked about the infamous legal case where the guests lost for requesting for compensation for getting twin beds instead of desired couple’s bed. I think the same happened last year when we stayed there for a whole week… If the shortage of queen sized bed is serious, they should start selling queen-size bed room type separately. We realised that even the standard room, each room is slightly differently sized and shaped. While all standard rooms are shoe box - sized, one was smaller (or larger) than the other. Hotel’s interior design is cute as always, and breakfast is good. The location is superb. Some of the rooms have amazing harbor view or nice city view. Sauna is small but cute and functional.

Front desk staff was not very helpful. Even the manager could not properly direct us when we asked about parking. All they had to do was tell us to put Tromso Parkering in Google. They also didn’t know that the tunnel parking rate has a daily cap They are clueless. This is their tiny little city and being in the hotel industry. they should know these things to help guests. We went to a nearby hotel and the person there was so much more helpful even though we were not staying there. Disappointing service! Staff needs more training!!

Our only negative was how long it took to check in. It seemed like the clerk had a whole lot of screens and questions that had to be filled out. They worked as quickly as possible but just had so much that had to be completed before we got our key.

O atendimento na recepção nem sempre é adequado e há funcionários suficientes. O check in foi demorado, o check out também não havia pessoal na recepção. Além disso, o sabonete de banho não foi reposto e, quando foi solicitado por nós no dia seguinte, demorou cerca de 1 hora para vir o novo refil.

Staff friendly and helpful. Lively hotel in a great location. Very clean and warm. Everything we needed was on hand. Breakfast was really good. Quality and choice of food was of a high standard and plentiful. I wouldn't hesitate to stay in this lovely hotel in the future and would highly recommend it to anyone staying in Tromso.

We arrived at 9:30pm having spent the evening at the hospital as my wife had fallen and broken her shoulder. We were tired and she was in great pain. We were second in line at the check in desk and the previous guests took ages to check in. I help was offered without bags although I was allowed to borrow a trolley. By the time we checked in at 9:45 we were informed there was no restaurant or room service available. The only food we were able to get was take away pizza for which you had to go outside the hotel. The pizza shop server wasn’t kind enough to bring the pizza to our room. My wife was dehydrated and desperately wanted a cup of tea. While there was a kettle in the room and 1 or 2 teabags there was only powdered creamer, no milk. I rang reception and asked if we could have some milk. Not possible until breakfast. After much begging the person on reception agreed to break the rules and I was able to go down to reception to collect a small cup of milk. The room was small and poorly lit. No mini bar. The body wash dispenser in the shower was empty. The beds, however, were comfortable. All in all we were disappointed. My wife having fallen and broken her shoulder we had missed our flight. We booked into a relatively expensive hotel hoping for some comfort, some decent food and a relaxing night. We would have been no worse off staying in an ultra budget hotel as the amenities we hoped for were totally lacking.

The hotel is also completely insecure, as anyone, without a room key can assess the entire hotel including taking the elevators or stairs up to the rooms, which made us feel worried during our stay. For the price point and the known chain, much improvement is needed.

Incroyable expérience au radisson blu de tromso ! J’ai fêter l’anniversaire de mon mari, ils ont un service d’extra et ont pu me mettre des ballons et m’on fait une magnifique décoration et cerise sur le gâteau, ils ont pu nous surclasser !!! Mille merci au personnel de la réception et du petit déjeuner en passant par les femmes de chambres ils ont tous été aux petits soins et adorable. Le petit déjeuner est variés il y’a du salé du sucré et petit plus il y a un grand choix de produit sans gluten ainsi qu’une machine à café avec du lait d’avoine ce qui est un vrai plus ! La localisation de l’hôtel est parfaite nous étions à côté de tout ce qui a pu faciliter notre séjours en évitant de louant une voiture. Je recommande à tout le monde cet hôtel qui a su être un bien fou pour fêter l’anniversaire de mon mari merci pour cette expérience inoubliable.

Main Pick-up point for all the excursions right on our doorstep. Harbour for boat trips, seafood, great food/restaurants, main high street and supermarkets really close by. I’m a bit unsteady (age and hip replacement!) so being able to not feel rushed/stressed and enjoy the snow underfoot, feel part of things and start all the tours feeling happy and confident was fantastic. Room was lovely and warm, housekeeping excellent and plenty of working lifts to get up and down. Breakfast had fantastic choice and good value.

Comfortable hotel in centre of town across the road from the cruise berth.

The location is very central and perfect for exploring the city on foot. Numerous excursions start right outside the hotel. The Airport Express Bus stop is right across the street. The staff is very friendly.

We had a standard room, which had a plenty of space for two people. Nice view of the church and town from our window. Excellent breakfast! Location is close to all of the restaurants and shops.

Had a great stay. Very close to the port we were leaving from, walkable. Lots of restaurants and shops within walking distance.

Hôtel très bien situé. Chambre confort au 9eme erage avec jolie vue. Sauna et salle de sport au 10eme. Petit déjeuner en buffet , très bon et très complet.

Location was perfect. Walkable to warf and shopping. Best Arctic tours has a service desk in lobby - perfection. Bus to/from airport is just outside.

the location was great and Christian was very helpful when I checked kit. I was very disappointed in the lack of food options. There is only a $23 breakfast buffet, no food at all other than that. I had to go out for coffee every morning. The pub has no food. Also a very limited number of TV channels for an international hotel.

Sehr ruhige Zimmer, gute Betten, zentrale Lage. Beim Frühstück ist es sehr wuselig und man sitzt sehr eng, muss auf einen freien Tisch warten.

Yes there was a couple of issues with the keycard not working first time, and the main door not working for a day—neither of these were problems. The ladies on the reception were lovely and I enjoyed chatting to. Breakfast is nice and varied, if a bit cold, even the hot food. Location is convenient, it had a fantastic view, and was close to everything. Decent chance I’ll stay here again.
