This property is close to everything. There are plenty of restaurants near by, and supermarkets. My only complaint is that you have to pay extra (16 Euro per person) to use the pool or the spa.

Excellent hotel with fantastic family room, actually a suite with 2 rooms and 2 toilets plus large bathroom, two showers, 2 tvs etc. Only weird thing in the room was in main room begind the bed the wall was white with black speckles but it honestly it just looked like mould, so it was a bit disconcerting at first. See pics , wont let me upload pics Spa facilities really great, pool just at right temperature. Sauna and hamman perfect and jacuzzi. Albeit Saturday it was very busy, no seats, jacuzzi constantly full etc, sunday after lunch we had entire lot to ourselves. Dont miss out on these facilities which were excellent. Pool step area needed cleaning: clogged with gunk gathered where the stone floor meets the pool steps, dont notice unless you're coming out the pool orherwise very clean. Lift not working so had to use service lift, necessitating walking by workmen in your robe, and noise. No notice that works were ongoing. Not so bad at quiet times but when we checked in we were 20 mins waiting to use the lift behind others doing the same to go to our room! Very large underground parking area. Food only available for a couple of hours a day, what a loss of income for the hotel. Silly, even if it just offered pizza n burgers!! Lost opportunity to generate further income. Never saw the bar open. Nothing much in Aix tbh, a bit of a dump. A great stop off on the way to your destination.

Localisation. Accueil, chambres spacieuses, équipements spa, le tout très bien. Le petit frigo peut-être disponible en chambre mais sur demande car il n y en a pas pour toutes les chambres. Dommage que le tapis de course etait en panne. La zone spa est fabuleuse ! Le Park bien que payant est grand lesbplaces sont tres large!

Pas d'ascenseur car en travaux de remplacement d'ascenseurs, seulement le petit ascenseur de service 3 personnes seulement. Bruit de perceuse toute la journée, l'hôtel aurait au moins pu prévenir qu'il y avait des travaux.

L'accueil fut consternant. Le séjour sans aucun service, même pas une petite bouteille d'eau dans la chambre. Le spa fermé le matin, le sauna qu'il fallait allumer et donc attendre. Le parking hors de prix, etc.

Chambre propre, joints de SdB noirci, dommage sur cette gamme d'hôtel, chauffage automatique pas de réglages possible dans la chambre, le spa est tres agréable, pensez a demander un peignoir a l'accueil a votre arrivée, ils ne nous l'ont pas proposé. Je vous recommande cet établissement toit de meme

Très déçue par cet hôtel qui paraissait très bien lors de la réservation mais qui c est avéré très décevant. Chambre supérieure petite et avec une forte odeur de tabac. Tapisserie moche. Ménage pas fait il a fallu réclamer des serviettes propres à l accueil en rentrant le soir. Bouteille d eau Christ Aline premier prix alors qu il y avait de l eau d aix les bains sur les photos. Petit déjeuner à 19€ beaucoup trop cher. On a trouvé beaucoup moins cher en terrasse dans la rue piétonne tout proche. Pour le positif: personnel de l accueil aimable et spa très bien. Mais pour le reste, hôtel qui Ne vaut pas son prix

On a payé via votre réseau 296€ en arrivant on a payé le parking, le petit déjeuner et le spa pour 2 jours soit 96 € j'ai bien insisté pour payer ce supplément et être débarrassé pour notre départ. Hors en partant on nous a réclamé le petit déjeuner ! Ceci n'est pas normal ! J'aurais dû demander la facture détaillée des l'arrivée! Je ne recommanderai surtout pas cet hôtel et comme je suis beaucoup vu sur Google le massage passera très bien. Je ne remettrai pas les pieds dans un de vos établissements qui affiche 4 étoiles et a des douches avec du moisie sur le bas des fayence aussi !

I had an excellent stay at this hotel. The room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable. The breakfast was fabulous, with plenty of delicious options. We also enjoyed the pool, jacuzzi, sauna, and steam room ,everything was perfect! A true four-star experience. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely come back.

Chambre "supérieure" et literie satisfaisantes, ménage correct, bon emplacement hôtel. Conversations bruyantes et bruit très tard et la nuit dans couloir et certaines chambres que l'isolation n'atténue pas et vs réveille très tôt = empêche de se reposer. Les employés et la direction devraient s'impliquer davantage pour faire respecter les fondamentaux du savoir se comporter à l'hôtel.

Temps d'attente pour le checkin très long. J'apprend en arrivant que la piscine est fermée (Publicité mensongère sur le site??) j'aurais surement réservé un autre hôtel si l'information était correcte. Petit déjeuner très moyen pour le prix. Les chambres sont très mal insonorisées, on entend bien les bruits de la rue, même au 6em étage. La chambre était très froide en arrivant. Avec le chauffage à fond,c'était à peu près correcte le lendemain matin. Par contre le lit est confortable

Ne vaut absolument pas son niveau pour le prix ! Impossible de gérer la Clim soit même ! Même pour l’éteindre il faut demander à la réception … parking 18€, piscine 16€ … j’ai u problème de bruit dans ma chambre, refus de me changer de chambre ou de me rembourser … je vous déconseille fortement cette hôtel, à quelque mètres pour quelques euro en plus vous avez le golden tulipe Aix les bain !

