L'établissement est très bien situé à deux pas de la plage sur la promenade. Le studio était très confortable, au calme même s'il donnait sur la rue. La terrasse située au 8eme étage est magnifique. Excellent séjour. Les personnes de la réception pourraient être un peu plus souriante.

The property from the outside doesn't look anything special being on a main road but the rooms were as described in the blurb and were very clean tidy and well kept. We had a room facing away from the road and the balcony and views were great. I wonder if having a balcony overlooking the road may not have been as nice. The terrace on the top floor was quiet and a sun trap. Location is brilliant both for the tram (200m) and the beach 250m . We would definitely go back

Nice space with balcony and seats outside. The kitchen had a stovetop and microwave oven refrigerator and dishwasher. 8th floor had more outside terrace with chairs and a view of the Mediterranean. Laundry is available for a fee 5 euros for wash and 3 euros for drying. Nice clean machines. Definitely a lot of outside smoking which wafted into room on 7th floor when windows open or out on the balcony. Great price and nice amenities

We stayed one night, then returned later in the week for an additional three nights. Both rooms were of decent size, with really great balkonies, though they faced a fairly noisy street (not a problem inside, butthose trash trucks are very loud when you just want to chat over a glass of French red vine!). Excellent AC. Place was clean, kitchen had what you need to get by on a vacation, but not for a prolonged stay. You have to clean the kitchen yourself and take out the trash or they charge you an additional EUR 40, which I have to say is a bit unusual and would be easier to accomplish if there was a dish brush and soap available. I picked the place because it stated it has parking. And it does. However, the spots are VERY small. We had rented a mid-size SUV, and I have more gray hairs from trying to park it at the hotel than I did upon arrival. If you have a small car, you have nothing to worry about, but a bigger one I do not recommend. The receptionists we dealt with were mostly really nice. One lady during the day shift seems super annoyed with everything we asked or did, not sure if she was uncomfortable about the English (most residents seemed to be French), but it came off as rude and standoffish, which tends to detract from the overall experience. At the end of the day, I would go back, so I suppose that speaks volumes.

This property provided exactly what we needed - large studio type accommodation with a well set up kitchenette and access to laundry facilities. Great for a longer stay. Also a quick walk down to the main beach which was lovely!

Appartement extrêmement bien placé pour les commerces et les transports, la mer, très propre, très bien équipé avec petit balcon aperçu mer. Parking très appréciable y compris pour Suv moyen nécessité quelques manœuvres mais rien d’insurmontable.

This hotel had a lovely lady at check in who was friendly and helpful but that’s where the good thing ended. The room was okay but nothing like it showed in the photos. The three stand out worst things: it does NOT have a pool on the rooftop terrace. It is advertised as having one and even goes so far as to say ‘relax by the rooftop pool’ but I promise you, that’s a lie. There isn’t one. Second: there was a silverfish in the bathroom which is a form of cockroach, not nice at all and lastly but certainly not least is the noise from the street below. We were in a room above a traffic light and the noise from below was horrendous. Constant mopeds revving and cars/trucks going up and down stop starting. I cannot express how LOUD it was. It went on all night and we barely got 4 hours sleep, I kept thinking we’d left the doors or windows open because it was simply that loud but we hadn’t, it’s just so poorly sound insulated. It ruined our stay and we left 2 days early. I absolutely would not recommend this hotel.

Mein Zimmer war zur Straßenseite ausgerichtet - selbst bei geschlossener Balkontür war es super laut, da es überhaupt gar keine Isolierung gab. Das Wasser aus der Toilette tropfte nach der Spülung minutenlang nach und der Kühlschrank stank und war schimmelig. Mir wurde auf Nachfrage ein anderes Zimmer angeboten - dies war leider auch zur Straße ausgerichtet, aber zumindest sauberer. Insgesamt wirkte die

Rigtig fin placering og et stille område, på et øjeblik er man ved promenade des anglais. Værelset stort, bad og toilet hver for sig, er lidt irriterende. Lille køkken med sparsomt udstyr. Rengøringen kunne man godt være lidt mere omhyggelig med.

Hôtel proche du tram (ligne direct depuis l'aéroport), de la promenade des anglais. J'étais au 6ème étage avec une vue partielle sur la mer. Grande chambre avec coin cuisine, salle de bain / wc séparé. Calme, propre.

Located very close to promenade and tram also. Good rooftop area with sea view. Nice to have kitchen area and supermarket is close. Unfortunately during our stay we had bad experience with lack of hot water and couldn’t get a hot shower on any day of the stay. Staff tried to help us but the switch in the room cupboard kept flicking off all the time. Door closer on the room also seemed faulty/stiff and the door wouldn’t close without pushing it hard or waiting along time for it to shut.

The only negative comment I can make is about curtains in my room. They didn’t cover the windows fully and it was a major problem, the light from outside was really bothering me.

The hotel is in a good location. Its a 5 minute walk to Promenade des Anglais, 5 minutes to the Tram for access to airport and about a 25 minute walk to the train. The rooms are large and well laid out and the kitchen is well equipped for a short stay. The private balcony is also nice.

Vurderingen er ud fra pris og antal stjerner. Jeg synes, at stedet var rigtig godt ift. hvad man betaler. Dog må jeg sige, at sovesofaen virkelig var dårlig. Den er kun beregnet til at børn kan sove i den.

Très bien situé à 5 mins de la Promenade des Anglais. Le parking sous terrain est un vrai plus (quoi que très serré il faut avoir du sang froid et du contrôle pour le descendre). Le logement était un peu vieillissant mais très propre et clame. Qualité/prix est excellent pour l’emplacement. Le personnel à la reception était 50/50. Je dirais qu’il est à la hauteur du prix payé… ils ne font pas de risettes inutiles :) Ils ont répondu à toutes nos questions.

