Great hotel and freshly renovated! No need to pay for the expensive Nov*tel next door as the facilities are the same just without the fancy name. Only thing is the gym, it is very small and they only have 3 cardio machines but not an issue.

We had a lovely stay, even though it was only for one night, on our way to Lake Lucerne. The hotel was only a few minutes walk from ‘Little Italy’, which we loved! We will return one day! We had to drive round the Hotel a couple of times, as there were no spaces (for 15mins), whilst we checked. Parking in the garage was very well organised with a reserved parking space for us. Staff were very helpful. Had a lovely stay and Colmar is just stunning

Bonjour, À la réservation il est renseigné sur (booking) en autre qu’il y a : Parking privé, Parking sur place, Parking intérieur mais quand tu arrives à la réception tu PAYES 20€ par jour pour un parking intèrieur. The room was clean, modern and featured a large TV. The room was fairly compact but comfortable. The excellent bathroom had a large shower. Breakfast was 15 euros per person but well worth it with a good choice of items. Hot food featured, bacon, sausages and scrambled eggs. Unlike many hotels there were numerous coffee machines so no queues. The modern reception featured a bar which was open late. Leider erhielten wir zu Beginn ein winziges Mansardenzimmer, das völlig verraucht war, trotz des ausdrücklichen Wunsches bei Buchung: "Nichtraucherzimmer". Ein Zimmertausch war dann erfreulicherweise relativ problemlos möglich. Das Zimmer entsprach dann der Buchung (Zimmer wie in den Bildern dargestellt). Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet.

The hotel is close in to the city center of Colmar. It's a nice remodeled property with a nice breakfast and a great sitting area near the bar. However, the blinds in my room were terrible and lights from the street on the 3rd floor, were very annoying, especially when they reflected in the mirrors in the room. My room was #304. You need to improve the blinds, or add curtains. I had a very terrible nights sleep. Everything else was quite nice at the property.

I wouldn’t recommend staying here. Rooms are noisy. Walls are thin. Basic accommodations at best. The room was clean. The towels were very old and felt like sandpaper. The front desk was rude at times, weren’t concerned with making you feel welcome or provide any service. Much better hotels in the area.

Very nice place, walkable to the "old"area of Colmar and "luttle Venice". Staff was very sweet and kind, rooms were nice. I did not like that the room did not have a small refrigerator, this as the only hotel i have stayed at through my month long trip in Europe that did not have a small fridge in the room, but other than that it was a very lovely stay.

The room was tiny. The bed almost completely filled the room and was one of the most uncomfortable beds I've ever slept in, almost as hard as a bare floor. The bathroom was laid out in such a way that the toilet was right up against the shower making it difficult to sit on the toilet because my knees hit the shower door. The buffet breakfast was excellent. The location is convenient. If they have larger rooms, take them because the economy room is not comfortable at all.

An immaculately clean hotel, with modern facilities, AC, and convenient on-site parking is situated 5 minutes walking distance from the heart of Colmar's Old Town. We have stayed here before during the Christmas markets. Good location: 15 minute walk from the train station. 5 minute walk from the center of town. Very clean. Nice staff. Standard rooms are on the small side but superior rooms are much larger. The breakfast buffet was good but scrambled eggs were not edible. Not even half cooked, a runny mess. Would stay again.
