Smidig incheckning, lite otydlig entré. Fantastiskt god frukost med många olika saker att välja mellan. Trevligt och uppskattat med kaffe, te, fika och frukt dygnet runt. Tyvärr kyligt i matsalen under frukosten. Bra med olika stora och olika höga kuddar.

Has Hotel befindet sich in der Fußgängerzone, somit gibt es nur sehr, sehr teure Parkmöglichkeiten auf der Strasse oder im Parkhaus. Das Frühstück ist gut, aber es gibt wenig Sitzplätze. Mein Einzelzimmer war extrem klein, ca. 7-8 m² inkl. Bad.

Fick först ett rum som var på tok för varmt. Personalen gav oss ett nytt rum i den gamla delen. Lyhört men sköna sängar. Upptäckte till min förskräckelse silverfiskar på toaletten efter ha sovit där! Blev äcklad o fick byta rum till ett trångt rum sista natten. Detta är för mig helt enkelt snuskigt och helt oacceptabelt!

This BW is great for the money, with fantastic breakfast, both in quality and variety, at no additional charge. It is in a safe environment and is within walking distances to many attractions. The only reason I gave it a 4-star rating instead of a 5-star is its guest room conditions. The standard room is as small as it can be, with a twin bed that does not feel stable. The bathroom is in a descent size, but the conditioner bottle was empty. Also the tissue box was not replaced once it became empty.

Rummet var otroligt litet, så litet att det inte gick att ha ens en kabinväska öppen utan att lägga den på sängen. Rummet hade ingen AC och fönstren gick inte att öppna för att få lite cirkulation, vilket hade behövts då rummet var otroligt varmt.

Rommet var veldig trangt, mye trangere enn det som framgikk av bildene. Det var også uutholdelig varmt. Ventilasjonen var dårlig, og fordi rommet vendte ut mot atriet, hjalp det ikke å åpne vinduet, ettersom det var like varmt i atriet. Det var satt inn en vifte, men det var ikke mye hjelp i den. Frokost ok og hyggelig betjening, men det oppveide ikke for mangelen på luftemuligheter. Her bor vi aldri mer.

Det var sjukt varmt i hela hotellet, mest på rummet - trots att det typ var regn och 15 grader ute alla dagar. Bodde "i källaren" utan möjlighet till att vädra mot innergården, i ett lite VÄL litet rum för två vuxna personer. Den ena fick lägga sig i sin säng för att den andre skulle kunna röra sig i rummet/gå på WC. Tur att man mest fördrev tiden på stan. Det enda som var riktigt bra var frukosten. Mycket att välja på, fräscht och lämnade absolut inget övrigt att önska. Topp!

Good: the personal was nice and the location was good. Bad: the rooms' windows look to an internal patio so there is not actual ventilation and you can hear the noise. The shower was bad. It was broken or something's splashing the bathroom as there was not a shower door. The worst part was the bed. It was a single bed with 2 soft mats/mattresses toppers instead of a proper mattress. It was weak and inestable making you slide to the sides. I spent the whole night trying to stay in the center of the single bed. Worse night and sleep. Unbelievable for a 4 star hotel.

The hotel was good overall. But the windows were old and they were not noise-isolated, so early in the morning (around 6) the noise of preparing breakfast or people having breakfast woke us up. Our room was small, and the window opened to the inside of the building. We had some issues with ventilation also.

No one at the reception. You have to wait also in front of the elevator because it is not here one out of 3. If you are at the third or over (5 or 6th) floor, you will be exhausted. The reason is the door does not close right. it happens EVERY DAY so you can't access the lift. Someone came eventually at the reception, he wanted to help, he was the guy from kitchen and could not answer. Service very poor, no one at the reception. Unqualified people in the staff. Thieves from the street came in every morning and looked into what was available to take since nobody to be found from the hotel at the entrance.

Mysig hotell men mottagandet när man kom gjorde att upplevelsen inte blev bra. Han som stod i repetion var otrevlig, snäsig, min känns blev att vi var till besvär. Borde gå en kurs i bemötande och service. Vi fick rummet in mot receptionen och det var väldigt högljutt fönstren borde bytas ut till treglasfönster istället.

We had a lovely stay at Hotel Bentleys--the service was fantastic, the breakfast was very good (i loved the vegan options!), and the rooms/beds were clean and comfortable. The location was also very convenient for getting around downtown Stockholm. I will definitely stay here again on another visit.

This hotel is in great location walking distance to old town or downtown area .variety of shops for shopping and dinning .the hotel itself is clean and quite .It's just that the rooms were small and hallways are so narrow .it's not easy to handle your luggage's. I'm from Canada and we are not used to small spaces .other than that everything else was perfect .friendly staff ,decent breakfast ,etc.

Mycket bra upplevelse. Bra service vid ankomst, då vi anlände tidigt. Frukosten var jättebra. Hotellet ligger centralt, vilket medför lite störande ljud utifrån. Men det centrala läget gör ju också att man har närhet till allt, vilket är mycket positivt.

This BW is great for the money, with fantastic breakfast, both in quality and variety, at no additional charge. It is in a safe environment and is within walking distances to many attractions. The only reason I gave it a 4-star rating instead of a 5-star is its guest room conditions. The standard room is as small as it can be, with a twin bed that does not feel stable. The bathroom is in a descent size, but the conditioner bottle was empty. Also the tissue box was not replaced once it became empty.

The breakfast was superb - fresh, varied and also special diets were taken into account. No air conditioning and thus very hot in the room. The room was small but suitable for a one-night stay. For a longer stay I couldn't recommend.

Best location and okay breakfast. There is no AC in the room, it is only ventilation and small portative ventilator. But it it is not good enough during warm days which how it was during our stay. Rooms have courtyard view so when you open the window for fresh and cooler air, all the loud was in the room. It was not pleasant or quiet stay. Also there was a sewage smell in the bathroom.

Lovely hotel in the centre of Stockholm along the main pedestrian street. Georgous breakfast in the main atrium. Very friendly and professional staff. Room on 5th floor small with single bed under the roof but cosy and clean so no issues.

The room was very hot, we had to use a fan. Many of the rooms face an ”inside area”, mening that opening of windows didn’t help at all.
