I do not recommend staying at this property due to a severe lack of reliability and unprofessional customer service.I booked this hotel for my elderly mother specifically because the website explicitly states that a free airport shuttle service is included during the day. Upon check-in, the female receptionist proactively confirmed her departure time for the next day at 11:40 AM.However, the following day, the male receptionist on duty at the front desk was extremely rude and unhelpful. He flatly refused to provide the scheduled transport, claiming the service was unavailable, and completely ignored our booking confirmation. When asked for assistance in calling a regular taxi for an elderly traveler who does not speak the local language, he refused to help and told her to manage it herself via an app.Due to this total abandonment by the staff, I had to arrange alternative transport for her remotely from another country. The attitude of the male on-duty staff member was completely unacceptable. Travelers, especially seniors, should look for options elsewhere.

I had an amazing time at this hotel. Their staff was friendly, room was clean and well stocked. In addition, there was a bus 30 not so far from it that one can use to go to the airport.

Great location for a night wanting ti be. Lose the airport. The room was clean and quiet. Will choose again if needed. The access to the entrance was tricky, good thing i did not have a lot of luggage to carry.

Hostest was not very informed on the area as far as restaurants, petrol stations, etc. She was not able to provide a telephone number for a taxi. We had to find one for her so she was able to speak with the disbacxh as my french is limited
