Good restaurant in hotel

Great hotel with lovely staff, clean bright rooms, a convenient restaurant and bar, and a lovely park right across the street.

The Club floor and lounge were exceptional and I really appreciated the well equipped gym.

The Crowne Plaza is a real gem of an airport hotel. The staff and the rooms are perfect, and we enjoyed being able to use the Chromecast feature on the TV. The Lounge was excellent, and there is a nearby bus stop if you want to go into town. We will return to this location- loved our stay.

Well positioned to the airport, but with a gym and beautiful park across the road. Quite nice

Everything was amazing. From check in to check out. Great service in reception and always with a smile. Also great service at the lounge.

Room was clean and comfortable, lovely breakfast, only issue was being charged for parking when only found out about when checking out.

Hallway going to room was dimly lit and smelled musty.

Our bathroom started to smell about 2 hours after we checked in. I took a shower, which was fine, then a smell either from the fan or the drain? Made the room smell horrible and we had to keep the door shut. No one wanted to shower after that. Thankfully we were only in the room for a few hours overnight before our flight

So on arrival, restroom had spot of blood on bath towel. Called for replacements and told by James “no problem, fresh ones on way” but towel’s never arrived- so after 1 hour wait, went looking for a housekeeper on my own to track down clean towels. Mildew in shower, along with a hair on shower wall. Not what I expected

Our room had a terrible odor when we checked in, though we opened the window to air it out. The bathroom was very small and the sink did not drain properly. I brought this up at checkout and there was not much concern expressed

Great place if you need to be by the airport, friendly bus shuttle service. But… we had this room where the hvac noise was rattling the entire time whether we turned the AC on or off

Decent hotel. Clean enough. Just don't get the room next to the gym. Door is very loud closing and you can hear people coming and going.

Excellent hotel. Efficient check-in. Super comfortable bed and bedding. This is what every hotel should strive for…just focus on what counts for the customer to ensure a great night sleep. 10/10

Our final night of our Ireland trip and I request a family room. We were two adults and an 16 yr old and a ten yr old. All of our other nights in Ireland had plenty of room and beds. This one,Crown Plaza was the most expensive hotel of our trip and the smallest room. It had two beds that seemed more like full size bed than queen and were not comfortable and were noisy with the slightest move. The bathroom was nice but small. So, clean and beautiful hotel but not worth the high price we paid.

Quiet neighborhood setting minutes from airport.

Lovely room and bed and a Smart TV allows Netflix etc. Great breakfast. Shuttle was easy. Shower in bath slightly cramped but fine. Highly recommend.

This was the worst experience I have had staying in a hotel. First I phoned to get early check in, explained that I had to get car back by 1600-was told not a problem come for 1400. At 1500 room still not available told us there was only two like that and it takes time to clean, reminded me check in was 1600. I explained the situation and they said they would get room ready now and assigned me rm441 then at 1555 I was told it wouldn’t be until 1610. Now past the original check in. I asked to speak to manager as it shouldn’t take over an hour to clean room and now it’s past initial check in, plus the attitude from staff I wanted to find another hotel. Manager came in hot, very unprofessional and then said we don’t guarantee until 1600, I replied it’s past that, in which he returned nope your room is now ready. Assigned us a smaller layout rm 401. So no our room was still not ready and there was no accountability or professionalism shown. Horrible attitudes. I was shocked. Will make sure no one stays here that I know or this chain for that matter. I had my mother who had mobility issues and just needed to take her medication and lay down.

Absolutely everything was perfect at my stay at the Crowne Plaza. The reception staff were amazing (Special shout out to Sharif & Sylvia) they were very accommodating and provided a high level of profesionalism. The breakfast was good lots to choose from. The bar staff were very friendly and the selection of spirits was quite expansive. My room was meticulous clean the decor modern the bed was very comfy. I enjoyqed my late afternoon stroll and viewed swans in the pond. The property was well situated to other dining venues and it was easy accessing transportation - airport shuttle was an appreciated bonus. Would definitely stay again. Thank you.

Ikke varmtvann - måtte bytte rom flere ganger De avviste 11 potensielle middagsgjester fordi de ikke ville ta 11 individuelle betalinger. Den europeiske arbeidsgruppen måtte finne et annet sted å spise. Lunsjen fra middagssalen var ikke god - råvarene virket gamle/visne/tørre

The front desk staff are friendly and efficient, with an easy check-in process. They went out of their way to accommodate my family with a child cot. The restaurant was excellent with stellar wait staff. Highly recommend.

