The apartment was very nice but is in need of some maintenance. Lights were burned out at the bedside & a plug receptacle was partially pulled out of the wall, also at the bedside. The drapes in the living room area, were coming off the hanging hardware. The staff were great & very helpful. The next issue is really a Hotels.com issue. When we tried to navigate to any location on our trip(rental car was used), the location of each property came up on the navigation system as Unknown Location instead of the name of the property. Thus, we found our selves on busy unfamiliar streets close to but not exactly at the front entrance of the facility. Also, specific information regarding actual location to where to park for each facility would be helpful. In many cases, the actual property name is not the exact name on the front of the hotel/apartment.

This hotel is rated as a 4-star hotel, but it’s really a budget hotel. It’s maybe a 3-star at best. Probably in reality it’s a 2 and a half star. The towels in our bathroom were stained so we asked for new ones. The shower had no walls, it was just the corner of the bathroom with a dirty old stained shower curtain to surround you. (My wife said it may have been a handicapped bathroom, but I am unaware). Even the amenities weren’t really accessible. The gym opens at 9:30am, so I found a gym down the street to use in the morning. If you’re looking for a cheap hotel that isnt cheap, this is the hotel for you. Otherwise, spend your money elsewhere for a better option.