La chambre est propre et fonctionnelle. Franchement au niveau de la chambre, il n'y a rien à redire excepté que les cloisons sont fines donc on entend beaucoup les personnes qui discutent dans les couloirs, en particulier le matin. Notre déception vient surtout de la réception et des renseignements. Nous avons sollicité leur aide à deux reprises et les deux fois ça n'a servi à rien. La 1ère fois, c'était pour demander où prendre le bus touristique de Nice ? la réceptionniste à l'accueil n'avait pas l'air de savoir de quoi je parlais et était occupée à faire autre chose que de réellement me renseigner. Du coup elle me répond je ne prends pas ce bus, désolée. Là j'ai capitulé et je suis allée rejoindre ma sœur et nous nous sommes débrouillées. La 2ème fois, c'était pour aller au ciné, cette fois on a été renseignées mais on ressentait l'agacement de la dame au téléphone, du genre je vais sur internet rechercher, vous pouvez faire de même. A partir de là, nous avons décidé de ne plus solliciter la réception. Etant moi-même réceptionniste, j'ai été atterrée de voir ce genre de comportement. Ne pas être capable de montrer les principaux axes touristiques, les transports les plus proches. Quand le client sollicite la réception c'est pour un gain de temps et sur dès fois pour valider une info qu'eux-mêmes ont déjà cherché. Par contre faire comprendre ou ressentir aux client qu'ils dérangent ou qu'ils pourraient le faire lui-même n'est pas sympa du tout. Ce n'est pas digne.

My stay was a good experience at Residhome Nice Promenade. Excellent location, nice clean room, very friendly and helpful staff. A very good option for a traveler on a budget. I recommend and will book it on my next visit to Nice. PS - there was a minor toilet leakage, quickly fixed.

Great spot with a nice balcony and terrace to sunbathe— even allowed me to check in a couple of hours early since my room was ready. I’m sooo glad Roxana works here. She was my favorite, she helped me with any questions big or small. She’s kind, approachable, friendly, hospitable and sweet. Even helped me get a nail appt at a nice salon nearby. I truly appreciated her help and if it wasn’t for her I probably wouldn’t have liked this place as much because the other staff is okaaayy. I didn’t feel as welcomed by them and mainly saved my questions for Roxana because she was always warm and kind to me. A lot of restaurants and shops nearby, only a few minutes walk to the beach. I felt safe traveling as a solo woman and everything was within vicinity. I walked everywhere and loved the sights and everything about Nice. Housekeeping staff and night security were amazing as well. Merci beaucoup roxana!!

First, I booked a suite with 2 bedrooms, but we got there and it was a one bedroom studio for 4 people. We had to go to a hotel next door for the night until they had a 2 bedroom suite available. (They assisted and paid for the hotel night but the hustle to pa k and unpack and switch places at night was not best thing to do. We forgot an ID card in the hotel and we communicated with them about it and they suggested to use a prepaid DHL service, which we did. It has been 3 weeks since then and they did not send the ID yet and they even stopped answering to our emails. Very bad experience and still trying to figure a way to get my ID overseas

The property from the outside doesn't look anything special being on a main road but the rooms were as described in the blurb and were very clean tidy and well kept. We had a room facing away from the road and the balcony and views were great. I wonder if having a balcony overlooking the road may not have been as nice. The terrace on the top floor was quiet and a sun trap. Location is brilliant both for the tram (200m) and the beach 250m . We would definitely go back

Die Lage war für uns perfekt - Lebensmittelgeschäfte in unmittelbarer Nähe, die Bahnstation um die Ecke mit der man eine direkte Anbindung an den Flughafen hat und genau 5 Min zu Fuß zur Promenade bzw. 20 Min in die Altstadt. Die Ausstattung des Zimmers war mehr als ausreichend. Würde die Unterkunft wieder buchen, wenn ich nach Nizza komme.

The hotel is in a good location. Its a 5 minute walk to Promenade des Anglais, 5 minutes to the Tram for access to airport and about a 25 minute walk to the train. The rooms are large and well laid out and the kitchen is well equipped for a short stay. The private balcony is also nice.

Really liked this place. It's a good size, comfortable, great balcony and well-located close to tram stop. Being slightly outside the main tourist frenzy is nice and it's an easy walk to the centre and to the main train station. The kitchen is well-stocked but beware of the multiple threats of how much they are going to charge you if you actually use it! The difference between the warmth of the staff and the warnings that plaster the room was a bit jarring, and it's naughty that they advertise the kitchen but don't mention that it's an additional charge to use it. But it's fine if all you want is a cup of coffee and a bit of cheese for breakfast (just make sure you clean well before you leave!) and the fridge is a decent size so really useful to have. Overall a good base and reasonably priced for the area, especially given the size of the space.

I have stayed here quite a few times. The rooms are large enough, clean, the location is good. For a 3 star hotel in Nice, it is good value for money. I like having the kitchen-corner, Lidl is just around the corner, and I like best the rooms overlooking the back of the hotel, they are much quieter. I had breakfast on my first morning there. It was a huge disappointment. Breakfast is served from 7-10 and I went in at 9am. The policy is obiously not to replace once something has run out. Everything was prepackaged, the only bread available was nasty sliced white bread, there was no fresh fruit left. At 16euros per person, I would have expected much better. But it was my choice. On the following days I bought from Lidl and ate and drank what I wanted.
