Seit dem letzten Aufenthalt 2021 hat sich im Hotel nichts getan. Es ist OK, aber auch nicht mehr. Zur Zeit finden Bauarbeiten an der Fassade statt, das führt zu Lärm und Unannehmlichkeiten.

Zimmer zum Bahnhof gewandt, sehr laut...Fenster kann dadurch nicht geöffnet werden. Parkmöglichkeit etwas umständlich, vor allem bei mehrmaligem benutzen des Fahrzeugs, muss der "Schlüssel" für das Parktor immer wieder zur Rezeption gebracht und abgeholt werden. Hier wäre eine kundenfreundlichere Lösung wünschenswert. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Das gastronomische Angebot sehr gut und auch im Restaurant das Personal sehr freundlich. Frühstück wurde von uns nicht eingenommen. Die Innenstadt ist in 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.

The room was comfortable, could use more shelf space in bathroom. We reserved parking but it was not convenient. Had to get remote from desk, drive around the block, enter into lot, open garage door, parking underground, very tight quarters. Then had to return remote to front desk. That was only negative.

The hotel is right across the street from the train station and a 15 minute walk from the old town. The room was very nice and the spa was wonderful. Staff was helpful and friendly.

La literie était impeccable mais la chambre était non chauffée alors qu’il faisait 5 degrés dehors . La salle de bain était sale ( cheveux d autres clients dans le lavabo et le sèche cheveux, prise murale grasseuse, interrupteur sale) vu le prestige de cet établissement c’est inadmissible.

Wir waren im vierten Stock des Nebengebäudes untergebracht. Im Flur war ein permanenter starker Abwassergeruch, der auch sehr deutlich in unserem Zimmer zu riechen war. Das hat die Qualität des Aufenthaltes deutlich reduziert

Für eine Nacht war das Hotel in Ordnung, aber nochmal würde ich es wahrscheinlich nicht buchen. Personal ist freundlich und der Eingangsbereich/Essbereich ist renoviert und schön gestaltet. Allerdings sind die Zimmer wirklich in die Jahre gekommen. Sowohl die eingebauten Schränke und Türen sind alt und wackelig. Die Bäder müssten auch mal dringend renoviert werden, da ein labbriger alter Duschvorhang nicht ansprechend ist. Morgens war es sehr laut und man hat alles im Flur oder Nachbarzimmer gehört. Dies liegt wahrscheinlich am Alter des Gebäudes. Betten waren aber bequem, Handtücher und Bettzeug alles sauber und auch die Klimaanlage hat bei den heissen Temperaturen echt gut funktioniert. Insgesamt einfach schade, ich hatte mehr erwartet.

Bad room is very outdated. Even though we booked a suitable room for 3 person, the accommodation for the third bed was very poor (portable bed, very bad matras) and rendered the door unable to close and closet unusable. Despite the great location I would not book this hotel again.

Rommet luktet litt røyk og standarden var gammel sammenlignet med bilder på hotels, men det var stille, kald minibar og safe på rommet. Kaldt på høsten, så brukte begge dyner og sov godt. Praktisk beliggenhet nære toget. OK service i resepsjonen, men ikke så imøtekommende. Frokosten var lite bærekraftig - ingen grønnsaker, kun kjøtt, egg og ost og frokostblanding. Ingen veganske muligheter.

私達にとって良い点は、スーツケース3個持参の旅でしたので立地が駅前という事だけでした。 部屋にバスタブがあるので予約しましたが、シャワーのみの部屋でした。 シャワー室が階段下で圧迫感があり、バスタブのある部屋に替えてもらいましたが、今度はお湯の温度が38度以上にならず、また部屋を替えてもらうのも面倒で我慢しました。 38度のお湯で入ってはみましたが、風邪をひきそうなくらい寒かったです。 1日目の部屋は、結露がひどく、天井からポタポタと落ちてくる水滴で目を覚ましてしまうほどでした。 枕も、机の上に置いておいたパンフレットも、スーツケースの中も湿ってしまいました。 部屋を替えてもらう時、フロントスタッフの中年の女性の方の対応は普通でしたが、若い女性スタッフは英語で捲し立てるような勢いで、喧嘩腰でした。

