I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here and would 100% recommend. The staff were excellent. So polite, friendly and helpful at all times. The room was clean and comfortable, as were all of the social areas. Breakfast had a good selection. It doesn’t state on the website, but the pool is closed during off peak, although the the staff were very accommodating and allowed me to sit by the pool in the outdoor terrace, as it was still 24 degrees. Shuttle to and from the airport is included and hotel is a 5 minute walk from the tram station which takes you into the city centre. Thank you for a very pleasant stay!

Nice place and great staff. Booked since close to airport and free shuttle. Unfortunately shuttle wasn’t available at time we needed, so they got us a taxi. Site should note shuttle times.

The breakfast that was included was excellent. There was a wide selection of food in a nice dining area. As well, the shuttle service to the airport was every half hour and was very prompt.

Although the actual room was nice and comfortable with some good none news English TV channels, there was not a proper restaurant in the hotel for dinner. Also there was not an early morning shuttle bus to the airport. Instead we had to pay €20 for a 5 minute taxi ride. Next time I would pay more and stay at the NH Airport Hotel.

Very friendly receptionist. Bar food not available because no chef! Receptionist gave us directions to nearby restaurants. Restaurant in the Holiday Inn across the road as their restaurant was also closed. No problems with parking or leaving at 4:30 am.

An excellent breakfast was included in our rate. The staff were lovely and very helpful. We found a potato chip under the bed when we checked in... but aside from that, the room was clean. We used the efficient shuttle service to get to the airport. The closest restaurants were McDonalds and a seafood place called Leon, both walking distance. Overall, a positive stay. We could have done without the sound of empty glass bottles being dumped into a truck in the early morning, however.

Can't fault the lovely guy on reception who was very friendly and the breakfast was plentiful with lots of the usual charcuterie and cheese, fruit, cereals, jams, juices but also hot dishes, eggs bacon sausage etc and well and pastries and cakes. Coffee from machine but OK as it uses real coffee beans. Room OK, basic and clean. No water supplied but available in overpriced vending machine. Powdered coffee, milk and tea in room with kettle. Basic shampoo no other toiletries. No restaurant or place to eat except for breakfast. Dirty elevator. Useful shuttle to and from airport. Average hotel with excellent staff, breakfast and shuttle, fine for a night.

L’hôtel en lui même est Top, un peu déçu de la chambre mais en vrai pour le temps qu’on y a passé on ne peu pas se plaindre. La piscine et bien avec un accès sécuriser. La salle de sport est un peu petite avec seulement 3 équipements. Pour le petit dej par contre rien à dire (hormis les boissons chaude qui ne sont vraiment pas ouf) charcuterie, fromage, pancakes/crêpe, céréales, confiture jus pomme ou oranges , bacon, œuf brouillés, yaourt, fruit… de quoi vous mettre bien. Pour nous les heure d’ouverture et fermeture était peut-être un peu juste -La Piscine de 10h à 20h Je Même(on aurait aimé une ouverture avant et une fermeture un peu plus tard Dans). -La salle de sport fermé à 22h- le bar fermé à 22h Pour le petit déjà par conte on peu pas se plaindre, 6h-10h. Pour se qui est de la chambre, nous aurions aimé avenir un espace fermé pour mettre les vêtement, à par une petite étage on se trouve le coffre, la bouilloire, café/thé/chocolat et quelques portant pas vraiment d’étagère pour les vêtements. La salle de bain est plutôt bien manque là aussi une petit étagère sous l’évier pour mettre les affaire de toilette. Petit plus par contre l’insonorisation de la salle de bain est vraiment qualitative pour déposer vos meilleurs classiques. Pour la TV, qui s’allume à votre nom en entrant, nous avons accès a seulement les chaînes tv de la TNT est autre chaîne étrangers, pas de netflix ou autre ni accès au prise HDMI. Équipe au top, agréable et serviable et dispo à toute heure. Merci

Stayed in a superior room. 1 queen bed and 1 sofa providing 2 smalls beds. These 2 smalls bed are perfect for kids. Room is enough big for a family of 4. Balcony available too in the room. Nice breakfast included. Swimming pool is nice too.

We only stayed here for one night with our two kids before flying home but it was a pleasant stay. The bed was comfy, room was very clean, sofa bed was made up for the kids already and we appreciated having a kettle & coffee machine in the room. The kids also enjoyed having the games to play on the TV. The breakfast was good, a small choice of hot food (eggs, bacon, sausage) and good choice of other bits (cereal, pastries, fruit, yogurt). The thing that stood out the most was the staff though. We were welcomed by a very friendly guy (unfortunately didn't get his name) who checked us in and when we checked out, a lovely girl was on the desk. We frequently travel and stay in hotels and I would say both of these staff members are wonderful, a great asset to the hotel. Would absolutely stay again!

Stayed one night after arriving late for flight. Hôtel super convenient as they provide shuttle which arrived promptly. Room was as expected but kids sofa bed was uncomfortable with springs protruding. Breakfast was good and return shuttle. Would still recommend for stay near airport.

Le séjour a été rendu réellement extrêmement désagréable par une erreur initiale a la reception. J\'avais en effet indiqué que, sur ma reservation de 4 chambres, 2 occupants (2 chambres donc!) arriveraient avec une journée de retard. J ai indiqué formellement (dans un francais, à priori, intelligible !) que je reglerai l\'ensemble de la reservation (avec les 2 nuits ou les chambres seraient innocupées!). Malgré mon alerte, ils ont considéré deux "no shows" et on annulé les 2 chambres. Le lendemain, à larrivee de mes collaborateurs, ils sont parvenus à trouver une chambre pour l une des personne sur ma réservation, pas pour la seconde (l\'hotel etant plein!) Nous avons du loger en urgence ailleurs mon autre collaborateur (dans le centre de Tpulouse donc assez éloigné). Le responsable de la reception ne s\'est pas montré particulièrement performant, ni même empathique au moment ou je lui ai evoqué le problème que cela nous occasionnait. Je suis tout de meme parvenu, au prix d\'une très grosse colère, à obtenir le minimum : des excuses. Nous avons aussi eu des problèmes de téléviseur qui n\'ont pas été reglé durablement. Par ailleurs, l\'hôtel n\'a pas de room service ni de quelconque service de restauration à part des chips dans un distributeur (à pièces.... donc prevoyez du liquide), à la reception. Bref, un hotel à eviter de mon point de vue, si vous souhaitez être sûr d\'avoir la garantie que votre reservation soit honorée.

Hotel is within easy reach of airport. You can walk to the hotel. Shuttle bus - just contact the hotel on arrival and they will pick you up. Pre-book transport if going from hotel to airport. Runs approx every 30 mins. Breakfast - continental good selection - cereal, fruit, cheese, pastries, pancakes & bread Hot scrambled eggs, beans, bacon and sausage. Staff excellent communication prior to stay and customer service during stay. Would certainly recommend this hotel.

After two weeks in France, it was nice to have an American style breakfast spread with more protein options! Our room was spacious and very clean. The hotel provides a free airport shuttle, which we needed. The staff members were very helpful and even anticipated a few of our needs.
