We had a lovely stay here for 7 nights this month. Pros: Area is very well connected by transit, very helpful and friendly staff, free coffee/tea/water, around the clock, working wifi, cute court yard for hanging out, happy hour, breakfast Cons: this area is very loud. We were on floor 1 and there were people regularly smoking, chatting, screaming, setting off fireworks, revving engines and generally being very loud on the corner outside our window between 12-4am. One night there was a 1am wedding party that arrived honking non stop and then set off fireworks at 2am. I’m not sure if this is a custom but it was very distressing when happening right outside your window so late at night. The next night a group of younger boys were screaming and throwing up near by around 3am. The area can also get a bit seedy in the evening with some interesting characters, however we never felt unsafe.

The breakfast buffet was terrific. Hotel was conveniently situated next to the main train station. Our family rented bikes from the hotel too which was easier than using some app. Because we had preteen/teen kids they couldn’t use an app to rent them otherwise. Liked the free water. Staff was friendly. We also spent our last day at Tivoli which was a five minute walk away. We came on a weekend and there is some loud nightlife on the street at times. But the windows were soundproof enough that it wasn’t a big deal. Would stay again!

We changed rooms as our first night was very warm and very noisy if the window was opened as it faced the front. We told Danny on duty on night reception and he was very understanding and helpful and changed our room .Our room was very clean, the shower good and the bed comfortable. The tea and coffee available downstairs at all times was appreciated. All the staff were helpful and polite.

Staff were very friendly. The water, plain and cucumber infused at the counter was very nice and refreshing. The beds were a little soft for our liking but otherwise comfortable. The breakfast was tasty and there was good variety. The little garden they have where you could go outside and eat or just sit was lovely. They have no air conditioning. They have large windows that can be opened but if it is noisy on the streets and you need to close the windows then the room can get quite stuffy. It is super close to Central station which is very convenient. It was a good location and we would stay here again

We were coming into town on our way to Amsterdam and spent two nights here. It’s a cute hotel in downtown Copenhagen and it’s very close to a lot of restaurants and sites but if you are someone who has accessibility issues or is a larger body person, this is a difficult hotel to stay in. Staff was great. Very friendly and very helpful. The only downside is you have to park offsite.

Great staff, used the luggage room when we arrived early, clean rooms. Super close to central station. We weren’t out late so location wasn’t an issue for us. Good access to restaurants/cafes. They had a happy hour- 2for 1 beers. Breakfast was pricey (150k) if not included. Would recommend a handrail on 4 stairs on first floor.

Veldig slitt. Dårlig lukt og luft på hotellrommet, så vinduene måtte åpnes. Ekstremt mye støy fra gaten, både med arbeid og generell støy hele døgnet. Be om å få rom mot bakgården om du må bo her. Enkel frokost, men tross alt ok. Grei seng. Badet trenger en real skrubb! Vegg-til-vegg teppet - tør ikke tenke på hvor mye skitt som ligger der helt fra 90-tallet.

Obekväma och fläckiga sängkläder, mögel i taket i badrummet, sprickor i kaklet, inte ordentligt städat. Hissar som inte fungerade. Kändes som allmänt lägre klass på hotellet. Men trevlig personal!

The rooms had a very nice size and the beds were comfortable. The bathroom was a little dated but still totally fine. I loved that I was able to open the windows, even if it was loud outside during the night (but they provide earplugs.) The breakfast was excellent! Also the stuff was very nice. The location was another big plus - convenient to the train station and in walking distance to everything we wanted to see in Copenhagen.

Room was small and "old", felt nothing like the pictures at the booking site. The bed was good, i slept well. But the bathroom was horrible! Tiny and icky, but worst was that the drain for the shower was not IN the shower but outside. You only had a fabric shower curtain and then aaaaall the water from the shower of course flooded the bathroom. No heat source made it not dry and all was damp. Blah. Breakfast was simple but good bread.

Positives: very friendly and helpfull staff. Clean room. Perfect location. Negatives: There were hardly any water coming out of the shower head. It was the noisiest hotel room I have ever stayed in! They provided some cheap ear plugs that did not help. The room could also do with a serious upgrade as ot was not very nice.

Superb location. Convenient to the metro, tivoli gardens and the train station. Staff were nice and welcoming. Unfortunately the room was really basic and cramped. The bathroom had cracks in the sink and toilet. No air con despite it being 28 degrees.

There is no AC in the rooms, which was shocking as an American. I was able to get a fan from the front desk, and I slept comfortably with the fan and the window open. The location is so convenient to the trains, and food. The streets were a little noisy at night, but nothing too crazy.

First of all, the staff in this hotel was amazing. They helped us with finding a place to do laundry, food recommendations, adding on the breakfast for a day, getting us a taxi to the airport, and finding a local flower shop. They were always a pleasure to chat with and always so incredibly helpful. The hotel itself is near Tivoli Gardens and the main train station and a nearby metro station so it's super easy to navigate around Copenhagen. The rooms were a nice size and comfortable with the bonus of windows that could fully open. The breakfast was quite good. There's a little garden/terrace area to sit outside. You could rent bikes and there were drinks available with happy hour discounts. The only cons of the place were that the rugs were a bit worn with stains. One night the street noise was quite loud - but it was also the end of Eurovision so we thought that was probably the cause and it was isolated to only one night.

The staff were amazing, everyone was so nice and helpful. They gave me recommendations of where to go and where to eat, the staff were amazing. The room was quite small but was perfect for just sleeping and showering etc. I felt incredibly safe here as a solo young female traveller. I would highly recommend!

We were very delighted to see a very friendly receptionist Jonas at the check in and when we were leaving the hotel. He was very friendly and helpful at the check in process. Our bathroom was quiet outdated, therefore it would be great if that can be refurbished in the nearest future for the comfort of the guests, however room was clean. Great location for Tivoli and train station, just a few min walk.

Rent och fint rum, men kalt och att säga trivsam vore för mycket. Räcker att sova i. Enbart duschtvål (schampo o tvål i ett) Oengagerad receptionist vid incheckning. Ok utbud på frukost men lite kallt och trist och utplockat. Renlighet toppbetyg.
