Location was great and hotel room was good for myself and two kids. Only disappointment was that for the first few days we could connect the laptop via a cable and watch our own content, but the system updated through our stay and it was not possible after that. The roof top bar was excellent and staff very friendly.

Utsikten och balkongen var ett stort plus för just rummet 716 jag hade. Gymmet riktigt bra likaså bastun. Just bastun och gymmet var en viktig urvals punkt när jag valde hotell utöver var hotellet var beläget relativt kurslokalen i gamla stan. Under ombyggnationen av Slussen så måste taxin ta omvägar för att ta sig till hotellet. Bra att lägga till lite extra restid för att hinna med tåg och andra anslutningar.

Badrummet hade kunnat vara renare. Kakelfogen kändes lite eftersatt. Kalk/tvålrester. Även heltäckningsmattan i korridoren hade behövt rengöras för länge sedan. Men överlag fint och trevligt.

Otrevlig och högljudda personal. Hade betalat 1800 för natt/rum ändå krävdes 200kr extra på plats när jag ville checka in vid 14:30. Sängkläderna kan inte varit bytta då det var en hel del hårstrå på ena sängen. Golvet var full med hårstrå😲 nej alltså första och sista gången för mig.

I booked a queen bed room but was issued a 2 single bed room. Concierge fairly unapologetic about this. Room was tiny, extremely dusty, and worn. Bed was saggy and pillows flat. Mold on door trim in bathroom and shower system without scalding protection. Swedish hot water is very hot. Rooftop bar service level was non-existent.

God lokation tæt på by og offentlig transport. Pæne værelse. Men det kunne være rart med et elkedel og lidt kaffe/te på værelset, i stedet for man skal ned i lobbyen for at KØBE det. Og kunne også være rart med et lille køleskab. Derudeover kunne badeværelset også godt bruge en hylde i bruseområdet til ens sager i badet. Men udover de ting, den med elkedlen var det mest irriterende, var det er fint hotel, med venligt personale.

Great hotel - nice large room with balcony. Room was very hot - fans needed or Air Conditioning. Made for some uncomfortable sleeping conditions, since deck door wasnt possible to keep open all night long due to proximity of neighbours smoking on their decks. Liked the neighbourhood for restaurants, walks and shopping.

The hotel is in a great location, very close to the subway and a short walk to bars and restaurants. It's also walkable to the other more touristy parts of Stockholm. The lobby is average, but the gym and sauna is surprisingly nice. The rooftop terrace is also a very good feature. We opted for the room with a balcony and it was huge, with a great view of the water. The rest of the room is comfortable, but nothing too special. I would opt for the balcony room if possible. The only downside was there was someone else's beverages left in our mini fridge when we checked in.

If you want to check in before 4 pm, they charge you 25 EUR. And when you arrive at 1 pm, they smile into your face saying: oh your room is ready. And you feel kind of happy for a second, but then it goes: but if you want to go to your ready room you have to pay again. The roof top bar is nice. But not nice enough to male up for the rest.

Supertrevlig och serviceinriktad personal. Sköna sängar och god frukost. Vi hade med oss en katt och det var hur smidigt som helst. Kunde även boka parkering på hotellet. Vi stannade två nätter och kommer gärna tillbaka!

The hotel has a small rooftop bar with a beautiful view of the Stockholm waterfront and Djurgarden island. The breakfast was exceptional! The location is very convenient to Old Stockholm and the Slussen city train station. There is construction happening outside of the hotel, but it was fine. The area is going to be awesome in a year or two. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms are small, but quiet. A great value for the area.

Hotel was as expected. Central location, small room etc. There is a lot of building and development going on in the area which meant there was a lot of noise. In addition there was very very loud live music being rehearsed and played from 4pm until 10pm …that was not expected.

Fantastisk frukost och läge på hotellet. Lätt att hitta. Rena rum, varmt och skönt trots väldigt kalla minus utomhus. En enda nackdel och det var kuddarna. De kändes som att de var fyllda med luft och känslan av att vilja sticka in en nål infann sig flera gånger. Fick sova utan. Annars toppen, lär återvända hit.

Väldigt trångt rum med en duschslang som inte gick att hänga upp. Blött på hela golvet när man duschade. Kommer välja bort Scandic fortsättningsvis pga priset på frukosten. Denna vistelse var det även nån helgpolis som hade hand om entrén. Bokningssystemet för frukosten funkade inte men vi fick stå och förhandla för att få komm in o käka. Vi var ett större sällskap och flera som råkade ut för det. Vi valde ett bord men där blev vi bortmotade för att inte hela sällskapet kom på samma gång. Restaurangen var inte mer än halvfull under den tiden vi var där så detta skapade otrevnad helt i onödan.

Väldigt trångt rum med en duschslang som inte gick att hänga upp. Blött på hela golvet när man duschade. Kommer välja bort Scandic fortsättningsvis pga priset på frukosten. Denna vistelse var det även nån helgpolis som hade hand om entrén. Bokningssystemet för frukosten funkade inte men vi fick stå och förhandla för att få komm in o käka. Vi var ett större sällskap och flera som råkade ut för det. Vi valde ett bord men där blev vi bortmotade för att inte hela sällskapet kom på samma gång. Restaurangen var inte mer än halvfull under den tiden vi var där så detta skapade otrevnad helt i onödan.

The stay was lovely and the staff was nice. The room does get hot so i definitely suggest opening the window or using the fan provided since there isn’t AC. The bathroom has a smell but otherwise the room was comfortable and the stay and location was nice. It was a 3 min walk to the metro station and there is also a bus station nearby.

Great location and convenient for exploring the city. Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing. The room was extremely warm, and nothing we tried helped cool it down. There was also a constant sewage smell coming from the bathroom throughout our stay. On top of that, there was construction work outside starting early in the morning, making it difficult to sleep. Overall, the location was the only real highlight. The heat, unpleasant smell, and early morning noise significantly affected our stay.
