Decent small hotel, only 4 min walk from the train station. It’s about a 15-20 minute walk to the beach and boardwalk area. Clean and friendly, has an elevator and 24/7 reception. Great for a quick stopover.

A really great experience- so close to main train station 5 minutes walking with trains straight to anywhere in the Cote D’Azur in less than 35mins, also 20min walk to the Promenade des Anglais. The staff was very friendly and helpful, with front desk open 24 hours. A special thanks to Leila and Sora for accommodating us and having our room clean everyday. Very eco with free filtered water to take to your room and good a/c. Blackout curtains, good soundproofing and great beds. Overall the hotel is comfortable and offers everything you might need, location wise is great, the staff is very hospitable and pleasant and we enjoyed our stay a lot and slept well. The only suggestion I would make is, although they were ok, maybe renovate the bathrooms a little bit, so they look fresher and cleaner, also the towels were clean but always smelled kind of musty. General tip, some rooms are a bit small so if you are a couple traveling with more than 2 luggage, I would definitely suggest booking a room with a balcony which are a bit bigger or a room for three.

Enkelt og greit. Okei frokost. Fikk litt inntrykk av at det var et fancy hostell nede i lobbyen og frokosten. Fikk først kun dobbeltdyne men fikk ekstra (dobbeltdyne!) da vi ba om det, selv om det var vanskelig å kommunisere at jeg trengte et dynetrekk. I måtte gå ned i resepsjonen for å be dem skru på strømmen til håndkletørkeren. Ganske lytt på rommet. Heisen var gammel med skyvedør! Dette er ikke et hotell du velger for å være masse på rommet, men veldig nært toget og praktisk for å kunne reise til andre destinasjoner på dagstur langs rivieraen. Tar rundt et kvarter å gå ned til stranda

We stayed at this hotel in Nice and we had great experience. This hotel was only five minutes from the train station and check-in. Staff was very friendly and professional. Rooms were very not super modern but cute, quiet and comfortable . We even had a little balcony. Free 24 hour coffee and water fill station was a huge plus in a city where water will cost €2,00. Definitely recommended.

Was a very comfortable stay - worth it for what it was in a very expensive area. Could do with a bit of a lick of paint here and there. Also the water bottles wernt restocked downstairs or washed so we did this ourselves.

The hotel is very close to the old town and to the central train station. The location made our life logistically very easy. The room was very comfortable and clean. 24 hours reception service. Although we didn’t need any breakfast we saw that they serve fresh and satisfactory food. Ideal for business trips too. I would definitely stay again.

Room was nicely decorated but very small for the price of 240 per night (2 persons staying) . Some of the bathroom fixtures were dangling from the wall. Carpet in the hallway was stained and dirty, lift was a bit dodgy. Staff was very friendly and professional. Location was good with public transport options and supermarket close by.

Good hotel, conveniently located minutes away from the train station and minutes away from Avenue Jean Médecin - the main street that takes you to Promenade des Anglais. Friendly staff ready to help with anything. Rooms equipped with functional AC where I could set the temperature to 19°C (the way I like it). Quite new mattress and white, clean-smelling bedding. The way the bed is made needs to be reconsidered. Kettle with coffee and tea. Small quiet fridge. Closet with circa 8 hangers and reserve pillow in plastic bags for protection. Modern bathroom with good smelling soap and shampoo. Good and stable Wi-Fi. Fresh lemonade in hotel's lobby. Good coffee. Unfortunately, our stay at this hotel was very disappointing. The room was filthy upon arrival – dust everywhere, stained bedding, and a general lack of cleanliness. The bathroom was in particularly bad shape, with grime in the shower, a dirty toilet, and an unpleasant smell that lingered throughout our stay. To make things worse, the in-room safe was broken, which made it difficult to store valuables securely. We raised these issues with the staff, but the response was either slow or dismissive, and nothing was properly addressed. Overall, it felt like basic standards of cleanliness and maintenance were not being met. Definitely not the experience we expected, and we would not return.

Die Teppichböden im Aufzug bzw. im Treppenhaus sind der Horror! Mit Flecken übersät, schaut absolut asozial aus. Hoffe, dass die Flecken nicht alle von den Hunden, welche erlaubt sind, kommen! In denn Zimmern war zum Glück kein Teppich und daher einigermaßen wohnlich.

La camera dell'hotel piccola ma silenziosa, letto comodo, arredamento basic. La posizione e 'buona ma l'hotel non e' molto pulito, gli asciugamani non venivano sostituiti, se richiesti ci venivano consegnati ma non avevano un buon odore di pultito. La colazione varia, scelta tra dolce e salato.

Very clean hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Short walking distance to the Nice city center and Promenade des Anglais. Nice-Ville station is right across the street. Highly recommend this hotel.

Personally left this hotel after the first night and went to the Radisson Blu. Felt like a backpackers hotel. The room doesn’t look like the photos, it’s very old and worn. The hallway carpet was filthy carpet and the elevator has this weird They provided a refund but I would not recommend.

To say these rooms are small is an understatement. Big bathroom is plus. Fresh crossaints and bread in the am is nice along with a fancy coffee maker. It was nice to have a hot water kettle in the room but hard to hang out in the room as you can barely walk around the bed.

