Staff were very helpful and friendly in general. I had to move rooms due to the suffocating heat on the 3 rd floor which could not be turned off in the room I was initially in. Did not sleep at all the first 2 nights until I asked to be moved. Next room was cooler but bed very lumpy. I was given a discount of one night from my bill and the group manager Lisa was very helpful.

The staff were so friendly and helpful . Great fun with the bar staff, food was amazing, room was clean, and close to the town. Cant recommend it enough.
