Bra frukost med allt som man brukar få på bra hotell. Mitt i stan. För dom som kör bil låg garaget tvärs över gatan. Hotellet rabatterar parkeringen. Rummet vi hade var lagom stor med möjligheten att välja städningen när man önska.

Perfect location - walkable to all sites and the central station. Breakfast has a great spread. AC in the rooms was helpful for summer days. Sauna was a nice bonus!

The location is amazing. Very central and close to shops, restaurants, metro. The staff was wonderful. I was able to check in early which was nice. The gym is very good. Pulley system and dumbbells up to 20kg. The sauna is accessible on floor -1. You just need to ask front desk if it’s turned on. The breakfast was magnificent and ran til 11am. They had all types of food (meat, cheese, veggies, yogurt, fruit, breads). The rooms very compact but did the job. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Thank you so much!!!

Kanon! Mitt i centrala Stockholm. Nära till allt ! God riklig frukost saknade inget ( förutom ingefärsshot) 😅 annars allt perfekt!! Rymligt parkeringsgarage med reducerade priser från hotellet precis intill !

Small room with a single bed but comfortable. I knew what I was booking so it was no surprise. Stayed for two nights, decent gym with sauna. Staff friendly. No issues.

Fint hotell med bra läge. Lite synd att det inte fanns en bar i lobbyn som hade öppet på kvällen.

Good room but the floor cleaning could have been much better. Soilled a half glass of water and dried it up, the papper becsme black! Good breakfast!

Veldig fint hotell, super sentralt, vennlig betjening og barnevennlig til min sønn på 3 år. Dessverre ikke helt rent rom, spesielt dusj med papir i og svart mugg.

Utebliven städning. Inga nya handdukar. Ville ha 200 kronor för tidig incheckning och sen gav tidig incheckning utan betalning. Ville inte ge ut kvitto vid köptillfället. Helt okej frukost.

Reception staff not overly competent. Had to ask for my room to be made up on consecutive days.

Fick tyvärr ett tråkigt rum, drog man ifrån gardinerna hade frukostgästerna full insyn i rummet…

This hotel locates in a very convinient place close to the Central station. The room was quite small.

What a great hotel experience for my short visit to beautiful Stockholm - very comfortable and well appointed single room, in a great location, at a fantastic price. Amazing value - and amazing staff - could not be happier! 😃

Hôtel très bien placé à 5 minutes de la station de métro T-CENTRALEN. Le petit déjeuner était bien. C'est dommage qu'il n'y ait pas eu de salade de fruits, seulement du melon et des pommes. La chambre était spacieuse. Impossible d'ouvrir la fenêtre pour aérer chaque matin. N'oubliez pas de prévenir à l'accueil que vous souhaitez que la chambre soit faite chaque jour. Les femmes de ménage sont sympas. Il n'y a pas de placard et d'armoire pour ranger les vêtements et les affaires. Il y a quelques porte-manteaux et les vêtements doivent être suspendus à la vue de tout le monde. Pour un 4 étoiles, je n'ai pas trouvé cela très bien ! Vous pouvez vous rendre à la gare pour prendre l'Arlanda Express par la station T-CENTRALEN. Ce train express vous déposera à l'aéroport en 18 minutes.

Staff responded quickly to questions and requests, good location, good breakfast. However, the room was smaller than a cabin on most cruise ships - even navigating around the bed was a challenge. Also, neither wardrobe nor drawer space for storage.

Very happy with this hotel. Very convenient location for tourist activities, we walked everywhere. Staff were very helpful at the front desk. Breakfast options were high quality, but it was very crowded at the times we ate. Staff at breakfast were very nice though. Rooms are on the small side.

Individual rooms with one bed are quite small. Windows cannot be opened.

Litet trångt rum med trångt badrum, utsikt över frukostmatsalen. Anlände före incheckningstiden 16 så även fast rummet var klart måste vi betala 200 kr för att få det före kl 16. Frukosten som vi betalat extra för höll nordisk standard men inget extra trots priset. Underbemannat i frukostmatsalen trots att vi var där före rusningen, bara en person som plockade disk. Hos andra kedjor får man oftast rummet utan extra kostnad när man kommer nån timme före, om det ändå är klart. Och till samma pris och standard kan man få frukosten inkluderad hos andra.

