Boa estadia. Atendeu as expectativas. Muito perto do centro histórico e também da gare. Único ponto negativo: o "tapis de course" estava estragado. E foi justamente por causa da sala de esporte que escolhi o hotel. Foi frustrante.

La seule chose qu'il manquait, c'est des capsules de café. Sinon l'accueil est également tres bien, le personnels est sympathique et professionnel

It was extremely hot in this room! I would never choose to stay here again. The staff was very friendly and lovely. The restaurant across from the hotel had very loud music until at least midnight on a Thursday night. Definitely not the hotel’s fault but it made my stay even more uncomfortable. The pillows in the room are also terrible. The shower felt dirty and grimy. There was no soap or shampoo or anything of that nature in the shower.

It is very close to the train station, which is good. And they gave me a full refund (or said they will), which is good. But, the bad- it smelled and in 3 of the 3 rooms we looked at, there were short hairs on the sheets, like multiple ones. Not sure if it was dog hair or pubic hair or arm hair, but it was gross. They said they couldn’t change the sheets after we found all of the hair because housekeeping wasn’t there at the time. They did offer me sheets to change beds myself. I also had asked repeatedly in advance for adjacent or adjoining rooms, and we had rooms on different levels, which was not good since we were traveling together as a large family. We ended up going to Novotel, right next door, and it was so much better. No smell, better lobby, clean rooms and they were able to put us close together. We stayed two nights there, because that was all that was available, then went to Privilodges Aparthotel Annecy, which was even better. Those rooms were larger (like a living area, bedroom and small kitchen), it was clean and I liked the location way more since we were in the middle of old down town.

The location is great and close to old town Annecy. Staff was also fairly friendly but not overly. The challenge with the accommodation comes down to the actual bed. It is incredibly uncomfortable. I have stayed in many hotels and this may be the most uncomfortable bed yet. The room itself was fine. It felt very basic but that's what you're paying for. If you're on a budget, want to be able to walk to everything, and don't mind a tough bed and anesthetics, it will work.

Okay sted at bo med kort til centrum og Lac d'Annecy. Hotellets placering er praktisk men ikke så inspirerende. Prøv, at få et værelse højt oppe, da værelserne på de lavere etager er mørke. Vi boede på tredje, og det var ret indelukket. Parkering koster en del, men så holder du også lige under hotellet, hvilket er dejligt.
Okay sted at bo med kort til centrum og Lac d'Annecy. Hotellets placering er praktisk men ikke så inspirerende. Prøv, at få et værelse højt oppe, da værelserne på de lavere etager er mørke. Good location near train station, easy walk to old town. Mini-kitchen very helpful (esp. microwave fridge). WiFi was very weak (~3.5mps) -- we ended up using tourist data SIM chip on cell instead. Room slightly warm (~24.5C)... not certain if the room has decent AC or not (might simply have been switched off for the season)...could easily open windows with slight but not terrible train noise. Friendly staff.

We overall enjoyed our stay at the Addiago Aparthotel There was a bit of an issue when we first arrived. We were given a room above a skate boarding event that was happening the whole weekend during our stay , we were not aware of this when we booked But the wonderful staff member who was on duty each afternoon/night shift during our stay assisted with giving us a room on a quieter side of hotel which was very appreciated and allowed us to be able to sleep as the event went on late in the night with loud music Also the English Channel wasn’t working so he gave us one morning breakfast as a gesture of apology which I think is absolutely wonderful customer service The apartment was well equipped and enough space for two Balcony good size with view of mountains Apartment was clean The bed I found a bit hard Close to bus terminal and train station Close to a supermarket Approx 10min walk to lake and old town Again A big thank you to the guy on duty you went above and beyond customer service it made a stay very enjoyable

When we arrived at our room for a 3 night stay we discovered the air conditioning was broken. We alerted the staff and were told someone would look at it, however they never did. We asked again and were just told sorry. The shower leaked all over the bathroom floor every time we showered so we had to ask for more towels every day. On our last day there was an awful sewage smell coming from the shower. The location was convenient to the train and a 10-15 min walk to shops and restaurants. But we would never stay in this hotel while visiting Annecy again.

