Nice hotel, but in need of modernising and renovation. The heating system is outdated, room was cold upon arrival and until the central heating was turned on later. Breakfast was night… but buffet items cold. Scrambled egg was overcooked and the bacon (which is good quality) was soggy rather than crisp / grilled. The shuttle bus is handy, but was full when I tried to use it at 11:30am

Tiny bathroom and very difficult to get your luggage through the door without carrying it up a set or two of stairs. Parking lot is pitch black with tiny signage and ankle deep puddles.

Poor signage in a confusing floorplan with long corridors & limited lifts. Rooms were standard but mattress was very good. Well located as airport hotel with regular & friendly shuttle service even in very early morning.

Room was a tad noisy. But it is an airport property. Shuttle ran every 15 mins or so but it’s a small van and would fill fast. We ended up walking to the terminal because the line was so long.

Close to the Airport and walkable if you know the way. The room was nice, and the breakfast buffet was really good. They airport shuttle running very 30 minutes didn't have room for all the guests that needed to go to the Airport. VERY Expensive for the one night.

The staff were all nice and very helpful. Parking was adequate. Free shuttle to and from the airport was appreciated. Parking could've been included in the already fairly high room rate (over 200€ per night)

The room was on the ground floor and had a noticeable damp smell, also it needs refurbishment. Despite requesting a double bed, was given two single beds instead. The radiator was also very noisy, which made it difficult to rest.

We used this hotel for an overnight layover before flying out the next morning. The room we were given looked like it had been cleaned but the sheets on the bed had (blood?) stains on them and there were hairs also in the sheets. There was dust in the ceiling corners and buildup on switches. The walls of the room were scuffed up quite badly and it just did not look like a well kept room. We requested a room change and were given an upgraded room with a king bed. The upgraded room was much better than the room initially booked. The staff was very proactive and apologetic and friendly. The bed was comfy and overall after we changed rooms it was an okay stay. The hotel rooms are definitely dated and it would be fine for a night or two if using the nearby airport to travel elsewhere.

An excellent hotel in every way. The room was spotless and quiet, and roomy enough, with sufficient storage. I wish there was a safe, but otherwise perfect. Shower was hot. Bathroom had everything we needed. Food was easily available at two venues and tasty. Great service. And the front desk staff was very helpful in extending our stay when a flight was cancelled at the last minute. We got the same room back without having to wait until a new room became available. That was much appreciated. One minor problem- the vans to the airport are small and can be overbooked. Luckily it’s an easy walk, if you don’t have too much luggage in tow.

Rooms are very small, smell like mold, pictures are very deceiving. Bathrooms so small you can’t even open the door without it nearly hitting the toilet. Water from the Shower sprays all over bathroom floor

This hotel was perfect for our one night stay before flying out of Dublin. The room was a little like a cruise ship but it’s just what we needed. Service in the casual bar/restaurant was great. We didn’t leave the hotel so not sure if there is much else to do in the area but the free shuttle to our terminal was very quick in the morning.

This was my third time staying at this hotel; however, it is the last time I will stay there. When I arrived, I was forced to use a kiosk to check in, even though I requested a ‘regular check-in with an actual person’. The agent who told me I had to use the kiosk then stood next to the kiosk and either typed in my information or watched me do it. In the meantime, 2 other customers entered the hotel to check-in, and 2 different agents checked them in - both customers were done checking in well before I (and the agent just watching me) was finished checking in. For the price they charge, FORCING a CUSTOMER to use a kiosk to check in is DISGUSTING customer service, particularly in that they REFUSED my request for an agent to check me in, even though there were 3 agents at the front desk, and I was the only customer checking in at the time. I will never stay there again. There are plenty of other options competitively priced in the area.

Convenient to the airport. Staff wait while you use kiosks to check yourself in. Sad. Literally rolled eyes as i was asking questions pre checkin. They validated my parking ticket but the machine still tried to charge. Hit the help button tell them you are validated and they did let me out for free as it ahould be inder 15 minutes with validation. We were 6 people in 2 rooms and the front desk was comatose watching people self checkin. Unacceptable, but hey, its right at the airport so easy for travelers.

Friendly folks from check in to check out. We had a great dinner at the hotel restaurant. Our servers Anyang and Anay were so kind and attentive. The beds were fantastic and the room was huge. Thank you for a great nice stay. Oh, the shuttle was also great!

The front desk clerk was unfriendly at check in. The sheets on the bed were dirty. A very nice employee did however arrived right away and switched them for fresh sheets. The service in the bar was very slow. The scrambled eggs at breakfast were terrible.

Check in ran smoothly as was partly done online but there was still a real person in reception to finish it off. Room spacious clean and comfortable. Radiator could be turned off so made room a nice temperature. Staff in restaurant were professional and attentive. Airport shuttle easy to find and ran regularly from early on.

Pratique pour aéroport, on peut s’y rendre à pied ou avec la navette. Brasserie tout près repas en continu. Aussi autobus pour se rendre à Dublin ou Malahide! Le buffet déjeuner est excellent et tôt, très apprécié.

Very convenient airport hotel. The hotel layout is strange and it was a very long walk from reception to our room. Room was fine and clean. The breakfast was fine. The bar is good. There is a convenient shuttle service to the terminals but it is walkable… less than 10min walk to T2.

Location was actually good. We were able to take a 30 minute shuttle to Temple Area and back from the airport. Breakfast was good and the restaurant was good as well. Would stay here again if in Dublin again.

Complimentary transportation to the airport runs nonstop around the clock, ensuring a seamless departure experience. Without question, we will be staying here again on our next trip to Ireland.

The shuttle was right outside the door. We had breakfast, lunch and dinner there and they were all good. We even capped off the evening with an Irish coffee in the bar. It was a nice way to end our Irish holiday.

The Maldron made it easy for us to get to the airport on time with their shuttle service. The food wasn't very good. The onion rings tasted like they had been in the freezer for a very long time. I'd recommend to grt food somewhere else. The airport food might even be better.

Checking in was a breeze. I’m not sure how this hotel has a four star rating. It has very few amenities. However, if you have an early flight out and want to be close to the airport, it’s great. The food was average, the service in the restaurant was pretty slow. Shuffle service in the morning at the airport was fantastic.

Staff great and nice clean safe and quiet hotel (considering it’s on the runway) Food is excellent I thought my chicken was pink and it was taken away straight away and the head waiter was lovely and brought me a free beer and a change of order. Btw the Satay skewers starter was amazing - bedroom was nice and comfy - I feint safe and had everything in. Pillows are not good so prepare for that - too big and soft no support. The hotel free airport shuttle was superb and a lovely lad driving. All in all (almost) great - pricey at £140 and food is dear - starters £10 and mains around £30 beer £8 Hotel is ideal for airport and everything is easy Very clean and quiet and staff nice. But just not great enough to get 4/5 for me and undercooked chicken that the chef Sara is fine knocked my rating to a 3/5.
