Hotel was good, staff were helpful. Booking was messed up but they rectified it for us whilst we were out. Rooms are handy for families, space is good, separate toilet and washing facilities is helpful when you have four in a room. Gym was good, roof terrace was nice in good weather. Transport links are good with the RER just outside, there are also bus links but we didn’t use them. We discovered that uber was more convenient and for only a little bit more when it’s a family of four. It could be a bit noisy for the train at times and the random 24hr car cleaning area next door. The area was somewhat ‘lifeless’ as it presented itself as a worker area, I.e. there was several restaurants closed as there was limited people to serve of an evening. That said, there were a number of places in walking distance to eat.

Good value. The parking was reasonably easy but very tight in a bigger car. Only problem was a bright light from the business next door shining directly at the apartment and some consistently loud noise at 3am from there as well. Lovely, big apartment with a bath and a shower. Near to the RER station and a short Uber/Bolt from the centre of Paris.

Great location! 10m drive from Eiffel Tower. Parking entry is ok, not the largest, but good overall… Not many parking spaces, so would be better to pay upfront and be sure to have parking… Staff was great, breakfast was great. Bedroom was also very good, so great value for the price. We will be back

Review based on a 4 night stay with the family. Location is in a mixed condo / office building area and outside of the 'old Paris' so keep that in mind especially if you want to walk out and have dozens of bistros to choose from. A decent amount of restaurants nearby and within a 10-15m walk. 2 metro stations across the street making it convenient to get around. One line was shut due to construction so we opted for uber and it was usually around 12-14€ to get to the main attractions like Eiffel or Arc. Room was comfortable, lots of storage area and a safe to use. Bathrooms were clean but would be nice to have a door to shower area vs a curtain. Toilet in a separate room which did have a door. we could not figure out the AC, pretty sure it's all preset and you can't adjust - would be nice as it looked like it didn't kick in until it went above 25 which is a bit warmer than I'd like for sleeping in summer. Booked daily breakfast as there was a deal when booking. It was ok, decent selection of pastries, bread, cold cuts etc. the hot options were unfortunately only hot on of the days. Too bad as they were good when hot. Not a fan of cold scrambled eggs, sausage. Staff were helpful for things related to the hotel but when asked about transit they didn't know and didn't offer anything proactively Gave it 4 stars as 3 1/2 isn't an option. Missing a bit on service, cold food and mildew along shower bottom

Først og fremmest var det et dejligt stort værelse og personale var super! Lokationen er ligeledes super ift offentlig transport! Det som trækker oplevelsen ned er, at værelse lugtede af fugt og der er skimmelsvamp på værelset! Man har booket et badeværelse sammen med stuen uden udluftning og hvor der er gulvtæppe! Selve fugt generne og skimmelsvamp er synlige på både toilet og badeværelset! Er rigtig ærgerlig over at skrive dette, men Novotel bør virkelig få fikset dette! Normalt elsker vi at overnatte på et af Novotels hoteller rundt om i Europa, men denne gang var det desværre under standard -

Hotel room was nice and fitted our needs as a family of 4 however, the fridge did not work and despite a tech coming to our room and saying he fixed it, it never worked. Which meant we had to keep going back to reception for ice for our daughter’s medication. There was also a large rain storm that started a leak in our room near the window, that was closed & in the bathroom. The staff were very helpful and accommodating and a nice roof top deck and kids play area in the lobby

Overall a great product. Reasonably priced contemporary hotel. Family room was perfect for our needs. We were travelling with a 10 and 12 year old who require separate sofa beds or they will fight all night. Curtain can be drawn to separate parents bed which worked well and design of room is contemporary with nice aesthetics. 10 mins uber to Eiffel Tower. There is a train but it was closed in August. 15 min walk to the metro and 40mins to Montmartre. Breakfast was great although its every man women and child for themselves so get those elbows out if you want to find a seat. Way too many people eating breakfast v tables they really need to work out a better system but the variety was great and the quality is good. Air con is just about ok. I wouldn’t really call it air con more a set climate and you can’t really control it. I suspect it was set to 22 to 23 degrees C so not cold but a manageable temperature and didn’t lose much sleep over it. Beds are ok just about comfy enough. We didn’t hear much noise in the hotel but I suspect it would have been extremely noisy had the train line been running. Would definitely stay again as the price was very competitive and the location worked well. Staff were pleasant and helpful. All in all a good place to stay!