We spent two nights in Annecy and it was a SUPERB experience. The hotel is located near the bus station and is walkable distance from the old town and nearby mall. The front desk staff, especially Dima, Lina, and Estelle went above and beyond to make our stay very special. They gave us great recommendations, helped with dinner reservations, and actively helped reschedule our transfer. The staff has fluency in English which made communication easier and more pleasant. We would definitely book again for our next Annecy visit. Strongly recommend the place.
We spent two nights in Annecy and it was a SUPERB experience. The hotel is located near the bus station and is walkable distance from the old town and nearby mall. The front desk staff, especially Dima, Lina, and Estelle went above and beyond to make our stay very special. They gave us great recommendations, helped with dinner reservations, and actively helped reschedule our transfer. The staff has fluency in English which made communication easier and more pleasant. We would definitely book again for our next Annecy visit. Strongly recommend the place.

It is very close to the train station, which is good. And they gave me a full refund (or said they will), which is good. But, the bad- it smelled and in 3 of the 3 rooms we looked at, there were short hairs on the sheets, like multiple ones. Not sure if it was dog hair or pubic hair or arm hair, but it was gross. They said they couldn’t change the sheets after we found all of the hair because housekeeping wasn’t there at the time. They did offer me sheets to change beds myself. I also had asked repeatedly in advance for adjacent or adjoining rooms, and we had rooms on different levels, which was not good since we were traveling together as a large family. We ended up going to Novotel, right next door, and it was so much better. No smell, better lobby, clean rooms and they were able to put us close together. We stayed two nights there, because that was all that was available, then went to Privilodges Aparthotel Annecy, which was even better. Those rooms were larger (like a living area, bedroom and small kitchen), it was clean and I liked the location way more since we were in the middle of old down town.

Apartment was nice. Well located and clean. They offer free hot beverages in the lobby. Most of the staff were excellent and helpful although one of the receptionist was constantly acting as though us being there was an inconvenience. Vi boede på tredje, og det var ret indelukket. Parkering koster en del, men så holder du også lige under hotellet, hvilket er dejligt.

LOCATION you cannot fault! So close to old town! But its showing its age & outside enviro not the most pleasant. It seems any big train station anywhere in the world display social issues of the city. If not for the closeness to old town, would rate it 3 stars at best. Annecy old town is amongst the prettiest places on earth I have been to & Ive been to many. Only good for 2-night stay max. Limited kitchen facilities. Room overall a bit dark to our liking.

Nice hotel with cozy lobby. Spacious room with nice decor & good amenities. Kitchen compact but well designed and well equipped (it even has a dishwasher). Good location, near the Old Town and lake. Free coffee/tea in the lobby and friendly staff make our stay most enjoyable .

Je viens souvent à l'adagio d'Annecy et c'est toujours avec plaisir. Les logements sont agréables et le petit déjeuner est copieux avec en plus du pain et des madeleines sans gluten. 😊

Petit déjeuner en buffet qui ne vaut pas sa valeur financière peu de choix et qualité bas de gamme il vaut mieux déjeuner en ville moins cher ou même prix mais meilleur qualité , le personnel qui recharge le Buffet sur leur petit chariots depose a côté de l'alimentation destinée au buffet le produit ménager et la lingette de nettoyage c'est vraiment limite où est l'hygiène !! Ma photo est floue et c'est bien dommage ! L'hygiène est a revoir dans cette établissement !! Les studio en apparence propre si vous ne vous baissé pas sous les lits meubles etc !!! Établissement qui se dit climatisé c'est faux !!! weekend de Pâques chambre étouffante chaude ou mon chien a du rester Honteux !!! Et quand vous le signaler ont vous répond c'est normal et ont fera rien ça sert a rien de vous plaindre ! Whaou choqué car pour encaisser ils sont là !! AC doesn’t go lower than 26C, which made it very hard to sleep 4 people in the room during the heat wave. The bathroom was awful, old and not clean at all. The toilet was separated in a claustrophobic small room. I would never stay here again. Only good thing was the location close to the old town and the parking possibilities.
