Nice hotel with very friendly staff and modern facilities. Good breakfast and clean pool. The rooms to the street are a bit noisy as the air condition is located underneath. I really liked the hotel and had a nice experience.

La chambre était très salle, la baignoire n’était pas lavée, de la crasse persistait. Certain luminaires était cassés. Le restaurant était par contre très bon et la salle de sport appréciable, dommage que le sauna ne soit pas mis en route pour l’utilisation, il faut penser à le lancer avant utilisation.

Reception & bar staff were very friendly & helpful and hotel decor was modern and welcoming. Unfortunately we hadn't time to make use of the restaurant or outside pool. Bedroom was very clean, comfortable & spacious but traffic noise was still audible despite the soundproofing and it took time to get accustomed to it. A more central location would have been preferable although Uber rides were easily accessible, but that was our mistake, not the hotel's. Overall, a good hotel.

J’ai séjourné trois nuits dans cet hôtel et mon expérience a été mitigée. Le principal problème concernait la télévision, qui s’allumait toute seule la nuit en mode Chromecast et basculait en Chromecast pendant que je regardais des programmes. Bien que j’aie signalé ce souci, il n’a pas été résolu durant mon séjour. De plus, le petit-déjeuner était décevant, sans réelle variété ou qualité. Cependant, le personnel était poli et accueillant, et l’emplacement est pratique, proche de la sortie d’autoroute. Cela peut être un bon choix pour un court séjour si ces points ne sont pas rédhibitoires pour vous.

Pour avoir plus de confort j avais réservé une chambre avec un canapé en plus. En revanche ce type de chambre donne sur la route et non sur la terrasse. Le bruit nous a empeché de dormir. J avais choisi cet hotel pour sa piscine. Il s agit juste d un petit bassin. Dernier point accueil un peu juste (surtout au bar).Sinon hotel correct avec des salons bien décorés. Le centre d aix est a moins de 10 mn en voiture. Pour resumer cet hotel n est pas a la hauteur du golden tulip de Marseille où j ai recemment séjourné.

There was no food options, even though there was a restaurant on the premises. We arrived after driving all day 15 hours from England we chose this hotel as they had a restaurant but we were told they were full. The restaurant had half the tables empty but they would not offer us any food, and it was only 20:30, the couple who checked in before was given a table but we were turned away. They obviously didn’t like the English. We had to order a takeaway as there was no restaurant nearby, the hotel was on the outskirts. We then had to eat our pizza in front of the hotel as they do not allow food brought into the premises. Will not be staying there again or any other in the chain.

Everyone at the hotel were a delight and ready to help with whatever was needed. I stayed here for a long business trip and will most likely do so again. Quiet, comfortable, and within easy access to the center of town. Don't overlook the hotel's restaurant and bar either.

Hotel is a bit far from the city center. Driving is about 15-30 min pending on traffic and hours of the day. Not much around the hotel in terms of restaurants or shoppings. Staff in the hotel is very friendly and professional. Check-in was easy. We had one day housecleaning forgot to clean our room 😞 but the night manager Yohann came quickly and provide some services to tidying up the room.

Staff in the hotel is very friendly and professional. Check-in was easy. We had one day housecleaning forgot to clean our room 😞 but the night manager Yohann came quickly and provide some services to tidying up the room.

Reception & bar staff were very friendly & helpful and hotel decor was modern and welcoming. Unfortunately we hadn't time to make use of the restaurant or outside pool. Bedroom was very clean, comfortable & spacious but traffic noise was still audible despite the soundproofing and it took time to get accustomed to it. A more central location would have been preferable although Uber rides were easily accessible, but that was our mistake, not the hotel's. Overall, a good hotel.

J’ai séjourné trois nuits dans cet hôtel et mon expérience a été mitigée. Le principal problème concernait la télévision, qui s’allumait toute seule la nuit en mode Chromecast et basculait en Chromecast pendant que je regardais des programmes. Bien que j’aie signalé ce souci, il n’a pas été résolu durant mon séjour. De plus, le petit-déjeuner était décevant, sans réelle variété ou qualité. Cependant, le personnel était poli et accueillant, et l’emplacement est pratique, proche de la sortie d’autoroute. Cela peut être un bon choix pour un court séjour si ces points ne sont pas rédhibitoires pour vous.

There was no food options, even though there was a restaurant on the premises. We arrived after driving all day 15 hours from England we chose this hotel as they had a restaurant but we were told they were full. The restaurant had half the tables empty but they would not offer us any food, and it was only 20:30, the couple who checked in before was given a table but we were turned away. They obviously didn’t like the English. We had to order a takeaway as there was no restaurant nearby, the hotel was on the outskirts. We then had to eat our pizza in front of the hotel as they do not allow food brought into the premises. Will not be staying there again or any other in the chain.

Lovely hotel. Great room, beds & bathroom. In house restaurant was very good. Popular! Front desk staff were always friendly & helpful. Pur only gripe was we could not get the room cool and yet it wad late Nov. Always at 23 degrees all night. Uncomfortable. Had to have window open all the time.

The hotel and the staff were excellent. The front desk personnel were thoughtful, helpful and knowledgeable about the area. It was easy to park our car and the walk into town was also very good. We had cancelled an alternate hotel as this hotel had a outdoor pool to relax by. Unfortunately, the pool was closed for two of the 4 days which was extremely disappointing. There could have been an adjustment on the price given this was the primary reason we picked the hotel.

We had an enjoyable stay. All the staff were very helpful and friendly and accommodated our request for a different room without hesitation when we raised some problems. The outdoor area around the pool was very nice to relax. There was a good range of drinks from the bar which were very good value. It was a shame that there wasn’t a bar facility available for residents after around 11pm. It was good to have secure parking available at the hotel which was well situated for going to the rugby ground.
