Hotel Tapto was a nice hotel to stay at. It was in a convenient location and close to the subway. My room was clean and spacious. The price was reasonable and the breakfast was good. I like that there is a bar downstairs where you can order a beer and it was open late. I would definitely stay here again if I come back to Stockholm.

Lugnt område men ändå bekvämt gångavstånd till centrum. Bra storlek på rummet. Bra ljudisolerat. Mycket skön säng och kudde - härliga sängkläder. Bra badrum/dusch. Riktigt god frukost med gott urval. Mycket bra recetionsservice i samband med in- och ut-checkning. Bra parkeringsgarage i närheten.

Hotel Tapto was a nice hotel to stay at. It was close and convenient to my office as well as the subway. The price was reasonable, the breakfast was good and the lady at the front desk let me check in early which was great. I like that there is a bar downstairs where you can order a beer and it was open late. I would definitely stay here again if I come back to Stockholm for work.

Nice hotel with breakfast, “Fika” ( coffee break) and light dinner provided daily. Staff was very accommodating and nice that grocery store and bus and subway stations were very close. The only opportunity was the steam room and sauna were not working during several days of our stay. Shout out to George at the front desk who was always very responsive to our requests. We would definitely stay here again!

Für einen Städtetripp gut, der Koch hat sehr lecker gekocht, auch für Vegetarier. Die Zimmer mit schwarzer Tapete und schwarzen Schränken sehr duster, unter den Sesseln Staub und Haare vom Vorgänger, nicht schön. Der Wechsel in ein anderes Zimmer war problemlos. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig.

Vistelsen var bra, men utbudet av kvällsmaten och eftermiddagskaffet upplevde vi ha blivit sämre jämförelse med många tidigare vistelser… både gällande kvalitet och kvantitet. Så också att rummen inte städades om man inte sa till om det kvällen innan.

Hotellrummet: Smutsig handduk, balsam slut i duschen, nästan stopp i handfatet. Matsal: Trångt vid frukostbuffen, bordsplaceringen trång, ologisk placering av frukosten. Onödigt köbildande. På hotellets sida står det att det finns säkerhetsskåp i receptionen, receptionisten sa att det inte fanns några. Plus för att vi kunde lämna packning i bagagerum och checka in innan uttalad tid och återkomma senare under kvällen.

This is a good value budget hotel in a quiet residential area. The standard room is very small with a sliding door into the shower room. Shower pressure was good. Cleaning only done with 24 hours notice and was only a change of towels, bin emptied and bed made. Breakfast was great although not the coffee. Evening meal was included which was a great saving. Menu is published for the week. Soup. One hot main dish plus a couple of salads, bread, crispbread and hummus. All tasty. Deserts could be purchased. Afternoon cake was good too and included. Staff were friendly and helpful but reception staff operated the bar which caused delays getting served when people were checking in or out. 5 mins walk to metro.

Vi sov en natt på hotellet och sängen var under all kritik. Fjädrarna lät och hela sängen gungade så fort man rörde sig. Vi sov ingenting drn natten. Jättetråkigt då vi gillar hotellet i övrigt. Saknade även en spegel med förstoring i badrummet.

God middag och frukost som ingår. Trevligt att sent på natten vid kl 01,00 kunna beställa varm sandwich i baren. Ganska slitet hotell utan AC, rätt varmt på rummet. Slitet badrum med snehängande toalettstol trasig dusch dörr trasig hårtork som sitter kvar på väggen men en fungerande iallafall ien påse. Lyhört. Har varit värt det förrut när det låg på priset 1500 men nu kostade det 2600.fast allt har ju gått upp. Men i allmänhet ändå ett trevligt hotell på lugn gata på Östermalm..

Frukosten serverades kl 7.30 på helgen men då jag hade behov av tidigare frukost en av dagarna så var det inga problem. Lite mindre utbud i och med det men det räckte gott och väl :) Skön enkelsäng. Fanns allt jag behövde på rummet. Fräscht badrum. Kaffe och te på rummet. - Varmt på rummet, ingen AC. Andra natten frågade jag om en fläkt, det fanns att låna. Så det blev bra tillslut :) Fiskmåsar utanför fönstret.

