Les Trésoms Lake and Spa Resort

This is a lovely location and beautiful hotel, nice and quiet, great views, very comfy bed and good shower. A few niggles are ae only had one room of our 2 ready at check in so had a 40 min wait for the other one with no real apology or even a drink offered while we waited. The aircon was broken in our room so they moved us to a new room which was a smaller room as all they had left. The manager was lovely but a few of the others on reception were not so helpful. The bar was understaffed and you can only eat in the Michelin starred restaurant at lunch time which you don’t always want if you just need a light lunch.

Vraiment très beau comme endroit...Choisi parmi d'autre hôtels de même gamme parce qu'ils avaient des bornes électrique...Malheureusement impossible de ce brancher et le personnel qui s'est contenté de dire que les bornes étaient gérées par TOTAL n'était d'aucune aide. Très frustrant de réserver cet hôtel pour un service particulier mais de ne pas y avoir accès ...Aucun plan B !!! Chers propriétaires pourriez vous prendre une des 10 bornes a votre compte pour proposer une solution de rechange ? Cela n'aurait pas était dérangeant de payer une recharge en plus de la chambre !!! Bienvenue au 21eme siecle !!!

The view is amazing. We had a deluxe room with a view of the lake from both the bedroom & bathroom (Room 208). The room was a decent size, not a lot of hanging cupboard space but not a problem as I take a clothes steamer. It is about a 15 minute walk into town (downhill through the forest). We got Ubers in the evening around 12 euros. Pool area is nice with view of the lake. Plenty to do on or around the lake - hire a boat, paddle boards, pedalos etc. You can hire bikes and cycle around the lake very safely on the designated cycle paths. We took a boat trip around the lake. Disappointed that most of the reception staff don’t acknowledge you. It doesn’t cost anything to look up from desk & say ‘Bonjour’ or ‘Bonsoir’.

Extrem kostnadsnivå i förhållande till vad vi fick. Fokus låg på att ta ut mest möjliga av gästens plånbok. Bruk av spa kostade exempelvis 20 € per person och timme. Vatten på rummet 5€ per dag oavsett om förbrukade det eller inte. Hotellets parkering var också avgiftsbelagd.

I think that's about it unfortunately. The Bad. Rooms – The rooms are made up nice but this is all lost as there is absolutely no space to hang/store clothes! Worst hotel we have ever stayed in for this. There was only a 15cm rail for both of us to hang our clothes for a 6 day stay. No shelves for socks etc, we had to live out of our suitcases for our whole stay. Prices – As an example, $16 euros for a beer. Come on, that's just taking the proverbial. Service - So the staff were nice, but they were ineffective. I lost count the amount of times I had to wait 10 minutes at the bar, as staff were say hovering, they would finish hovering before they would then come over and serve me. Really bad. Michelin stared. Due to the above, we decided against eating at the Michelin stared restaurant. I am sure the service for this would have been much better, but it would have made us even angrier for it to then return to normal the next day when we was at the pool ! Food - Menu was mwah. L’hôtel est super, le spa aussi, la chambre était propre. Bon accueil, la vue magnifique sur la lac. La literie pas super dans notre chambre et des accessoires ne fonctionnaient pas comme le store électrique. Il n’y a pas canal à la télé. Que les chaînes tnt. Nous avons eu l mauvaise surprise de nous voir facturer 80€ pour les entrées au spa alors que personne ne nous avait prévenu. Et lors de notre 1ere visite c’était inclu avec la chambre. La parking aussi a 20€ la nuit. Personne ne nous l’avait dit mais c’était écrit sur notre réservation faite sur hôtel.com En plus pas possible de recharger la voiture car les bornes ne fonctionnaient pas. Bref, un hôtel magnifique c’était notre 2nd séjour mais nous n’y retournerons pas à cause de cette mauvaise expérience.

Das Wellnesangebot für Hotelgäste ist eine Frechheit oder sollte wenigstens erwähnt werden dass man für eine Stunde 20 Euro bezahlen muss. Zimmer war sehr klein. Parkplatz muss auch bezahlt werden.

