A nice hotel but with a few drawbacks. Rooms pleasant and food in the restaurant very good. Restaurant staff very friendly. Excellent shower. Outside the hotel is a building site at the moment which makes access difficult. The hotel has no parking and guests are directed to a nearby car park which incurs an additional fee payable by app. The spa is also additional fee on top of the rooms which was disappointing. One of our party arrived in his room to find it hasn’t been cleaned and still had dirty towels and bedding. No apology was offered.

Fördelar: Fräscht, nyrenoverat, underbar frukost, super sköna sängar, högt i tak, bra för familjer, fantastisk Sky bar och havsutsikt!!! Även bra utsikt från gymmet. Vi uppskattar att det är våningssängar i familjerummen så barnen inte behöver dela säng. Badrummen är väldigt fina. Välstädat och snyggt på rummet. Tack så mycket Scandic med personal! Nackdelar: att använda polen och wellness området kostar 250 kr per person. Det använde vi inte. Bra att veta om är att området runt hotellet är som en byggarbetsplats. Men vi stördes inte av det när vi var inne på hotellet.

Personalen var trevlig genom hela vår vistelse. Frukostbuffen var kanon. Aktivitetsytorna var för oss jättebra för att kunna aktivera 2 tonåringar på 15 och 17 år. Vi hade med oss eget brädspel och satt där och spelade men använde oss även av både fotbollsspelet, klätterväggen och det andra bordsspelet.

Trevliga, nyrustade rum med sköna sängar. Trist miljö kanske, men nära till stan med Uber. Perfekt för ungar i skolåldern med en hel våning där de kan roa sig utan sina föräldrar. Minus för att man fick vänta på hissarna hela tiden och för avsaknad av elbilsladdare.

My boys favourite hotel! Awesome breakfast - not just range and quality but keeping full with so many people. Also great games area. Was surprised that the spa facilities were chargeable though - SEK 250 per person. A bit away from the centre but good bus route every 15 mins

Rent, fräscht och tyst hotell med en mycket bra frukostbuffé! Mycket att göra, som exempelvis tipspromenad, fotbollsspel, pingis och schack. Kul för både barn och vuxna! Trevlig utsikt mot vattnet! Dessutom en trevlig bar på våning 17!

Good location for my business trip. Nice hotel really, comfortable room, nice restaurant and bar, just one major let down for me. No kettle or drinks facility in the room! As a frequent traveller this is a real negative for me and unfortunately something that is becoming more and more common as companies cut costs. A kettle or coffee machine in the room is a basic requirement in any hotel room. When I complained at reception I was told that kettles came with the upgraded rooms! They did find a kettle for me and when I returned from my day the kettle was on my desk but with no cups, spoons or any coffee/tea/sugar. This was a let down.

Big renovation around making it difficult to reach from Silja harbour and bad signs to guide... I did not know it beforehand would have booked downtown hotel as booked mainly because thought easy walk with my small son. Breakfast very good. No fridge in the room very bad:) clean&big room

Comfortable room overlooking the ferry port, but…. No fridge, no room service, limited menu in restaurant which was closed on a Sunday, no room cleaning unless asked for. Hotel currently situated in a building site, a good 10 minute walk from nearest underground. Will give this a miss next time.

Tuve un problema con el hotel , con mucha anticipación ( semanas ) pedí un cuarto para una persona con discapacidad , me llegó un correo confirmándome esta petición, cuando llegamos al hotel la señorita de recepción sólo comentó que lamentablemente aunque nos habían dicho que si estaba nuestra petición no había lugar y que nos podían hacer un descuento si tomábamos 2 habitaciones en lugar de 1 obviamente con un cargo extra siendo que el error había sido de ellos y además nos querían cobrar , nos dieron los horarios mal y otra información que pedimos para el cuarto que no estaba acondicionado para mi familiar con discapacidad , el hotel está bonito pero no recomiendo que nadie pase por esta situación