Insgesamt war es für meine Frau und mich ein überaus angenehmer Aufenthalt im Grand Hotel Bristol in Colmar. Besonders haben uns die Freundlichkeit und die Herzlichkeit des Personals gefallen sowie das sehr gute Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis des Restaurants. Wir können dieses Hotel nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen. Vielen lieben Dank nochmals an alle, die wir dort angetroffen haben.
Insgesamt war es für meine Frau und mich ein überaus angenehmer Aufenthalt im Grand Hotel Bristol in Colmar. Besonders haben uns die Freundlichkeit und die Herzlichkeit des Personals gefallen sowie das sehr gute Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis des Restaurants. Restauranten var interiør meget charmerende. Standard dobbeltværelse var fint. Minibar var fin. Croissant very delicious Nedslidt men charmerende restaurant. Voldsomt meget larmede i værelset mod stationen. Der manglede opfyldning af kaffe/te og mælk, hver dag. Uhøflig og arrogant service når vi selv måtte bede om opfyldning. Udvalget i morgenbuffet var fint. Kvaliteten var ringe. Scrambelt æg var næsten flydende. “Bacon” var ikke bacon men halv kogt skinke. Da jeg efterspurgte mere stegt skinke, blev jeg nedladende spurgt om jeg virkelig kunne spise mere end 3 skiver. Der blev ikke fyldt op på fadene uden man spurgte og så fik man et arrogant blik og svar. 2 gange var der dårlig frugt på frugtskålen. The hotel is in a great location just across the street from the railway station. We were visiting the Christmas market which was no more than a 10 minute stroll from the hotel. The facility was clean and the staff were great. One let down was after our first night. We left the room locked although the room service staff were literally outside. We returned at about 16:00 to fine that the room had not been full serviced, and the room was left open! Full access to anyone who chose to enter! Very disappointing and shows a lack of attention to detail and security!

This is a fantastic hotel if you are visiting Colmar and want a 2 min walk to the train station. It’s a less than 10 min walk to little Venice and other landmarks are close by after wondering through the beautiful village of Colmar. I also wanted to send a “thank you” to the front desk and “Paul” especially he went above and beyond for us last night to help dry our clothes that didn’t quite air dry in our room. I was blown away by his kindness. He came up to our room took our clean damp clothes in a bag had them dried, even folded them and brought them back up to our room a hour later. What a wonderful employee Paul @ the Grand Hotel Bristol in Colmar is!! Thank you and we hope to come via again sometime in the future.

Directly across from the train station and less than a kilometer walk to the tourist downtown with sites along the walk to see no matter which route you choose. Room was great. Breakfast is excellent. Really a nice place to stay in Colmar and good base for easily touring the city or exploring the region.

Zimmer zum Bahnhof gewandt, sehr laut...Fenster kann dadurch nicht geöffnet werden. Parkmöglichkeit etwas umständlich, vor allem bei mehrmaligem benutzen des Fahrzeugs, muss der "Schlüssel" für das Parktor immer wieder zur Rezeption gebracht und abgeholt werden. Hier wäre eine kundenfreundlichere Lösung wünschenswert. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Das gastronomische Angebot sehr gut und auch im Restaurant das Personal sehr freundlich. Frühstück wurde von uns nicht eingenommen. Die Innenstadt ist in 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.

Possibilité de manger dans le restaurant de l'hôtel, et vraiment très bon.... en plein mois de novembre, après avoir marché toute la journée dans les rues de Colmar, le restaurant de l'hôtel est idéal pour ne pas avoir à sortir dehors! Et d'après mon compagnon la chartreuse verte y est excellente! Le petit déjeuner est également très bien. Sucré et salé, tout y est ! Le pain et viennoiseries sont excellents, vraiment!

The hotel was next to the station with its own car park. It was clean and pleasant inside. We walked to little italy area for evening meal which was close by. The breakfast was varied and theres ws plenty to choose from. The staff are very helpful.

An old hotel which is due for an update. But clean and ok. Biggest minus was the interieur temperature, not possible to get lower than 23 (centrally controlled). Very welcoming staff - park in the garage next to the station for 3 EUR/24t.