The hotel is situated above the lake & really has some nice views. However! The service lets it down, the people on reception were friendly & a couple of the wait staff too. However!I was told the bar was open till midnight every day- one night I had a terrible headache & wanted a soft drink/more water for my room (around 11:30)I was refused and told it was “impossible!” Very rude & abrupt & made no sense as we were AT the bar. For almost £300 a night, the service was atrocious. The veggie menu I was exited about at the Michelin restaurant “doesn’t exist anymore”There is nothing vegan, and very few vegetarian options. If you’re at the pool; you must get dressed & go to formal salon bar to get a drink,no service to the pool, no casual dining options throughout the day- only limited snacks at the bar inside in the formal area. This seems such a shame as there’s lovely views outside in summer & lots of tables? There were so many obvious things missed.No mini bar items or snacks in the rooms. I ordered some pink ‘champagne’ at the bar that was is in fact just cheap €10 wine and they charge €50. Was lots of noise from a wedding one evening, this stopped then started again at 12!I was kept awake till 3am with noise from a neighbouring property the same day. The wedding group were horribly loud in the spa too. Could be wonderful if the dining/bar options weren’t so disjointed. Town is 25 min walk or so- but be warned it is a steep incline. Taxi £14-£20 for a 5/10 min journey.

The property is beautiful and the location is stunning. The pool and outdoor areas at the end of June are beautiful and not too busy. Whilst the breakfast at €25 is nice it’s basic for the dining prowess of the hotel. There is also a lack of daytime food if you’ve decided to stay at the hotel and relax by the pool. The walk to the centre of Annesy is only 15/20mins and the town described as the French Venice does not disappoint.

Beautiful place. Our room looked different then the one of the pictures we booked, that was a it disappointing. We especially booked this hotel for safe parking places, as we had a car full of stuff. Unfortunately, that was only for electric cars, so we smuggled in 😅. Dogs are welcome in the hotel but not in the restaurants (understandable for the Michelin star one). We had dinner in the other restaurant which was great, excellent food and service for a very good price. Including the view on the lake.

Séjour très décevant à l'hôtel Les Trésoms Lake and Spa resort. On commence par nous proposer le parking à l'intérieur de l'hôtel mais en "oubliant" de signaler que celui-ci est payant ! Nous l'apprenons par hasard le lendemain et nous devons réclamer pour que nous ne soyons pas facturé ! Comme déjà souvent signalé par d'autres voyageurs avant moi, les chambres sont très petites et les rangements quasi inexistant ! il est vrai que si on place une machine à café et un frigo dans une garde robe déjà petite il ne reste guère de place pour vos effets personnels. La salle de bain est certes rénovée mais sale et mal équipée, il y a un pommeau au mur mais pas de rideau ou paroi de douche... cherchez l'erreur ! Des restes de savon séché des clients précédents sur le carrelage mural. Un distributeur de savon qui ne fonctionne pas. Une quantité impressionnante de poussière sur le pèse personne, la poubelle, les étagères de la salle de bain mais aussi de la chambre, sans oublier les toiles d'araignées aux fenêtres. Aucuns documents reprenant les infos pratiques de l'hôtel pour indiquer par exemple qu'on ne peut pas utiliser la baignoire balnéo après 21h (l'alimentation est coupée par l'hôtel). Nous devons perdre notre temps à la réception pour demander toutes ces infos. Mais ce que je trouve le plus honteux dans cet hôtel c'est de payer 27 euros/personne pour un petit déjeuner aussi misérable ! Un conseil: prenez le temps de descendre en ville car à moins de 1,5km nous avons payé pour

Ce séjour a été agréable, l hôtel est propre, uniquement des traces de café sur la moquette dans notre chambre. Le cadre est exceptionnel avec une magnifique vue sur le lac, le bâtiment a beaucoup de charme avec une rénovation haut de gamme. Nous aurions cependant apprécié avoir été informés que le spa était en travaux lors de notre séjour car c était un de nos critères pour notre choix d hôtel.

The hotel is in a wonderful location and the rooms were spacious and clean. We enjoyed the view from the balcony. The breakfast buffets were world class. The location is walkable to Annecy and we were able to explore the area in that way. The staff were very helpful and gracious, even with our limited ability to speak French.

Hotel has a fabulous view over the lake. The pool was a refreshing experience after a day exploring the alps. Our room was spacious, modern and cleaned daily to a very high standard. The hotel staff were all very friendly. We walked down into Annecy through the woods the first night, but it didn’t feel safe walking back up on own. So we used the car for the rest of stay, with free parking every evening this was fine. We were there 4 nights and would stay at this hotel again. Staff also gave us a personal card to celebrate our wedding anniversary. Our stay was perfect and exceeded our expectations.

The property, pool area, and room were very nice. The housekeeping arrived quite late in the day and didn’t seem to clean the room very good. The front desk staff were helpful but not overly friendly.