We stayed in a room that could accommodate 4 people. It was a clean room and the facility itself was also clean, the room just had an odd setup. It had curtains to separate our bed from our kids beds and the toilet was separated from the bathroom. So we had to walk through the other section to use the bathroom but showered in a different part. It was odd. Staff were friendly and helpful and our stay was otherwise good.

The hotel is opposite to T2 tram and RER C train station, which is very convenient in going to Eiffel Tower or Chateau de Versailles. It has a charged car park underneath the hotel. Rooms are clean and tidy, with separate toilet and bathroom. My two kids slept in the sofa bed. There are plenty of restaurants near the hotel. The price is good for this location near the city centre. However, during our stay, RER C line closed for 1 month. We have to spend extra time to travel to nearby attractions.

Bald headed mixed race boy in his 30s very rude and disgusting attitude. When asked for towels and extra pillows he got very angry and denied us. He argued for 15 minutes straight and banged on about his ‘masters degree’ and showing his moral high ground whilst working minimum wage on the clock. Very rude staff. Would not recommend. Also no basic tea facilities in room, disgusting attitude from bald man in reception. Fire alarm went off with no explanation given at 7am about 5 times. It was sooooo loud my ear drums are still ringing. Will never return to this hotel had nightmares of the bald headed rude boy.

Mohamed greeted us at the front desk when we arrived after an overnight flight from Canada. He was so friendly and welcoming. We were too early to check in but he got us coffee and water and invited us to have breakfast if we wanted as it was being served (large buffet). We stored our luggage and planned our day while we ate and waited for our room.

Staff very friendly. Good transport into Paris centre from Tram just outside the hotel - two stops to the Metro. Unfortunately the car park was full at the hotel but staff showed us where we could park for the same price near hotel. Good size room. Very clean. Good shop in the hotel selling food snacks and drink.

Location- not within the tourist vicinity, about 10 min uber ride to the Eiffel tower, 20 min + to the Louvre. Amenities-not sure if AC is working coz its warm. avoid the breakfast, too pricey for its choices. if you ask for extra blanket or towel, staff will ask why. They also don't provide complimentary toiletries besides built in shampoo & shower gel. They have a store in the lobby, you have to buy it. Hotel staff- some are nice/friendly. Some are not. I forgot her name but the front desk allowed us for a late check out of 1 pm instead of 12 n. Over all, I will not stay in this hotel again because of location and its amenities.

Alternatively, if you head in the opposite direction, you will be directly connected to the Palace of Versailles, which will take you to the nearest station in less than 30 minutes. Although it was a family room, it was spacious and comfortable. However, unfortunately there are no supermarkets nearby, making it inconvenient for everyday shopping. For food, there were only Subway and Irish restaurants in front of us.

Hotel is ok BUT location is not ideal. It’s close to a train station HOWEVER the station is not part of the metro (T system), and you have to pay extra to use it. This has nothing to do with the hotel, but if you are a tourist, this is a pain in the back ;)

Very welcoming staff and a lovely room. Breakfast has a good choice but is a small dining area and can be claustrophobic and a bit chaotic. The on site shop was half empty so we didn’t use it. A good location for the south side of Paris and accessing the Eiffel Tower.

No hot food left by the time I came down for breakfast. No water in the room. Room was too hot.

Breakfast was great. Lots of variety and plentiful. Til 11 on weekends and 10 weekdays. Front desk staff super helpful and were able to speak English (our French was limited).

Location- not within the tourist vicinity, about 10 min uber ride to the Eiffel tower, 20 min + to the Louvre. Amenities-not sure if AC is working coz its warm. avoid the breakfast, too pricey for its choices. if you ask for extra blanket or towel, staff will ask why. They also don't provide complimentary toiletries besides built in shampoo & shower gel. They have a store in the lobby, you have to buy it. Hotel staff- some are nice/friendly. Some are not. I forgot her name but the front desk allowed us for a late check out of 1 pm instead of 12 n. Over all, I will not stay in this hotel again because of location and its amenities.
