Det här är ett mycket lågt prissatt hotell. Tyvärr märks det på allt för mycket. Jag tycker två saker skall framhållas. Frukosten var mycket bra och service och hjälpsamhet hos personal får högsta betyg. Men saker som att det inte gick att låsa om den yttre dusch toaletten och att varmvattnet varierade alltför mycket vid de två duschar jag tog bidrar till ett dåligt betyg. Tvn gick inte att stänga av med fjärrkontrollen, rummen var dock rena och trevliga. Älvsjö som område har sina förtjänster men verkar ha chanserat ordentligt med åren. Så det blev svårt att få ro då det naturligtvis var varmt och öppna fönster var nödvändigt för svalka (fanns ej AC). Det är inte ett lugnt område, biltrafik och stoj utanför hotellet bidrog till orolig nattsömn. Skulle jag bo där igen? Ja! Av flera orsaker. Pris, enkelt boende och närhet till kommunala medel som pendeltåg och buss balanserar de nackdelar jag beskrivit. Service och frukost är viktigt att framhålla. Kudos till personalen!

They put in small print that there is a shared bathroom and showers, it is essentially a hostel. My room had no windows and was very hot. I had to ask for a fan and the first one they gave me didn't work. Only two of the outlets in my room worked and the room was decently cleaned but there were old stains/liquids (like spilled coffee) dried on the walls. The shower rooms did not lock, so if you had a key card you could walk-in while someone else was showering. This was a very convenient location for the event I was attending but I did not enjoy staying here. That being said, most of the staff (with the exception of one woman who seemed very annoyed with me - I know, I asked for a working fan. Apparently that was an egregious offense) was very nice and really wanted to make me feel comfortable and safe. So I do truly appreciate that.

För det första hade vi inte uppfattat att det var toalett och dusch i korridoren. 3 stjärnigt hotell borde ha toalett på rummet. Det var stopp i avloppen. Högt med vatten i hela duschrummet. Inget toalettpapper. Dåligt städat. Stopp i minst en toalettstol. Kunde inte låsa till dusch och toalett😱

Väldigt otrevlig kvinna i receptionen som skriker åt gäster. Vid flera tillfällen en väldigt sur attityd och gnäller på gäster. Delad dusch betyder att det inte går att låsa om sig om man duschar. En dusch har toalett i samma utrymme. Vid två tillfällen när jag ska gå och duscha sitter någon på toaletten, ena tillfället en man i kvinnoduschen. Mycket smutsigt. Lyhört! Frukosten var under all kritik, filmjölken var över 6 veckor gammal!. Receptionisten snackade varken svenska eller engelska. Aldrig mer detta hotell! Mycket låg standard.

The reception staff were exceptionally polite and friendly, even complimenting my limited Swedish, which was a very nice touch. The room itself was small and did not include a fridge or bathtub, but it was perfectly adequate for a good night’s sleep. The location was excellent — just about a 3-minute walk from Älvsjö station, with easy access to central Stockholm via Pendeltåg. The surrounding area is convenient as well, with a Coop supermarket (open 7:00–22:00), restaurants, and cafés, so the lack of a fridge was not a major issue. Housekeeping mainly consisted of changing towels, linens, and garbage bags, and other cleaning seemed minimal. As I stayed for about two weeks, I would have appreciated one or two more thorough cleanings during my stay. Breakfast was very enjoyable, offering Swedish bread, ham, and potato dishes. I also appreciated the paper cups provided, which made it easy to take a coffee back to my room after the meal. Overall, if the cleaning service were improved, I would gladly stay here again.

Privatresa med övernattning i Sthlm för att fira en 50-åring på lokal. Men hotellet var ett av de torftigaste vi haft i det prisläget. Och vi har minst 10 hotellnätter per år. Skamfilade ytskikt, trasig toarullehållare, enkel plastmatta på golvet, inga möbler förutom sängarna och en pinnstol. Inget skohorn, 2 trasiga och veka galgar i garderoben, två pappmuggar på WC. M e n två sköna singelsängar!!