The property from the outside was absolutely beautiful. Unfortunately, the carpeting in the room was very stained from spilles. We selected this resort as the said they had air conditioning. The unfortunate issue is they turn it off for the season. Our room was 28 to 30 celcius, we had to open the outside doors to try and get the temperature down. I call the front desk and the lady explained it was shut down for the year and there was nothing that could be done, just to make sure everything was turned off. No resolution or fans, just basically deal with it. The hotel need to put in their description that they do shut their air conditioning off for the season so people know what to expect, as we would not have stayed there knowing they shut it down.

Bon hôtel mais des choses à revoir pour un 4 étoiles: chambre à moderniser, WC dans la salle de bain, porte de la salle de bain transparente, la vue forêt est une vue parking, colonne d'eau dans le placard avec tous les bruits des douches et WC des autres chambres, parking payant, caution demandée de 300 € alors que la chambre avait été réglée ! toutes les chambres d'une même catégorie n'ont pas les mêmes prestations (certaines avec balcon et d'autres non et pourtant le même prix). Sinon l'emplacement est très bien, la literie excellente, la chambre spacieuse.

The low ceiling in attic room meant we bumped our heads above the bed and accessing the plugs in other part of the room. Consider putting cushioning in these areas.

We had high hopes for our stay, but were very disappointed. Our room was located over a service area (laundry room) and was noisy until after midnight every night of our stay. Our shower did not drain properly and flooded the bathroom if the water was on for more than 30 seconds, so we had to keep turning off the water multiple times during our showers. For a 4 star hotel this is unacceptable. We mentioned these things to staff, but nothing was done to correct it. We also had no ability to control our room temperature which was 27°C and ridiculously hot for a tiny hotel room. The location was good, but not enough to redeem this hotel and make us want to return or recommend it to anyone.

We stayed for 8 nights in a room booked for two people. While we didn’t expect a large space, the lack of storage was genuinely frustrating. The room offered only about 30cm of hanging space—enough for perhaps five tops—and two very small desk drawers, barely fitting a few items. When we raised our concerns with reception, we were told the rooms are intended for short stays of no more than two nights, and that had we called the hotel directly, we would have been informed of this. The response felt dismissive, lacking any empathy or willingness to help. We felt overlooked rather than supported. What made this more surprising was that we booked through Expedia, which listed a two-night minimum stay for this room. Nowhere was it made clear that the room was unsuitable for longer visits. As a result, we lived out of our suitcases for eight days, struggling to stay organised and constantly wearing creased clothes. The hotel also appeared to be understaffed, and unfortunately, it shows. The team seemed unhappy and stretched thin, which impacted service throughout our stay. We dined in the restaurant twice—on one occasion, we waited 20 minutes before anyone even took our drink order, and then another 10 minutes for the drinks to arrive. Prices were also surprisingly high: nearly £13 for a fresh orange juice and £16 for a beer. While we understand that hotel prices are often elevated, the quality of service didn’t match the cost. Overall, we left feeling disappointed.

Service et accueil nickel Nous avons juste deux bémols : - Pour le stationnement ( gratuit en dehors de l'hôtel, le problème étant que les places sont limitées, et qu'il sert aussi aux clients des restaurants, sinon c'est payant dans le parc de l'hôtel) - Notre chambre était très petite avec un placard inadapté dans lequel nous ne pouvions même pas pendre une veste et une chemise en même temps...

If you are English you are treated like a second class citizen - only the French get premium treatment. We were treated with contempt and rudeness

Les Tresome Spa was an amazing place for those seeking epic bike rides and post ride spa access. The staff were incredible-helping out in so many ways-just loved this place!!

We were on foot and able to walk to/from the train station through Annecy which took a leisurely 40 mins (for those so inclined - it’s a hill!). The climb was worth it. Beautiful lake view from our window and pleasant concierge staff. We rented e-bikes (40e/each) for a day and road the beautiful 26mile path around the lake. Also easy access to hiking trails above Les Tresomes. Highly recommend!

Lovely interior of the hotel. I would stay again for the view of the lake and quietness of the hotel. Not great if you need to venture out to town when it's raining. Taxi is a big issue when theres none available.

Amazing place, beautiful with all the comforts and not crowded. Surrounded by the forest and within walking distance to the lake. We will definitely return.

Up in the hills with beautiful views from the front of the hotel. We didnt eat there as it was a set menu and nit something that took our fancy. Location wasnt too far out of the centre but we did use the car to go down to the lakeside. Room was small but cosy. The bath was very small not one you could lay down in and wash your hair.

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans cet hôtel relaxant. Vous pouvez réserver les yeux fermés, le personnel est très accueillant et les services sont au rendez-vous! Il faudra tout de même noter que l’accessibilité par le sentier piéton pour se rendre en ville ou à la plage n’est pas optimale pour tous.tes.

