Studio Golf&Plage Chiberta

Nice stay at Maison Chiberta recently renovated. So new room well decorated. Restaurant is pleasant but be aware of booking in advance on weekends Nice spa and large outdoor pool ( not heated ). Located on hold of Chiberta and walking distance from beaches

The hotel has great decor, good food and provided a relaxing stay. However on our last night we accidentally left a pair of Oakley sunglasses on our table. There was a real lack of interest from staff to locate these. For a small hotel and as the only guests left in the restaurant it seems unlikely they could have disappeared without a trace. Very disappointing response from staff and management.

Three positive considerations: 1- Location. Hotel is perhaps in the best part of Anglet and very close to Biarritz. You can walk, run or ride a bike safely thanks to infrastructure created in that part of the Angler. 2- Sorroundings. A beautiful Golf Course is what you see around the hotel. Beyond the property, you can find great coffees shops, restaurants and the beach. 3- Parking. Is easy to park the car with many slots available as part of the hotel facilities. Downside considerations: 1- Rooms are out of date. They are Ok to sleep at night, to take a shower, change of clothes and get out. I was hosted in the Club Room and there was no reason to stay in that room an extra minute more than needed: humidity odor at the arrival, air conditioning working with a timer of your control in summer and phone with no communication with the front desk are some of the key inconveniences. 2- About service. Spanish-English-Portuguese are languages they promise to the guests. Nevertheless, I found that during the night, in case you have an emergency, you will need to speak french (only) to get some help from the not so friendly staff. During the day service was faulty, even with two bottles of water delivery. Conclusion: I cannot recommend this Hotel if you care about comfortable rooms and fair service. I am not saying a word about luxury and outstanding service. I am writing a honest review taking into consideration the cost and value received.

Literie impeccable, hôtel très beau et bien entretenu, cadre au top. Juste un bémol sur le côté restaurant et une serveuse peu aimable mais le reste du personnel est sans reproche.