I had pre-booked and pre-paid my stay through Expedia. Upon arrival I was told the hotel didn't have my reservation. I showed proof of my booking and both staff members verified all details of the booking were correct. I was told it didn't matter because they did not have my booking in their system. Both staff members stated they didn't have any rooms to offer us, there was nothing they could do. I was told we would have to go elsewhere. I asked them to please check again because I have proof of my reservation. I was told to start looking for other options. I started to search contact information for Expedia but begged the staff to keep checking because it had to be a mistake. After a period of time, they found my reservation. The staff member stated "I was in the wrong screen, I'm here from another hotel and I was in that screen." Relieved that I wouldn't be scrambling to find another hotel at 10pm at night, I thanked him. I reminded him that I had reserved a non-smoking room, which was documented on my pre-booked reservation. The hotel provided myself and my daughter with a drink voucher for our troubles. We went to our assigned room, and it was smoking. We called down to explain the issue and we were immediately given another room that was non-smoking. My concern is both staff members were quick to be dismissive instead of helpful. The hotel itself was beautiful, there were plenty of amenities, and once we were given our correct room it was clean and comfortable.

When I checked in, the staff were great...friendly and helpful. Checking out was ridiculous. There was only one woman working and she was clearly trying to juggle too much.

Be careful of the hotel's "free shuttle" if you have difficulty walking. The staff does not mention that the shuttle does not go to Terminal 2. We were dropped at Terminal 1 and had to flag our own cab since walking was not an option. We may has well have taken an uber to begin with.

We stayed at this hotel to catch an early flight. The shuttle to the airport was perfect. The room was quiet, clean and spacious. The hotel is very close to the airport. So it made our flight very seamless. If you need to get to the airport early and need a very easy transition to the airport, I highly recommend this hotel.

Airport Shuttle was prompt and efficient. Hotel is ~1 mile from the airport, so no time to make the drive. Driver was there well before the time and left the hotel for the airport exactly when advertised. Note that this was at 5 a.m.

The shuttle location at the airport was not as easy to find as I thought it would be. Hotel is excellent.

Clean, comfortable hotel near Dublin airport. Across from a lovely park with walking paths. Breakfast was excellent and the in-house restaurant is busy and offers a varied menu. My only quibble is that the free shuttle only drops off at Terminal 2. For Terminal 1, it is a short walk, which is fine if the weather is nice but would be terrible if it was rainy and windy….(Air Canada leaves from Terminal 1) Also the pickup point for the shuttle to the hotel is far from the terminal and is also open to the weather.

We waited over an hour for the shuttle to arrive at Dublin Airport.

Beautiful location right next to a park. Nice clean rooms and accommodating staff. Free shuttle to the airport every 30 minutes.

Waited 50 minutes in the rain for a shuttle bus that never showed up, no time table posted at gate ( as other hotels have ) wasted time and money on a taxi, very poor…

If you don’t mind being away from the action, this is a nice property. Even though it’s near the airport, I did not hear a single plane during my five day stay. The breakfast buffet is excellent, as is the hotel restaurant. Our room was very clean. The staff were super friendly and helpful. What would bring things up a half notch would be an on-site takeaway shop for drinks and snacks. That was missed.

Perfect hotel to stay at if you’re looking to be close to the airport. Didn’t love the menu at the restaurant, felt like it was missing some basics. And the bed didn’t have a sheet under the comforter, which would have been nice for those hot sleepers like myself. Overall a great option.

The dining in both the dining room and cafe/bar have great healthy menus, and the wait staff are cheerful and welcoming!

The hotel is lovely and very covenient to everything we were doing. Staff are friendly and very helpful. Room was lovely, very clean and very spacious. The let down for us was food, lunch was poor and the breakfast was cold. Overall I gave it a 4 star because the hotel is lovely and we really enjoyed our stay

Breakfast was wonderful, sadly, dinner (singapore noodles) was very disappointing!

Nice hotel with good size rooms. Less than 10 away from the airport. Our only issue was the executive longe food was awful. Both the evening and breakfast were terrible. If people want to pay extra for the longe, they should receive decent food.

We got in late after a delayed and canceled flight. By the time we got in the restaurant was closed but were told there was a 24 hour room service menu. There is nothing near the hotel to go out and grab something to eat so we opted for the room service. It was limited to 3 items. Then we were told there was no hot water due to a maintenance issue. Not the hotels fault but not good. Comfortable room. Great that there is a shuttle bus. Friendly staff.

Excellent hotel, get what you pay for. Had a terrific steak and a bottle of wine in the restaurant. Good place to spend the last night of a trip to Ireland.