Problem vid incheckning, varit så tidigare på Scandic

Läget är superbra, rent å bra tillgänglighet. Info som låg på rummet stämde inte med vad man sade i receptionen. Även personalen i receptionen sa att baren skulle öppna ”nästa kväll” å det gjorde den inte, samma svar nästa dag å ingen bar öppen ändå. Vi skulle ha respekterat ett svar att den inte öppnar förrän fredag i s f dag för dag. Konstigt att man bara kunde streama från Android.

First time in Stockholm and chose this property due to its central location. It's so central in-fact, that I was able to walk almost everywhere. I only took the tram or bus to visit certain museums. I didn't even have to take the metro. So if you don't like going deep underground, stay here. Close to bus and tram stops and easily accessible to dining, shopping, and attractions. The daily breakfast was convenient. Shoutout to Neilma and Gemma. They were incredibly nice and friendly. 5 out of 5 stars, however I did have one situation where I told the front desk I wanted my room cleaned 24 hours prior as instructed. The morning of, I confirmed with the front desk and they stated the cleaning should be finished by 5 PM at the latest. I returned to my room that evening and it was not cleaned at all. They had no reasoning for it and did not even apologize. I asked them to just send me new towels and I waited 20 minutes in my room and no one came. I called again and they said someone was on their way up. I waited another 15 minutes-- still no new towels. I ended up going down myself and they handed me the towels. I was very patient and understanding but the fact that the room was not clean at all and I had to go down and get the towels myself after waiting over 30 minutes, was not a good experience. I stayed for 6 nights and that occured on my final day. Still rating it a 5 because it was a great experience overall but that occurrence was inconvenient and unsatisfactory.

Bathroom was modern and bright. Our hotel fee included free breakfast each day and it was phenomenal. Best buffet breakfast I’ve ever experienced at a hotel - and with all the options for those with intolerances. Superb!

Centraal gelegen, dichtbij Centraal station, metro- en bushaltes. Ook ideaal om van hieruit Stockholm te voet te ontdekken. Bijzonder restaurant in het atrium. Schone kamers, goed sanitair en goede bedden.

Clean and cosy bedroom - it would have been nice to have a mini fridge to keep water or other food items. All in all, it was great value for money - minutes from the T-Centralen, behind the main shopping area with a grocery shop and restaurants as well as walking distance from the main attractions!

Hotel is in great location. 7 mins walk from the main train station. Lots of shops,bars ,restaurants close by are metro staions. Breakfast was very good with lots of choice . Staff all friendly. Air con was very good and welcome as hot days.

Ideal location on a pedestrian mall. Tons of shops and restaurants within 5 min walk. It's maybe 8 minutes walk to Stockholm Central Train station. The rooms are small but clean and perfectly functional.

Staff were welcoming and I was even able to check into my room 4 hours earlier than expected. My room was a good size and there were lots of options at breakfast. Great location, only a 15 minute walk from the old town.

Allt var helt ok, det som försämrade boendet var att trots vi checkade in i tid så var enda lediga tid för frukost 07:30 eller 10:30. Då man betalar för den så borde det vara lite mer flexibilitet

The hotel was conveniently located just a few hundred metres from the central station. It was also very close to the metro. Everything was nearby, whether it was shopping, groceries, and major attractions. Check in and out were very quick. I did message the hotel to let them know that I’d be arriving after midnight, and it was good to see that the hotel had safety measures in place with a secure main entrance after hours. The room was a bit small but clean and comfortable. Shampoo and body wash were available, but body lotion wasn’t. That wasn’t such a big deal since I always bring my own, but this information might be helpful for others to know. The breakfast was very well stocked and had a variety of foods for different dietary needs. The staff were also very attentive and quick with restocking food. The gym had weights and cardio machines. It was clean and made optimal use of the space. Water and towels were available to gym users. Overall the hotel was a very good value, and I’d recommend it to others.

The breakfast is excellent and it is served in a beautiful glassed in courtyard atrium. Location is convenient to the train station, a wealth of shopping and plazas etc

Det var jättebra. Fin frukostbuffé MEN så kasst att man behövde boka tid för sittningen på frukosten. Känns inte som att man vill bestämma tid när man är på semester och bara vill vara.

Centralt beliggende hotel. Mange værelser, knap så mange borde i morgenmads restauranten.

Det ene værelse måtte vi skifte. Vi fik et værelse, hvor der stank fra morgenmadsbuffetten, og gæsterne fra morgenmaden kunne se direkte ind på vores værelse. Til morgenmaden var de løbet tør den ene dag, så halvdelen af buffeten stod tom, selvom der var over en time til, at den lukkede, ligesom det var svært at få rent bestik.