Bisschen in die Jahre gekommen. Parkhaus ist gruselig, da die Zeitschaltuhr schnell abläuft. Leider wurde die Reise doppelt Berechnet. Zum Glück konnte ich meine Konto online einsehen. Die Mitarbeiter am Empfang war sehr nett und konnte zur Problemlösungen unterstützen.

On a payé via votre réseau 296€ en arrivant on a payé le parking, le petit déjeuner et le spa pour 2 jours soit 96 € j'ai bien insisté pour payer ce supplément et être débarrassé pour notre départ. Hors en partant on nous a réclamé le petit déjeuner ! Ceci n'est pas normal ! J'aurais dû demander la facture détaillée des l'arrivée! Je ne recommanderai surtout pas cet hôtel et comme je suis beaucoup vu sur Google le massage passera très bien. Je ne remettrai pas les pieds dans un de vos établissements qui affiche 4 étoiles et a des douches avec du moisie sur le bas des fayence aussi !

Hotel au top, service de qualité, personnel agréable et réactif, côté petit déjeuner c'était super il y avait beaucoup de choses variées et très bonnes (mention + pour les macarons qui étaient excellents) le spa était très bien. Super expérience vraiment je recommande.

L enregistrement a pris 30 minutes alors que j’étais seul à la réception. L’employée est partie en laissant l accueil vide pendant un long moment. Je constate ensuite que je n avais pas de serviettes de bain dans la chambre. On me propose de m en monté mais après plus d’une heure toujours rien. Des clients avec un chien l on laisse enfermé, il a aboyé toute l après midi et tôt le matin sans que personne ne fasse rien

Séjour dans le cadre du festival Musilac, en famille (adultes). Chambre au top, literie excellente on a dormi comme des bébés après les grosses journées/soirées. La piscine était un petit plus pour se détendre. Hôtel à deux pas du centre piéton.

Le petit déjeuner était bon. Juste le bruit désagréable d’une alarme de frigo. Et aussi trop d’écrans. Un coin plus calme sans écran aurait été apprécié. Les bains à remous étaient bien. La chambre propre: un grand tapis au sol aurait été super, plus douillet et chaleureux.

Excellent hotel with fantastic family room, actually a suite with 2 rooms and 2 toilets plus large bathroom, two showers, 2 tvs etc. Only weird thing in the room was in main room begind the bed the wall was white with black speckles but it honestly it just looked like mould, so it was a bit disconcerting at first. See pics , wont let me upload pics Spa facilities really great, pool just at right temperature. Sauna and hamman perfect and jacuzzi. Albeit Saturday it was very busy, no seats, jacuzzi constantly full etc, sunday after lunch we had entire lot to ourselves. Dont miss out on these facilities which were excellent. Pool step area needed cleaning: clogged with gunk gathered where the stone floor meets the pool steps, dont notice unless you're coming out the pool orherwise very clean. Lift not working so had to use service lift, necessitating walking by workmen in your robe, and noise. No notice that works were ongoing. Not so bad at quiet times but when we checked in we were 20 mins waiting to use the lift behind others doing the same to go to our room! Very large underground parking area. Food only available for a couple of hours a day, what a loss of income for the hotel. Silly, even if it just offered pizza n burgers!! Lost opportunity to generate further income. Never saw the bar open. Nothing much in Aix tbh, a bit of a dump. A great stop off on the way to your destination.

Temps d'attente pour le checkin très long. J'apprend en arrivant que la piscine est fermée (Publicité mensongère sur le site??) j'aurais surement réservé un autre hôtel si l'information était correcte. Petit déjeuner très moyen pour le prix. Les chambres sont très mal insonorisées, on entend bien les bruits de la rue, même au 6em étage. La chambre était très froide en arrivant. Avec le chauffage à fond,c'était à peu près correcte le lendemain matin. Par contre le lit est confortable

This was advertised as a 4 * hotel. Certainly it had facilities like a pool, fitness room and bar but the bar menu was mediocre. My biggest disappointment was the standard of furnishing. Seats with stained upholstery, no additional cushions on the chairs which were very wide and difficult to feel comfortable on if you are short. The bedding for the sofa bed was poor. I do not consider an Eleclerc basic pillow satisfactory for 4 *. The innards had separated into bits. The quilts were equally poor quality. We had hoped for better in a suite. Finally the breakfast was also disappointing. Limited choice.....and we were there early ...nothing labelled e.g. how to make or choose a drink and no staff to ask ...we have had better in 2 * accommodation.
