Super nice. Reception staff was amazing, very friendly and helpful, make you feel very welcomed. The hotel is hotel, with a very convenient parking. The Spa facilities are great and not crowded. Overall an amazing hotel in a very nice town.

Very nice hotel, close to the casino and train station. Very nice pool (1st floor) for swimming a bit, warm water level. The spa (floor -1) is even nicer but just too busy, especially on weekends. That ruins a bit the potentially great experience, maybe providing prebooked entry slots would help. The breakfast is nice too, just also too crowded on weekends. I had to wait for 10 mins before even getting a table on Sunday. The new cosy rooms are nice and modern, maybe you can hear a bit too much of the party outside though. Overall I was happy and will stay here again.

Le sauna ne fonctionne pas , le hamman faut appuyer sur un bouton a l'entree et attendre 10 mn qu il chauffe ( cela pourrait etre realise par la personne à l accueil du spa.Dimanche matinà 10h00 les 2 jacuzzis etaient tiede.Le service au bar de l hotel est trop lent ,le barman malgre sa vitesse d execution est seul a gerer le bar + boissons du restaurant , 20 mn mini pour etre servi

Hotel de tres haut standing avec un spa magnifique. Malheureusement nous aurions aimé être avertis lors de notre check in de la non accessibilité aux prestations de l'hôtel apres le chek out. 1ere fois que nous voyons ça sur ce type d'hôtel.

Really lovely hotel, especially the newer renovated rooms. The area around is stunning, with loads of dining and drinks options and the station is just a 2 mins walk. The bus to the lake is easy to catch by the station too and takes 7 mins, so very convenient. The only downside I would say it’s that it’s not made clear that the outdoor pool is only accessible with a spa pass, so it’s worth booking a spa-access room. Otherwise they will offer to upgrade you for 81 euros per night, or buy a 3 hr spa pass for 35 euro, but when we tried that they were fully booked. It’s cheaper to do it when booking on Expedia etc. The indoor spa areas and beautiful and very relaxing. Really great hotel but could do better communicating the outdoor pool access when booking.

Toplocatie. Fantastisch ontbijt. Vriendelijk personeel. Gekozen Ivm aanwezigheid zwembad, bleek apart betaald (18euro pppd)te moeten worden wat niet vermeld werd bij het boeken. De Spa ruimte was pas vernieuwd en heel mooi. Was uiteraard ook apart. In de badkamer en ook bij het raam zat behoorlijk wat zwarte schimmel. Vond de prijs behoorlijk hoog

Nous avons passé un excellent week-end dans cet hôtel. Les chambres Cosy sont très confortables, propres et bien insonorisés. Le personnel de l’hôtel très serviable et à l’écoute. Bien sûr il y a aussi le SPA : 2 étages de détente impeccable

Check in was a total mess, it was sorted eventually but with much of the initial Bland being placed on us, that wasn’t the case. Bureaucratic entry time-based system for breakfast … 08:00 slot and there was 3 other people in the room. I would not stay here again. Very poor staff, often absent from the front desk. The property was overheated, at least the window opened because it was impossible to chill the room. I had booked for three people, every had to registered and provide a credit card.

Nous avons été surclassés avec vue parc, très agréable avec les illuminations de Noël Tout le personnel était charmant et attentionné, même pour nous rappeler que nous avons très largement dépassé la limite du spa (11h le jour du départ) La proximité avec le centre ville est idéale, nous recommandons sans réserve et reviendrons avec plaisir :)

This is a lovely hotel, spacious and comfortable. I had a standard room and it was quite big if a little spartan. The toilet is separate from the bathroom which makes it a bit small when the door is shut. Don’t know why, but lots of hotels think a big shallow oblong basin looks good. It might look good but they are not useable and waste a lot of water.

The hotel in overall is great. Clean and modern. I have to mention that to wait for check in took 15mins and the same for check out with only one person behind the desk. We had breakfast which is very poor and for the price it’s ridiculous. 9am and no eggs , no bacon, no pancakes, the only juice available was orange. I have to say very disappointed! We stayed one night Monday-Tuesday and spa on Tuesday is opening at 11am!!! Absolutely not worth it to pay for it because we could use it just for an 30mins as the one part is closing 19h. You should advertise this online that Tuesdays morning are not for a spa because we paid for it and we couldn’t even use it.

Superbe hôtel, l’hôtel est un 4 étoiles mais il est digne d’un 5 étoiles . C’est du très haut de gamme, les chambres spacieuses, le personnel très professionnel et chaleureux. Les soins sont sublimes, vraiment une parenthèse enchantée. Le client se sent privilégié, le petit déjeuner , les repas sont au Top. Mention spéciale pour le bar avec des cocktails qui font voyager les pupilles. Une très belle carte postale, pour faire les excursions tout est à proximité .

This hotel was very nice in a non touristy area in the French Alps. The rooms are big and clean. They offer different rooms with spa access or not. Although one of the rooms we stayed at had a spa access, but we didn’t use it, so I can’t comment on the spa. The hotel was fully booked the 4 nights we were there. The hotel is walking distance to pubs, casino and restaurants, so parking could be challenging including the hotel’s self parking, hotel’s underground parking and the public parking spaces close to it. The hotel is walking distance to the train station.

Les soins sont sublimes, vraiment une parenthèse enchantée. Le client se sent privilégié, le petit déjeuner , les repas sont au Top. Mention spéciale pour le bar avec des cocktails qui font voyager les pupilles. Une très belle carte postale, pour faire les excursions tout est à proximité .

Superbe hôtel très bien situé à deux pas de la gare d’Aix les Bains et des rues avec nombreuses offres de restaurant et commerce. Le personnel est agréable. Les chambres sont très bien décorées et confortables. Nous avons également bien profité du spa chaque jour et revenons de ces 4 jours tous détendus.

The hotel in overall is great. Clean and modern. I have to mention that to wait for check in took 15mins and the same for check out with only one person behind the desk. We had breakfast which is very poor and for the price it’s ridiculous. 9am and no eggs , no bacon, no pancakes, the only juice available was orange. I have to say very disappointed! We stayed one night Monday-Tuesday and spa on Tuesday is opening at 11am!!! Absolutely not worth it to pay for it because we could use it just for an 30mins as the one part is closing 19h. You should advertise this online that Tuesdays morning are not for a spa because we paid for it and we couldn’t even use it.

Well placed. Unfortunately the dining room wasn’t open on any of the three nights we were there . Obviously they are promoting the Spa above anything else. A little surprised none of the reception staff spoke English. Room comfortable.

J’ai eu un surclassement à mon arrivée, la chambre supérieure était divine, et les boissons à disposition une gentillesse. Juste le prix du petit déjeuner était un peu trop élevée par rapport à la moyenne, même s’il y avait du choix.

Helt OK hotell men inget wow - passade för en övernattning. Frukosten var OK men trodde den skulle vara bättre pga bilder jag sett. Rummet var rent och hade aircon vilket var väldigt bra. En synpunkt jag har är att om man skall erbjuda roomservice så skulle jag anpassa menyn bättre, inte ha samma upplägg som deras fine-dining restaurang. Lite enklare mat helt enkelt för en prislapp som motsvarar vad roomservice skall stå för. Samt ha gärna menyer på engelska.

Super nice. Reception staff was amazing, very friendly and helpful, make you feel very welcomed. The hotel is hotel, with a very convenient parking. The Spa facilities are great and not crowded. Overall an amazing hotel in a very nice town.