Séjour sympa. La chambre est un peu petite mais ca fait l'affaire. Pendant le séjour il y avait des travaux quelques part dans le bâtiment et donc il y a eu un peu de bruit pendant une journée. Le petit déjeuner était bien mais il faut y aller un peu tôt. Un des jours on a tenté l'horaire non affluent mais il restait presque rien (comme c'était un lundi peut etre c'était du au depart des clients). Dans l'ensemble c'était satisfaisant.

Perfect location for exploring the city, and within 10minutes to metro and train stations. Hotel staff were friendly and allowed us to check in early which was much appreciated. Room was cosey, quite small but for somewhere to sleep and shower it worked well. Plugs in the room were temperamental, with neither plugs at bedside tables working. Balcony was a nice touch especially in the hot weather to allow some air into the room ( as stated its quite small so heats up very quickly ). Was a great city break and the hotels location made it perfect for the type of exploring holiday we had in mind.

The room was very small, close to no closet space(for 2 people) and no room to put your lugaren. Had to jump over our luggage on the floor and sneak through the door everytime we was leaving the room. The A/C was time-controlled «for the enviorment» so when the timer went out the ac stopped and we woke up every night super hot to go and start the AC again. The cleaning on the bathroom was bad and towels looked like they was thrown in place. The towel warmer was rusty and was losing paint, the toilet seat was to small for the toilet and this made the overall look negative. The breakfast was ok with good crossiants and bread, but I reacted on that the cutlery, plates and glasses was handwashed in the eating area. Nice people, good location.

Rommet var utrolig trangt. Med to kofferter var det omtrent ikke mulig og gå fra senga ved vinduet til badet. Ikke så lenge koffertene er åpne, hvilket er normalt for oss når vi er på rommet. Badet ok, men for dårlig lys ved speilet og dusjen var i halvmørket. Toalett måtte stanses etter spyling. Hang seg opp. Frokosten var minimalistisk. Agurk og tomat kom først på bordet på onsdag, til da fraværende. Dårlig oppfølging for å sikre at det var eggerøre osv tilgjengelig. Samme med brød og smør, og etterfylling generelt.

We reserved a triple room (the single bed was a little small…) and found the size of the room more than adequate. Having access to a mini fridge, kettle, hair dryer and safe was extremely beneficial to our trip. A surprise bonus was a closet with shelves in the room! The hotel location was excellent for proximity to the train station being within a 3 minute walk. Dining and shopping areas were also walkable. There were 2 nights that were quite warm in the room where the ventilation system did not turn on. (Maybe it was our error!) Overall we had an enjoyable experience and would stay at this hotel again.

Coming from USA with only one quick overnight in Nice, with very little time to visit unfortunately. This hotel fit that purpose perfectly. Has a hip, young person vibe. Kind staff. Simple, small, clean with nice breakfast and easy walking access to train station. Was quiet for us even with train station and street nearby. The hotel was perfectly located for our needs, a five night stay to get to know Nice and go to Monte Carlo for the tennis tournament by train. All staff were welcoming and helpful, bar one (feedback was given to management), the petit dejeuner was good value. The room was compact but we travel light! Good bathroom and facilities. A happy stay overall!

Decent small hotel, only 4 min walk from the train station. It’s about a 15-20 minute walk to the beach and boardwalk area. Clean and friendly, has an elevator and 24/7 reception. Great for a quick stopover.

Hotel SoCo is super convenient for the railway station and its totally walkable to the centre of Nice or the promenade. The staff were so helpful and friendly, they made the stay great. The only negative is that I didn't think the breakfast was good value for the price.

Séjour sympa. La chambre est un peu petite mais ca fait l'affaire. Pendant le séjour il y avait des travaux quelques part dans le bâtiment et donc il y a eu un peu de bruit pendant une journée. Le petit déjeuner était bien mais il faut y aller un peu tôt. Un des jours on a tenté l'horaire non affluent mais il restait presque rien (comme c'était un lundi peut etre c'était du au depart des clients). Dans l'ensemble c'était satisfaisant.

The room was very small, close to no closet space(for 2 people) and no room to put your lugaren. Had to jump over our luggage on the floor and sneak through the door everytime we was leaving the room. The A/C was time-controlled «for the enviorment» so when the timer went out the ac stopped and we woke up every night super hot to go and start the AC again. The cleaning on the bathroom was bad and towels looked like they was thrown in place. The towel warmer was rusty and was losing paint, the toilet seat was to small for the toilet and this made the overall look negative. The breakfast was ok with good crossiants and bread, but I reacted on that the cutlery, plates and glasses was handwashed in the eating area. Nice people, good location.

This hotel is ok. I would say is a two stars hotel rather than three. The breakfast is very poor, and far from it was advertised which I believe is a bit misleading when you compare the hotel with other hotels to take a decision. The location is excellent if you want Nice to be you base destination

The hotel is very close to the old town and to the central train station. The location made our life logistically very easy. The room was very comfortable and clean. 24 hours reception service. Although we didn’t need any breakfast we saw that they serve fresh and satisfactory food. Ideal for business trips too. I would definitely stay again.

We had to go downstairs to ask the receptionist, who gave us a blanket cover and we had to make the bed ourselves. The blanket was also too small for the bed. Although the weather was hot, that is not a reason to leave the room without proper bedding. The room was located on the first floor facing the street, so it was quite noisy during the night. The room itself was small, but otherwise acceptable. No parking but there’s the Interparking just in front of the property. I booked in advance and paid 45 euros for 2 days.
