If you are coming in your own car, there’s no parking. Hotel shares with a public parking which can randomly be closed. There’s not even a bay for offloading luggage. Hotel in Expedia advertises parking available which is incorrect. You are better off booking at Novotel which has secure parking just below the hotel

Parking is around the block. When I went to leave the parking it wouldn’t accept my ticket to pay. No worries one young staff member said she would walk over with me and call from ticket machine and clear it all up. I don’t speak French so she was a blessing to make things easy. Very friendly staff that are very helpful! Hôtel in great location as near all the sites to walk to.

This is an inner city hotel, so I wasn't expecting the rooms to be large, or even moderately sized. That said, the bathroom is bigger than some I've stayed in. The lift though, is comically small. Certainly not one to use if you're afraid of tight space. What isn't great though, is the internet speed, which I measured at 0.01mbit. Yes, that slow. I mentioned it at the front desk but it was never fixed during my stay. The location is fine, it's a few minutes walk from old town. Plus the hotel has a deal with a nearby underground Poste carpark. As is the case in French underground car parks. the bays seem to be have sized around original Fiat 500s and Minis, the cars from the 1950s and 1960s. Modern cars, even modestly sized modern cars are going to have a heck of a job squeezing into bays this tiny.

Sur le site de réservation était mentionné parking, c'est pour cela que l'on avait choisis cet hôtel mais en vain. De plus, dans notre chambre la télé ne fonctionnait pas et on n'a pas eu de geste de la part de l'hotel.

Not cheap, not clean, not well maintained. The carpet in our room was dirty, paint peeling off the woodwork and a strange smell that the four air fresheners on top of the wardrobe couldn’t mask. The bathroom was clean though, and the shower good. The bed was clean and comfortable. We certainly wouldn’t stay again, especially as it wasn’t even a cheap hotel. Your money is better spent elsewhere.

Nous avons pris l’hôtel pour 3j avec petit déjeuner. L’hôtel est idéalement situé lorsque qu’on voyage en transports en communs uniquement. La propreté ça a été, juste quelques traces de sang sur les draps. Nous avons trouvé le petit déjeuner un peu cher par rapport à la qualité et au choix du buffet. L’espace petit déjeuner est très petit, le samedi matin c’était juste pour avoir une place lorsque nous sommes arrivés. La chambre était côté rue, on entend beaucoup ce qu’il se passe dans la rue. Le plus dérangeant a été le bruit de la chambre au dessus de la nôtre, le soir de notre arrivée et le lendemain matin des bruits de pas de course (très certainement un enfant entrain de se dépenser), malheureusement ça raisonne fort dans la chambre. Le matelas est un peu trop ferme, mais ça, ça dépend de chacun. Enfin, le personnel est très agréable et à l’écoute !

The location was handy, for the station, the lake and many areas to walk, which was why I picked this, plus the Campanile hotels are reasonably priced. The WiFi was extremely slow, but the breakfast was okay. A good option for a mid-price stay and close to my favorite restaurant for the visit, Chez Ingalls, which is open all afternoon.

Mediocre hotel in convenient location. Air conditioner didn't work and the room was uncomfortably hot. Staff kindly brought us a fan. No hand or face towels, only a poor grade bath towel. No tissues. No quality. Won't stay there again.

Reception staff were really helpful, suggested dinner options and booked us a table at a nearby restaurant. Always happy to answer questions. Rooms were a good size and clean, basic breakfast but a great central location with car parking very close.

Very clean and comfortable hotel, with plenty of space in the rooms and very modern bathrooms with plenty of hot water. The desk staff couldn't have been friendlier! They were all wonderful and if you don't speak, their English is perfect too! The hotel is less then a 5 minute walk from the station and a 3 minute walk into town. You can get to the lake in less than 10 minutes. I will absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel.

The location was great and the room was fine and clean. It was really reasonable. However, the staff just didn’t seem to bother welcoming guests or speak to them. The only smile that you will see is the wooden structure at the reception. I appreciate that we are in France and English is limited but the body language and manner were extremely rude. The worst encounter was with the room maid. We had returned to our room which had not been serviced approximately 3pm and wanted to relax, so my husband had asked for fresh towels and no room service. She refused to give him fresh towels. I had slightly better luck. She refused to take my used towels and shouted at me to put them in her bag! After depositing, 2 bath, 2 hand and a bath mat , I was given one hand and one bath. So rude.

Room is rather stark. But for the price it is a good deal. Great location and clean. Plus the provided breakfast was more than expected, and the front desk staff was friendly and helpful.