We loved Les Tresoms. The setting is beautiful, the grounds are lovely, the rooms were clean, comfortable, modern and a good size, and we got a balcony and view we weren’t expecting which was a nice surprise. We had dinner in the Atelier restaurant one night and it was great. Portions weren’t huge but it was nicely cooked and presented. The bar/lobby area and terraces are a perfect spot for a coffee or drink. This place is best if you have a car or take taxis into/from town as The walk thru the woods/along the lake road is easy enough in daylight, but less fun at night! We would definitely return here!

L'hôtel est remarquable par son architecture et son intérieur soigné et cosy. L'atout principal de cet établissement est sans nul doute son emplacement, au-dessus du lac d'Annecy face aux montagnes... magnifique !!

Lovely resort overlooking Lac Annecy and the surrounding mountains.

The hotel was excellent and the staff very friendly. We were very pleased with our room and the lovely view of the lake. Very good pool facility. Some smaller issues were: Everything bar and food related are via the app, so no menus, which was not great for choosing wine and the restaurant, other than the Michelin star facility was only open Friday/Saturday. The Wi-Fi was not great and the walk into town through the woods could do with a decent path.

Excellent property with cute rooms and gorgeous scenery of the mountains and lake. Beautiful pool and the food at the restaurant is divine. Only a twenty minute walk to old Annecy.

Le cadre, la décoration des espaces communs et le personnel sont ravissant. Le restaurant 1 étoile et son chef ont notre coup de cœur. Le seul moins bien concerne le standing de la chambre : un peu étriquée, des trous dans le mur, une petite baignoire…cela nécessite un réaménagement.

This seems such a shame as there’s lovely views outside in summer & lots of tables? There were so many obvious things missed.No mini bar items or snacks in the rooms. I ordered some pink ‘champagne’ at the bar that was is in fact just cheap €10 wine and they charge €50. Was lots of noise from a wedding one evening, this stopped then started again at 12!I was kept awake till 3am with noise from a neighbouring property the same day. The wedding group were horribly loud in the spa too. Could be wonderful if the dining/bar options weren’t so disjointed. Town is 25 min walk or so- but be warned it is a steep incline. Taxi £14-£20 for a 5/10 min journey.

The property is beautiful and the location is stunning. The pool and outdoor areas at the end of June are beautiful and not too busy. Whilst the breakfast at €25 is nice it’s basic for the dining prowess of the hotel. There is also a lack of daytime food if you’ve decided to stay at the hotel and relax by the pool. The walk to the centre of Annesy is only 15/20mins and the town described as the French Venice does not disappoint.

Beautiful place. Our room looked different then the one of the pictures we booked, that was a it disappointing. We especially booked this hotel for safe parking places, as we had a car full of stuff. Unfortunately, that was only for electric cars, so we smuggled in 😅. Dogs are welcome in the hotel but not in the restaurants (understandable for the Michelin star one). We had dinner in the other restaurant which was great, excellent food and service for a very good price. Including the view on the lake.

I was really looking forward to staying here and it was going to be the relaxing end to a busy holiday. When we arrived at lunchtime feeling very hungry we were told both restaurants are closed on a Monday and that if we wanted food we had to walk 20 mins into Annecy. (Subsequently I found out we could have had room service but that wasn’t offered.) When we got into our standard room it was tiny. There wasn’t even a cupboard to unpack our case into. Just 5 hangers. So we lived out of our suitcases having to manoeuvre around them. Our balcony was not an enjoyable place to sit as we had two sets of workmen outside with a digger. The rest of the hotel is beautiful and the terraces by the swimming pool have a stunning view of the lake. Housekeeping were lovely and could not have been more helpful. There is no service by the pool you have to go in and order (drinks, no food again) and then nothing is cleared until the end of the day. All in all this did not feel luxury. I happened to meet the owner who asked about my stay. I told her my concerns and she offered me a massage at the spa or use of their bikes neither of which were suitable for me. She then said she would recompense us some other way but when I came to pay the bill there was no form of compensation. Which again was disappointing. This was not the luxury end to my holiday I had hoped for.

Très bon séjour à l'hôtel ! Très belle vue sur le lac et montagne, le personnel très pro! Très belle expérience aux spa et soins. Dîner agréable la rotonde, restaurant étoilé de l'hôtel, qui selon nous devrait faire des efforts pour conserver son étoile. Cependant le service était très bien. L'expérience reste d'une grande qualité.