We enjoyed our stay here. The room was lovely and spacious, the bed was super comfortable. Bathroom was a good size with plenty of toiletries and shower was lovely. Only drawback was the room was very very hot even with the window open it was warm and unable to reduce the temperature on the radiators enough which made it difficult to layer up for the cold outside when it was so hot in there. But better to be hot than cold especially when it’s minus temperatures outside! The bar area was fairly small for the size of the hotel but very comfortable and chilled. The staff were very polite and helpful with a great sense of humour. Fika time was a nice touch and we enjoyed this if we happened to be at the hotel at the right time, The light evening meal was alittle hit and miss and some of the options were not very warm but there was something always available if you wanted it. We also managed to find plenty of lovely restaurants in the area and the underground train station was only a 5 minute walk and a direct train right to the centre. Perfect!! I would recommend and stay again!

Reservation was done for the two separate beads . If it wasn’t bad enough that the room wasn’t ready at the check in time 3 pm , front desk gave us a room with one kings size bed. We drugged all the suitcases to the room then had to come back to the front desk to the report the matter . Wait another 40 min to get another room. After coming upstairs to the second room we got the same king size bed but made out of 2 mattresses .went downstairs again . The front desk manager informed us that that is only option they have . On the top of the this disappointment he was pretty rude.

Vi påpekade att en sänglampa inte fungerade och det skulle åtgärdas, men så skedde inte. Tyvärr. Förövrigt mycket trevligt hotell med en fantastisk service med kvällsmat och trevlig personal. Vi återkommer sannolikt när vi behöver. TACK!!!

I absolutely loved my stay. The staff were nicer and more accommodating than any I’ve ever seen. Breakfast and dinner buffets were fantastic. The lounge was homey with a great street view. Location safe and center of everything. Rooms were not updated but comfortable. Loved it and will 100% return.

Skulle bara sova över en natt så det var närmare sjukhuset på morgonen. Har långt annars att åka för att var framme kl sju. Superbra läge.

Lugnt område men ändå bekvämt gångavstånd till centrum. Bra storlek på rummet. Bra ljudisolerat. Mycket skön säng och kudde - härliga sängkläder. Bra badrum/dusch. Riktigt god frukost med gott urval. Mycket bra recetionsservice i samband med in- och ut-checkning. Bra parkeringsgarage i närheten.

Hotel non centralissimo ma a sole 2 fermate di metro dalcenteo. Bellissima atruttura, zona residenziale milto bella e tranquilla. Personale gentilissimo. Colazione buona c'e scelta tra dolce e salato. Cena inclusa ottima! Scelta tra una minestra, piatto caldo con contorno e 3 insalate. Camere spaziose e anche il bagno grande con tutto il necessario. Ottimo soggiorno!

The hotel is in a very residential type setting so was quiet but still only a 20 minute walk to get downtown by the Royal palace. We enjoyed the meals that come with the room so we didn't have to go find a restaurant.

Frukostbuffén var också sämre än andra home hotell. Jag upplevde att hotellrummet hade dålig ljudisolering innebärande att jag hörde när ”grannar” nyttjade toaletten.

We enjoyed our stay here. The room was lovely and spacious, the bed was super comfortable. Bathroom was a good size with plenty of toiletries and shower was lovely. Only drawback was the room was very very hot even with the window open it was warm and unable to reduce the temperature on the radiators enough which made it difficult to layer up for the cold outside when it was so hot in there. But better to be hot than cold especially when it’s minus temperatures outside! The bar area was fairly small for the size of the hotel but very comfortable and chilled. The staff were very polite and helpful with a great sense of humour. Fika time was a nice touch and we enjoyed this if we happened to be at the hotel at the right time, The light evening meal was alittle hit and miss and some of the options were not very warm but there was something always available if you wanted it. We also managed to find plenty of lovely restaurants in the area and the underground train station was only a 5 minute walk and a direct train right to the centre. Perfect!! I would recommend and stay again!

As a solo traveller I especially enjoyed the included evening meal buffet. Breakfast also very good - only suggestion there is to increase quantities of ‘normal’ black teas (English Breakfast and Earl Grey) put out and remove some of the fruit type tea bags that fewer people seem to go for. Although not in the centre, hotel has very good bus and underground connections a short walk away and it’s in a quiet neighbourhood. My room didn’t blow me away with its decor, and TV had only terrestrial channels, but the bed was comfortable and I slept well, which is the most important thing. At the rate I paid, I think it was a bargain.

Great property and lovely staff. Great choice of good food at breakfast, the fact fika and dinner were included is extra special - really nice touches. I used the sauna and steam room - again both great. No problems - was in a great location for an event at Östermalms IP but also close enough to a metro and bus station to get into town or it was a 30 min pleasant walk!