I didn't like the room no table no seats no where to hang your clothes no shelf in the bathroom to put things. Very noisy doors slamming and had to get staff to get the people in the room next to us to be quiet they woke me and my wife up at 1am and then again at 4am they were fighting they got chucked out. The breakfast was good and staff were very helpful and friendly.

Worst hotel have ever been. Couldnt sleep because of thin walls and the bus station near by. The area is more in an living area and not where you can go out for nighttime. Of the 6 nights i had booked i was 1 night there and left. To expensive for the quality of the room and area.

Basic but nice hotel in a very convenient location right next to the commuter rail station and a few stops from the city centre. Room was small and basic and could do with a bit of modernisation, but was good value for money.

The staff was so rude. Ive never experienced this level of hositility simply for existing before. We even had a maid just open the door, no knocking, an hour before check out yelling at us 'OUT!', waving her arms around trying to get us to leave. We were already packing and getting ready to leave. The shower drain was clogged and ran into the bedroom constantly. The parking sotuation was a mess and my rental got acratched by cars being too close.
The staff was so rude. Ive never experienced this level of hositility simply for existing before. We even had a maid just open the door, no knocking, an hour before check out yelling at us 'OUT!', waving her arms around trying to get us to leave. We were already packing and getting ready to leave. The shower drain was clogged and ran into the bedroom constantly. The parking sotuation was a mess and my rental got acratched by cars being too close.

Rummet vi fick var ok men litet. Vi jobbade med ett projekt och det var lite trångt för oss två + gäster. Då blev vi uppgraderade till ett stort rum. Mycket bra och en utmärkt personal. Kommer åter nästa gång som är snart. Prisvärt.

Check in was supposed to be at 2. I arrived after 2 and then had to wait because my room wasn’t ready at least another half hour. When I did get my room and laid down someone unlocked my door and came in by mistake. I knew what I was getting size wise but it just seemed like they were unprepared and maybe even brand new because everything was so disorganized.

Great find ! Best thing : free washer and dryer you could reserve for 3 hour intervals. Friendly helpful staff. Large room with good lighting & comfortable bed. Breakfast had both hot and cold selections. 3 min walk to commuter rail station with 3 stops to Stockholm center. Close to cafes, restaurants and grocery and pharmacy.

First time in Stockholm 4 night break. Staff very friendly and helpful nice room nice size shower with good hot water pressure. Lovely breakfast with a variety to choose from. Tea and coffee available all day also use of microwave. Located 3 stops by train (7 minutes) from T Central which is the hub of all transport in Stockholm, trains, metro, trams and busses. We had a 7 day SL ticket which covered all this transport plus some ferrys and could travel everywhere. Also has local shops and supermarket (co-op) Subway and places to eat close by . We would certainly stay here again

Väldigt otrevlig kvinna i receptionen som skriker åt gäster. Vid flera tillfällen en väldigt sur attityd och gnäller på gäster. Delad dusch betyder att det inte går att låsa om sig om man duschar. En dusch har toalett i samma utrymme. Vid två tillfällen när jag ska gå och duscha sitter någon på toaletten, ena tillfället en man i kvinnoduschen. Jag sa till två gånger och de skulle fixa lås men har inte gjort det.

Room was great and the staff were all super friendly! Conveniently located right next to the train station, it was super quick and easy to get around, less than 10 minute ride to Stockholm Centralstation. Area felt safe and had a grocery store and restaurants walking distance! Definitely would stay here again!

Worst hotel have ever been. Couldnt sleep because of thin walls and the bus station near by. The area is more in an living area and not where you can go out for nighttime. Of the 6 nights i had booked i was 1 night there and left. To expensive for the quality of the room and area.

I’m sure the answer will be ‘did you complain to the staff at the time?’, but they could clearly see this already and you don’t always want to take the argument. The coffee and the bread were okay but it’s not nice or safe to have cold, egg, beans and sausage.
