This is our go to hotel for stay before or after Disneyland. Positives - near to the RER station, shopping, restaurants. Negatives - although it was refurbished not long ago - cracks are starting to appear - missing light bulbs, crumbling pieces of wall in the corridors, dirty window curtains and unfortunately dirty floor in the corners of the room and bathroom. Also if you are parking just outside the hotel (advertised as free parking) make sure your ticket is validated by the reception. We had problem leaving car park at 7am - barrier didn't open and it said that we need to pay 62 euro for overnight parking. Receptionist had to find a car park porter/security to open the barrier as no one responded to us pressing the contact button. Which brings me to the hotel staff - as always wonderful and attending.

L’hôtel est propre et bien entretenu. Les chambres sont spacieuses et il y a la clim, ce qui est bien agréable en été. Il y a un grand parking gratuit juste devant, ce qui est un plus ! Le seul bémol, c’est le réfrigérateur qui ne fonctionnait pas et qui faisait beaucoup de bruit lorsqu’il se mettait en route et pourtant il ne faisait pas de froid …

L'établissement ressemble plus à un bâtiment de cité, avec un ascenseur en panne, les murs des escaliers dégoulinants de crasse. Arrivée à la chambre, nous avons voulu nous doucher mais pas possible de trouver une serviette dans la chambre. 78e la nuit hors frais sur place pour un établissement moins bon qu'un Formule 1 ou un Premiere Classe, c'est très cher payé.

Facile d’accès mais parking plein en arrivée tardive. Pas de chargeur pour véhicule électrique. Bon accueil, chambre grande et spacieuse ( nous avons été upgradé au même tarif), belle sdb. Couverts limités, espace pas pratique pour secher la vaisselle. Nuit très calme, bons matelas.

Tolle kleine Apartments mit Geschirr, Kochmöglichkeit und Kühlschrank. Leider etwas eng, kaum Platz für Kleidung & Gepäck. Insgesamt könnte der Boden etwas sauberer sein (staubig), ansonsten absolut zufrieden. Sehr ideal ist die direkte Nähe zur RER-Station, so dass man innerhalb von 15 Minuten im Disneyland ist, und innerhalb einer halben Stunde im Herzen von Paris. Parkplätze gibt's viele (durch das benachbarte Bay1) und kostenlos als Hotelgast, je nach Anreisezeit allerdings manchmal schwierig leere Plätze zu finden. Ich war schon öfters hier im Hotel und komme auch gerne wieder.

While the hotel itself is clean and well located on the border of the Seine river (I had a river view), I was disappointed to find small ants in the room, and I was on the 5th floor (4e étage)! This made my life miserable. If you left a minute piece of bread or something sweet or foody anywhere in the room, those ants would invade it and so you have to basically always clean all surfaces and hide anything foody in the microwave or fridge. Unfortunately, even when you did this, there were the garbage cans, where you would soon find trails of small ants lining up to feast on your garbage. Your bed is not spared if you leave crumbs of food tin it. I signaled this to the hotel people on my second day of stay out of 5 nights, but nothing was done. I had wanted to renew my stay here for another 5 days, but I had to check out to find another hotel close to the CDG airport, as I wasn’t sure if this was just happening to my room or other rooms as well. Besides this issue, it is actually a nice clean hotel with an RER train station not too far away.

Room was clean, only really used it for sleeping as spent most of the time in disney, couple minutes from the train station which was the appeal, also had a good selection of ammenties close by includnig a huge supermarket which was a plus. Everything worked in the room and the wifi was decent too. Will 100% be going back as were annual pass holders and its cheap and easy to use. Stayed in quite a few places but this seems to be our new choice

Première fois que je vois un appart-hôtel aussi sale et nauséabond. Je n'ai pas trouvé grand chose d'agréable dans cet établissement. Il faudrait aussi montrer aux personnes qui font le ménage et passent la serpillère qu'il faut parfois changer l'eau sinon on décolle juste la saleté... Le frigo était très bruyant, j'ai du l'arrêter complètement car il se mettait en route très fréquemment. Une horreur, impossible de dormir avec ce boucan. J'ai signalé le problème à l'accueil mais bon. Pour info, il sont en train de refaire les chambres. En finalité, je sais que je n'y retournerais pas.

Appartement 303 insalubre, salle de bain avec le plafond et les plaintes moisies, odeur d'egout toute la nuit. Il manquait une assiette et une serviette de toilette, et le coin cuisine était sale. Bref très déçue, aucun changement de chambre ne nous a été proposé ! Nous avons séjourné plusieurs fois dans cet hôtel, on a jamais eu ça...

A l'arrivée, le frigo contient encore des denrées alimentaires dun ancien séjour. La télécommande sur le lit n'a pas été retirée et le lit a été refait... La promesse de pouvoir payer son séjour a l'arrivée n'est pas tenue...j'ai été prélevé directement sans avoir été concerté.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. It was incredibly clean, and the location was perfect for our trip. We loved being so close to a variety of shops and restaurants, and it was so easy to get into Paris. The metro station was very convenient and made exploring the city effortless. We would definitely recommend this hotel!

En revanche, la literie a posé problème : nous avions réservé un lit double, mais nous avons constaté durant la nuit qu’il s’agissait en réalité de deux sommiers simples rapprochés. Cela a créé un écart entre les deux sommiers, rendant la nuit inconfortable.

