Excellent stay in Letterkenny, Donegal . Superb modern accommodation. Very easy to check in, room was ready. Beautiful, well equipped room with tea, coffee, biscuits, free safe, hairdryer, iron and ironing board etc Lovely bathroom and shower. Very high standard of housekeeping, scrupulously clean rooms and ample seating in foyer and also on floors. Staff very friendly and helpful. Promptly replenished biscuits and provided toothbrush and toothpaste for guest. We ate in the Mulberry Restaurant , excellent cuisine, very reasonably priced. Excellent breakfast with tea/coffee, cereals, fruit juice, toast, delicious cooked breakfast. Also cold continental breakfast options. Excellent leisure facilities, pool, sauna/ spa and well equipped fitness suite. Had a really marvellous stay. Very welcoming - will return again. Well done Radisson Blu! Very convenient to major shops eg M and S food store, Dunnes, Clark’s,H and M, M and Co, TK Max , just 100 to 200 yards away for shoppers.

We arrived just after 3pm and were greeted by a charming Lady, big smile, very polite and friendly. Checked in less than 2 minutes. Room was spotless and well appointed, breakfast and dinner both nights in the hotel, staff so friendly and the food has to be among the best around. Great selection and beautiful. We went to breakfast and when we returned the room had been cleaned - unbelievable. We also d=spent time in the gym and pool area, staff great again and facilities excellent. It felt like they had been very recently upgraded (although we would have loved a jacuzzi)

The hotel is in great condition and exceptionally maintained. Staff are amongst some of the nicest, most friendly and helpful staff ever encountered. Very accommodating of families. Food is delicious, too, and the spa / pool is wonderful.

Superior Family room was great for 2 adults and 2 children. Wifi mirror in bathroom is a nice touch! room was very comfortable, bathroom floor could have used a mop (white shower mat was black after use) Staff were very helpful, breakfast was good...no pancakes so kids were a little disappointed (it's their highlight of a (rare) hotel stay). All in all a great stay

We had a great 2 nights bed and breakfast. The hotel is very clean, comfortable, and very accessible to all amenities, shop, bars and restaurants within walking distance. Staff very friendly and helpful. We have stayed in this hotel on numerous occasions, great location!

At this time the showers were not as clean as normal!, we went to the pool hoping to have a little girl time and relax only to find older men just sitting at the pool side just leering at women in the pool area which made us feel quite uncomfortable!! Any time we went to the steam or sauna it felt like another male was following us!, if that wasn’t bad enough my daughter was showering only to be interrupted as the doors cannot be locked, this wasn’t the first time this happened

The hotel was immaculate, beautifully decorated and well located. Our room was spacious, well equipped and breakfast was great. What made our stay however was Majella, she greeted us on check-in and asked what we were doing in the area. We said we planned to visit Glenveagh National Park. She said she note down some places worthy of a visit when she got back off her break. When we called back to reception she’d done more than note down some places she had printed off information on some great places to visit and was so enthusiastic about them it made us more eager to visit them. Her help was invaluable particularly as the tourist office wasn’t open until June! So a big thank you to Majella.

Stayed here for 1 night, my room was very hot (24 degrees c) and not enough hot water pressure to run a bth(cold was fine). I asked at reception regarding the heat in my room and was told that as I was in a standard room there was no air conditioning, and a fan was sent to the room. The irony was that as the room was too hot I had to open the window, but when I did I had to close it again as the noise from the air conditionjng units outside my room was too loud.

We had a lovey weekend break in Letterkenny. The hotel was a short walk from the town center and across the road there are retail parks. The hotel is modern with a nice atmosphere. The superior room was a good size with air conditioning and a very comfortable king size bed. The bar food was very good & the prices reasonable. The buffet breakfast was plentiful and filling. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We would have no hesitation in returning to the hotel.

The staff in the Mulberry room were so sweet & friendly. Jessica greeted us most mornings and was so sweet and helpful. Kira also was sweet. On our last day we hoped to see them to say goodbye but they were not working that morning. We also had lovely conversations with Swatee. They all made us feel very welcomed and at home.

No-one likes the way hotel costs have gone up in the past few years however in that context the Radisson Blu in Letterkenny was good in comparison to other property's. The staff were all lovely and a pleasure to deal with

This is a lovely centrally located hotel hotel. Rooms are spacious and clean while staff provide that unique Donegal welcome. Unfortunately on this trip that welcome was missing and didn't reappear later. Room wasn't ready at checkin. Was asked to take a seat and was assured staff were working on it and they'd call me shortly. Waited over an hour and saw many arrivals checkin and head to their rooms. Turns out they forgot about us. At dinner that evening they tried to sit us at a low bar table when there were restaurant tables available. Not great. In fairness food was good and room was comfortable. Hopefully this visit was just a blip.

From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel very welcome. We had booked a room for 2 adults and a child, and were very suprised to have a massive room with a king size bed, a single bed and a sofa bed. We packed the sofa bed away and there was so much space in the room. It was very much appreciated. The swimming pool and health suite were lively and not too busy. The breakfast was very tasty and varied. This hotel is situated in a great location, beside many shops and restaurants. There are some boy racers that drive up the road beside the hotel, but the hotel can't help that. It's not too noisy from the first floor room we were in. The restaurant (The Mulberry, i think it was called) has very friendly and helpful staff. The food was excellent too. We will definitely stay at this hotel gain.

Very good, very noisy cars rallying up and down the road adjacent to the Hotel in the early hours, not something the Hotel can sort out, but perhaps a complaint to the local Garda, would help.

We loved the swimming pool and the flexibility to use the leisure facilities. The staff in the leisure area are fantastic, very helpful, kind and super clean, it shows. Well done. The housekeeping team do exceptional work-the whole hotel is fabulously immaculate. Well done. We loved the warm welcome on day 2 from Aine the receptionist-she is a superstar. The gentleman at reception on day 1 was so professional and stepped in when the lady at reception on day 1 was less helpful. First impressions. Super clean hotel. Super beautiful reception area. The food is mainly high quality at the restaurant. The chicken burger option was superb. Please replace the children`s burger option-it tastes like a home cooked economy burger (please taste it), although the chips were well-liked. The ambience and the customer service in the restaurant can be improved, only stayed for 15 minutes, the service was too rushed-food too quickly delivered on the table and we wanted to get another drink- there was no one available to ask or to check that we enjoyed the meal, so we left. The high rating is due to the quality of the chicken burger and presentation of the food from the kitchen.
