Ett bra hotell med ett bra läge. Rymliga och rena rum med bekväma sängar. Frukosten helt ok med gott om lediga platser även med mycket folk. Tillgång till ett rejält gym är en extra bonus. Alla i personalen var trevliga, inget att klaga på. Jag lär nog komma tillbaka.

Very nice amenities, we enjoyed the sauna that the hotel offers. The breakfast was excellent with wide option to chose. The hotel also has a really good location. I would for sure return/recommend.

Vi var særlig glade for treningsmulighetene i KFUMs lokaler. Det eneste som var negativt med hotellet, var rom 610 som kun hadde to veldig smale vinduer. Det var neppe rømningstrygt, og føltes ganske klaustrofobisk. En mindre detalj: Vi hadde ønsket oss større hylle på badet, så vi kunne ha toalettsakene våre på.

Hôtel bien situé au coeur de Stockholm. Lits confortables, arrivée flexible et très facile. Personnel réactif. Bémol sur la configuration des bâtiments qui nous oblige à sortir à l'extérieur et changer d'immeuble pour accéder à la salle du petit déjeuner, et le sauna pas très accueillant car dans les vestiaires d'une salle de sport en sous-sol.

Tout était très bien. Le petit déjeuner très complet et pour tous les goûts. Seul bémol, le gymnase qui se trouve au RDC est Bryant lors des entraînements de basket, cela raisonne dans les étages. Sinon sauna, salle de sport très bien !

Läget var bra och lobbyn trevlig! Frukosten var helt okej. Tyvärr var inte badrummet ordentligt städat på mitt rum. Det låg en använd placker + hår i papperskorgen. Toaletten hade också bajsrester i sig. Teven fungerade inte, ljudet började hacka efter 2-3 minuter så att man fick byta kanal eller stänga av/sätta på. Jag sa till om detta och fick tillbaka 300 kronor (rummet kostade 1700 kr för en natt), vilket ändå var ok. Men jag kommer inte välja det hotellet igen.

Servicen var inte den bästa. Fick ingen information om vilken tid frukosten var och inte heller några glada miner från personalen. Det var svartmögel i badrummet och ventilation vet jag inte ens om det fanns.. isf fungerade den väldigt dåligt! (Går inte att ladda upp foton på hotels sida 👎)

Personalen fantastiska och vänliga men rummet som ett familjerum var ej till belåtenhet. Ingen förvaring överhuvudtaget, trots vi var 4 personer, allt fick vara kvar i våra resväskor, samt väldigt varmt i rummet. Saknade aircondition samt väldigt små fönster, kändes nästan som man bodde i en källare.

Ankommet i receptionen fik vi vores værelse. Ingen spørgen ind om vi havde haft en god rejse og ingen instruks om hvor man skulle indtage sin morgenmad. Ved første toiletbesøg var der ingen vand i cisternen og der var heller ingen opfyldning. Blev hurtigt afhjulpet. Da vi skulle bruge natbordslampen viste det sig, at der ikke var en pære i. Også dette blev afhjulpet. På 3.dagen fik vi et ståunderlag i badeværelset, var blevet glemt. Når vi opholdt os i værelset, var der hele tiden lyde op igennem gulvet, som viste sig at være larmen fra træningsudstyr i fitness lokalet under os. Startede kl 6.00 og kunne vare til kl. 22.00. Vi klagede ikke over dette, men det fører så til, at vi kun kan give dette hotel 2 smileys. Morgenmaden var ok.

It’s well located and the staff are friendly. The breakfast is ok but nothing fancy. Same is true for the room. The room we had did not have big windows and felt dark without much sun. But most rooms like that due to the building design.

Excellent value for money. Great staff and service. Extra large television in bedrooms. The bathrooms need modernising; especially the shower. Can be noisy, depending on which part of the hotel you are staying - I could often hear people playing snooker. Overall very good!

The location is excellent but the room was terrible. We stayed in a basement in a small dark room with single tinny beds. Additional, the air ducts has not enough power to refresh the door, so the internal temperature was a little bite high.

We have many nice things to say about this hotel. It is in a great location, close walking distance to the old town. Staff was amazing and very helpful! Also, the breakfast that was included was way above our expectations. If ever back in Stockholm, we would definitely stay again! Thank you very much!

A very average hotel.. The guy in the reception, was not Loving his job. Hardly Said a Word. Room not properly cleaned. Breakfast very basic. Would for sure try out another hotel instead. Not worth the money.

Breakfast was varied and staff always on hand to refill if things went empty and they kept the area clean and free from dirty plates, etc. Front desk staff were welcoming and friendly. The free tea&coffee sitting area in the lobby provided a welcome rest after a long day exploring Stockholm.

Ytterligare en vistelse på detta hotell och de håller samma höga nivå som tidigare. Den här gången några extra bonuspoäng för killen som checkade in mig, ett riktigt serviceproffs. Annars var det som vanligt , rummet rent och rymligt med en skön säng. Frukost med bra urval och generösa öppettider. Allt ok.

Gute Lage, um die Stadt zu Fuß zu erkunden. Die Zimmer sind zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Es gibt den ganzen Tag Kaffee und Tee kostenlos. Das Frühstücksangebot ist sehr gut.

Excellent location, 15-20 min. walking distance to Gamla Stan (Old Town) and Central Station, very close to many dining options (they have a pizza place in front of the hotel), 7 minutes walk to the National Library (Kungliga biblioteket) and to bus and subway stops. Room was very clean and they even had a portable fan in the room, since it was a hot day in Stockholm! The breakfast buffet was amazing! Best breakfast we've ever had! Would highly recommend this hotel!

Very relaxed and clean. Handy for walking around city centre with easy access to cafes , restaurants and food stores. Staff friendly and helpful. Amazing buffet breakfast. Rooms comfortable and clean.

The staff in the hotel was kind. The breakfast area is much too small for the hotel. The breakfast itself is great. The paveway was not clean, slippery and the hotel is on a hill, so this was difficult every time we wanted to enter the hotel. We had a room near the elevator and this was not so pleasant. But okay with the use of earplugs.

The staff was amazing and very attentive. They helped making it a truly lovely stay. The breakfast arrangement is top notch. Room was big and lovely. The beds are a bit on the soft side.

Breakfast was varied and staff always on hand to refill if things went empty and they kept the area clean and free from dirty plates, etc. Front desk staff were welcoming and friendly. The free tea&coffee sitting area in the lobby provided a welcome rest after a long day exploring Stockholm.

Excellent location, 15-20 min. walking distance to Gamla Stan (Old Town) and Central Station, very close to many dining options (they have a pizza place in front of the hotel), 7 minutes walk to the National Library (Kungliga biblioteket) and to bus and subway stops. Room was very clean and they even had a portable fan in the room, since it was a hot day in Stockholm! The breakfast buffet was amazing! Best breakfast we've ever had! Would highly recommend this hotel!

The room seems super outdated and was not at all how it is depicted online. Additionally the bathroom, had a slight stinky smell that would always room while the room smelled musty. Breakfast buffet could use some improvement, for example scrambled eggs were extremely watery and overcooked.

Family room was fine though not super-spacious. Tea and coffee facilities in the room, and good coffee freely available in the lobby too. The hotel was fine, but we missed bigger windows, and we really disliked the TV’s in all the breakfast rooms – get rid of those, and the breakfast experience would be so much more chill.