En revanche un grand courant d'air en provenance de la fenêtre et la chambre assez froide. Le personnel très aimable. Quartier assez effrayant en étant solo. Mais tout à proximité : plusieurs épiceries, pharmacie, resto à 5 minutes à pieds. Et le rapport qualité prix excellent.

It’s a simple very well situated property, relatively clean. The staff is very friendly. In my room there was an issue of water evacuation in the sink. The gentleman-receptionist fixed the problem immediately by himself.

Les gens à l'accueil ne sont pas très chaleureux, pas très agréables. Je me suis faites incendiée par la dame qui s'occupait des petit dej parce que je lui parlais alors qu'elle avait fini normalement son service à 10h et il était 10h08, donc elle ne voulait plus me répondre. Une folle hystérique.

The room was excellent, very clean. However, exterior and corridors really need updating. As we left, the gentleman on the front desk tried to get us to pay for our stay again but we showed our proof of payment. Only when we asked to see the check out form did we point out that he didn’t have the correct form, it belonged to someone else. Very close to station, great access to Disney but surrounding area isn’t as nice and we didn’t feel very safe.

Area is a little shady and not perhaps somewhere you'd walk alone at night. Don't be put off by the communal areas; yes they are a bit basic and tired, but the rooms are clean, comfortable and welcoming. Perfectly situated for public transport links. Bathrooms are large and well equipped. We would stay again.

The hotel is in a good location, just a couple of minutes walk from the train station with a number of restaurants around the corner and a few local shops including a bakery (huge selection and good prices). Its also only a 5 min walk to the local shopping centre with a large carrefour supermarket. The receptionist was very friendly. We had a smaller ground floor, twin room, beds were very comfortable, but we had to ask for an additional towel as there was only one (had to ask again a few hours later as they were waiting for a delivery), we only had one chair for the dining table, there was only one small saucepan and there was no mirror in the bathroom, however there was a full length mirror next to the bathroom door. We were pleasantly surprised that they came in and made our beds daily The room did have a decent sized fridge with a freezer section and a microwave with 2 electric hobs. The hotel is a very good base, especially if visiting disney as its only 15/20 mins by train.

Room was clean, only really used it for sleeping as spent most of the time in disney, couple minutes from the train station which was the appeal, also had a good selection of ammenties close by includnig a huge supermarket which was a plus. Everything worked in the room and the wifi was decent too. Will 100% be going back as were annual pass holders and its cheap and easy to use. Stayed in quite a few places but this seems to be our new choice

Hotel itself was fine, had everything we needed and was clean and comfy. The area however was quite scary at night especially walking from the RER past the restaurant's. I genuinely felt very unsafe and actually grabbed my 5 year old and ran due to some unsavoury characters hanging around the alleyway between the restaurants and the hotel.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. It was incredibly clean, and the location was perfect for our trip. We loved being so close to a variety of shops and restaurants, and it was so easy to get into Paris. The metro station was very convenient and made exploring the city effortless. We would definitely recommend this hotel!

This is a basic hotel thst offers a family suite with a kitchenette, so great for families, especially those going to Disney Paris. The RER A train station is about a 1-block walk, and costs $4 each way to go 3 stops to Disney. The Disney Parks are right outside the train station, so no extra bus, tram, or ferry rides required. Breakfast at the hotel is adequate with plentiful coffee. B'fast ends promptly at 10 so don't expect coffee after that. After having in-room laundry at another Apparthotel, I was disappointed there were no laundry facilities available on site. We packed light intending to do laundry every few days. There is a laundromat on the commercial street nearby. Most staff spoke English well and were helpful, especially when we needed to extend our stay. We also took the RER A train into the city to see the sights. There are numerous restsurants nearby. There is also a HUGE mall Val d'Europe one stop east on the train.

Die Unterkunft war okay. Jeden Tag wurden die Betten gemacht und neue Handtücher bereitgestellt. Die Betten waren gemütlich und es war ruhig. Leider kein Schrank vorhanden, aber eine kleine Küche. Unsere Dusche war verstopft, es wurde sofort behoben und gereinigt. Das Frühstück würde ich nicht empfehlen, sehr kleine Auswahl und zu teuer. Die Bahn RER war in der Nähe, in ca. 30min war man in Paris und ins Disneyland in 10min. Fahrkarte nach Paris 5€ pro Fahrt für Erw., für Kinder bis 10 Jahren 2€ pro Fahrt. Einkaufszentrum in der Nähe. Viele verschiedene Restaurants um die Ecke. Die Lage ist gut!

Es hat und soweit alles ganz gut gefallen. Das einzige was zu bemängeln war ist das wir bei 2 Übernachtungen 1 mal Frühstück gebucht haben und uns die Dame nicht gesagt hat das es für den Tag nach der ersten Übernachtung war. Wir haben am Abreise Tag gefrühstückt und auch erst als wir fertig waren hatte man uns darauf angesprochen. Ende vom Lied war dann das wir nochmal 19.80 bezahlen mussten. Das hätte man auch kundenfreundlicher regeln können. Das waren dann fast 40 Euro für das Frühstück. Jetzt sind wir schlauer und buchen das nie wieder mit.
