Excellent hôtel très design à proximité du parc des expositions Porte de Versailles. De nombreux services proposés (piscine, hammam, jacuzzi...). Le petit-déjeuner est délicieux et copieux. L'hotel a un parking au prix de 25€ la nuit (pratique à Paris). Les cocktails au bar ne sont pas donnés mais sont excellents ainsi que la nourriture. Hotel à recommander.

The whole reason I booked this hotel was for the amazing looking pool featured in the pictures. I wasn’t told when booking, or when checking in that the pool was closed and completely drained of any water. Ruined my stay completely

The suite was a waste of money. The toilet being in a separate, small room was the worst and completely pointless. A larger bathroom with a toilet would have made more sense. Also, the spa was anything but. The pool and jacuzzi were cold, and the only other amenity was a sauna. Being advertised as a spa is a completely sendoff- it is just a pool. I was so excited to stay there for my birthday and have a “spa” day, but it was a waste of money.

The room was so hot , and they couldn’t get it working. The whole hotel didn’t have internet during are whole stay . And they didn’t offer any discounts or maybe a credit at the bar . We had to use our day pass on Verizon which cost 10.00 a day. We were there 5 days

Hotel was nice. Roomy and clean a few things need to be addressed such a shower heads and a bigger mini fridge. Location is ok a little far from main attractions. Carrefour nearby it's convenient. It has parking for 30 Euros a night. Gym and swiming pool but opens late at 10:30 am. Breakfast is average for the cost, and Sidiki the guy responsible for the area speaks no English and has poor customer service. Front desk and other staff was great.

Nice hotel. I did find it strange there is no water in the room because they want to protect the environment but they want to clean your room everyday and replace towels. Should have the option to opt out of daily room clean.

We loved our stay at this hotel. Lovely staff, excellent facilities and a delightful patio garden area.. Couldn’t fault the cleanliness and so nice to find a wood floor instead of the tacky carpets common in UK hotels! Would definitely stay again.

Hotel is easy to reach from the metro station. In walking distance to the Aqua boulevard swimming fun center. The room was a bit small, 2 people with large suitcases, but manageable. More hooks to hang towels in the bathroom would be great. Nice that the toilet is separate from the shower/bathroom area. Bed was nice and comfy. The air conditioning wasn’t working properly, either on or off are the options, no temperature control, should be updated. We enjoyed our stay at the hotel, staff was very friendly and spoke English well.

The AC works great during the day, when we're not in the room, and at night they shut the AC power down or totally off. It was 71 in the room upon entering and 2 hours later the temp climbed to 76 and higher. The entire group complained because they had to sleep with the windows open at night, and the road voice was terrible. Two rooms rain shower heads the water was pumping out of the top of the shower head and spraying all over the outside of the bathroom floor. Good location for the public transportation. Great restaurants close by. Very expensive breakfast however, not worth the 22€ per person including children.

Bathroom drain and sink drain were clogged. During the night we had to move to another room and pack and unpack all our things again. Manager was not available when I wanted to speak to him. I never received a call back after several requests, until I had to call again and the assistant answered the phone. Then it was said that we were being upgraded to yet another room, which was the exact same room. So I had to pack and unpack again. Bed sheets were only neatly made, but not changed.

Hotellet var udemærket, men servicen især i receptionen var meget ringe. De var arrogante og fik ikke de ting til at ske som de lovede. Hver dag havde rengøringen glemt noget, fx taget de gamle håndklæder uden at lægge nye, ingen sæbe etc.

지하철역에서 나오면 호텔 간판이 보여서 안심되며, 직진만 하면 호텔에 다다를 수 있다. 파리 엑스포와 가깝다. 호텔방이 깨끗하고, 쾌적하다. 공항에서 호텔까지 65유로면 택시로 이동할 수 있다. 호텔에서 3분 거리에 까르푸가 있고, 조금 더 걸어가면 큰 모노픽스가 있다. 다음에 업무상 출장 또는 가족여행을 가더라도 또 방문할 의향이 있다.

We had a suite, nice and big, maid cleans daily. There's a few restaurants, a bakery and grocery store close by. I was disappointed to learn however it's 2 train transfers and 40 mins to the effifal tower or 55 mins on a very crowded bus. I wish i had stayed closer instead. Train stain, tram and bus are within a 10 min walk however. I chose this because they advertise a hot tub i thought it'd be a nice way to end the evening but it is not a hot tub or heated pool. The it's a room temperature pool with a seating area that has jets. It's literally connected to the pool and shares water. The bar/restaurant is expensive so we didn't try. They offer a coffee maker in room but one pack of sugar and no creamer. I wouldn't stay here if you want to tour the city pay extra and stay near the effifal

Loved our stay at this hotel. 2 minute walk to the Metro stop (which was super easy to use) and local restaurants. The staff was super friendly and accommodating - they arranged for our taxi back to the airport and were kind answering all our questions. Kids loved the pool - it was a great way to unwind after a day of sightseeing.

Fijn hotel, op onze kamer deed alleen een van de knoppen van de wc het niet en sommige oplaad punten voor je telefoon niet. Ook was er iets mis met de douche maar dit hebben ze snel gemaakt. Fijn zwembad. Ligt daarnaast op 3 minuten lopen van de metro.

Geen WiFi gedurende het hele verblijf, zelf voor een compensatie moeten vragen en deze via een ontbijt gekregen. Bij het ontbijt ligt geen jonge kaas en. niks van pistolets. Gewoon brood ook niet aanwezig enkel zeer zacht tosti brood om puur te roosteren. Daarnaast zijn de kamers ook echt vreselijk klein ondanks we bewust meer hebben betaalt. €200 borg nog steeds niet terug gekregen…

Väldigt god frukost med mycket att välja på! Personalen är väldigt vänlig och hjälpsam. Blev uppgraderade till ett delux rum som hade gott om plats. ACn i rummen var dock väldigt kall hade önskat att man kunde ha det varmare. I närheten av hotellet finns det många restauranger och med mindre än fem minuters promenad till tunnelbanan tar man sig lätt intill Paris centrum och övriga sevärdheter.