Upon arrival and check in at 9:00 pm I was told the restaurant was closed, but I could purchase a pizza snack at the 17th floor bar. When arriving the bar, I was told they had no pizza (had no received their supplies for a couple of days)? I asked the front desk clerk about walking to a neighborhood restaurant, but he played with the computer screen too long with no results, so I walked away. I exited the hotel to look for a restaurant, but instead found a grocery store (and purchased a beer and a sandwich). I couldn't use my cellphone map app because I had no WiFi. Attempted numerous times to get WiFi by asking the desk clerks for assistance, but to no avail (the only stop on my Scandinavia trip of 10 days that WiFi was not available)? As I checked out, I told one of the same clerks that tried to help me the day before that Free WiFi was stated in the amenities for the hotel, but I never received? Also, when entered my room, there were no hand or bath towels in the bathroom? So I had to go back to the front desk to request? A guest had to give me instructions on how to scan my room key to get the door to the hallway to my room to open (no signs displayed or hotel employees around, except to go back to the front desk? The guest was with his child when he realized my frustration with the scan and wanted to help me!

Vi checkade in sent. Väktare hälsade oss välkomna och gav oss info. Knappt ett leende. Men vi var också trötta. Rent o snyggt. Jättefin frukostbuffé med mycket trevlig personal. Även de som jobbade vid utcheckningen.

The hotel itself is good: great breakfast, large room, comfortable bed and clean. However, the main reason you would stay here is the proximity to the ferry terminal and were catching an early ferry. It is a fairly industrial area and beyond the restaurant lobby, the only other food option in the area that is walkable is a grocery store across the parking lot.

Nice hotel, clean rooms but a way out the city near the docks. Not ideal for those with kids as it’s a mission to get back on the metro and involves waiting for a bus or a long walk. Breakfast was also good.

L'hôtel est confortable mais le service à l'accueil est déplorable : essentiellement des jeunes gens qui ne s'embarrassent pas de vos questions. L'hôtel est excentré du centre ville dans une zone en travaux. Il est possible de prendre un bus , le 76 qui passe toutes les 20 minutes ou le métro ( ligne 13) qui est à presque 1.5km à pieds.

My stay at Scandic Sondra Kajen was absolutely perfect! The location is very close to the ferry— safe, and with very easy access to public transportation. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of options to start the day right. All the staff were very helpful and friendly, and went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Stockholm!

Hotellet var bra skött, rent, fräscht och bra frukost. Det ligger något avsides och är en bit att gå till tunnelbana. Området är fortfarande väldigt industriellt och rätt slitet, det pågår mycket byggen runt hotellet och kan säkert bli betydligt trevligare när det är klart.

Very clean and modern hotel with a great view of the sea. The staff is friendly and welcoming. I was able to check in early which was really nice for me. The location is a bit far away from everything and there are very few cafes and restaurants in the area. There is a large ICA supermarket right next to the hotel where you can buy premade food and all sorts of groceries.

Trevligt mottagande. Rummet var ok städat. Det fanns inte så man kan chromecasta från mobilen så vi var fast med några tråkiga tvkanaler.. Fräscht gym. Frukosten var inte vad vi hade hoppats på. Mögligt bröd men fick ett nytt ist. Vi valde scandic just för bra frukost och att man kan kolla på tex Netflix och inget av det nådde våra förväntningar så det var synd..

Godt hotel. God beliggenhed og sødt personale. Morgen buffé var super godt, masser og vælge imellem. Men deres aftensmad var lige meget. Vi fik burgeren og har aldrig fået så dårlig en burger.

Synd att restaurangen var stängd söndagar. Hade vart bra med den infon innan. Tidsboknokning vid frukost gillde vi inte då man inte vill ha tider att passa när man är ledig och bor på hotell.

We have 3 small boys and they enjoyed the playground and our room windows view. The hotel is near the bus station ( 76 bus number to go in the City Center ) and Ica, best location. The hotel rooms are smells good and tidy.
