Hotel liegt sehr zentral bei Notre Dame. Leider hatte das Zimmer Fenster, welche man nicht öffnen konnte. « Frische Luft » daher nur über Klimaanlage möglich. Super schöne Aussicht vom Pool / Jacuzzi & Rooftop-Bar. Der Pool ist leider nicht beheizt und offiziell ab Oktober geschlossen. Liegen sind dennoch da. Man kann also warme Tage dort oben genießen. Das Jacuzzi ist immer in Betrieb und sehr angenehm.

The pictures online and on Instagram are NOT at all what is actually there. It is in dire need of updating. No free coffee for guests. You have to either pay 2 euro or get the 20 euro breakfast to get coffee. It is not at all worth what I paid per night. I feel like I was scammed by pictures online that are not accurate. How can you not provide coffee in the morning for guests at that price?!!! They should be embarrassed by the pool area and gym. Both dirty and neglected. What a shame.

Really nice place but the “gym” leaves a lot to be desired so I wouldn’t use that as a reason to book. I had a room with a terrace which was great and I’m sure would have been even nicer on a day without a huge rain storm. :)

It was a great stay! We worked with the concierge named Anja who was incredibly helpful. We needed help booking tours through the hotel and she took care of everything for us, she was always checking in to see how we’re doing and if we needed anything. We were also celebrating our engagement and they added a really nice personal touch to our room. Thank you Anja!!! Location was ok, it’s right in city centre so be prepared for it to be busy and packed. Also, everywhere we wanted to walk to was around 20-40min walk. The rooftop pool and bar was very convenient and nice to have during the hot summer months. We did notice there were ants in the room in multiple spots, but our housekeeping came everyday and did a great job with turndowns. Breakfast was not good, felt like it was lacking flavour and options.

Hôtel très bien situé. Propre sauf pour la table sur le balcon que la femme de menage n'a jamais lavé de la semaine. Annonce surprise d'une taxe de séjour de 48 Euros annoncée lors du départ ce qui n'est ni honnête, ni transparent. Le drain du lavabo de la salle de bain dégage des fortes odeurs d'urine par moment.

Väldigt trevlig personal på hotellet. Frukosten har mer att önska. Saknade lite grönsaker som typ lite gurka, paprika eller lite tomatskivor. Det som erbjöds var halvtorra rädisor och marshe sallad. Sängen på rummet var stenhård. Det luktade lite sommarstuga/mögel på toaletten, För övrigt var vistelsen bra.

The pool on the roof is really great and the photos of the rooms are very misleading. They only show you handful of the rooms that have actually been made up since the 90s the other rooms are old and outdated. We had to move on the first night due to a smell of sewage in our room this was sorted by the staff, but still put us in one of the old-fashioned rooms

Great location with easy walk to Old Town, many restaurants. Room is large, clean. Biggest problem is AC is not cooling enough, room is stifling hot in September. When we called about it, a service staff was sent quickly to look in the vent and said it’s normal, nothing wrong. He helpfully brought in a fan to help moving the air. So good effort but disappointed that a nice 4 stars hotel don’t have adequate AC, hate to think what’s like in July/Aug

Second time returning here, was slightly disappointed this time. Rooms were not quite what they were however they were spacious and comfortable. Only let down was the noise on the Main Street which started at 8am everyday, and was constant. Given the Hôtel knew this a room on the other side would have been better. We did enjoy our stay and the rooftop bar is a nice bonus.

Great location and lovely bar on 8th floor. We booked a privilege room in order to hopefully receive one of the renovated bedrooms, in fact it seemed the privilege rooms were the only non renovated rooms on our floor (6th). That’s all I would change!

The staff here are amazing! I lost my phone whilst up at the pool and the staff did everything possible to help me find it. The manager is the bar upstairs even took me to a local mobile store to translate for me. All the staff were amazing! The phone turned up 2 hours later, I’d jumped in the pool with it and it was at the bottom! The manger kept it for me and dried it. It worked fine afterwards as waterproof. What a great hotel, and amazingly helpful staff. Situated in a great location centrally and with plenty to do both inside the hotel and in the surrounding area. 10 out of 10 Mecure Notre Damn!!!

L'hôtel subit actuellement des perturbations importantes liées à des travaux qui vont visiblement encore durer plusieurs mois.Au delà du reveil à la pelleteuse tous les matins (tôt) la literie n'a pas été confortable. Aucume possibilité de reguler la température de la chambre et parking à 27€/nuit !!! ATTENTION si vous prennez la borne de gauche en sortant et que vous,disposez d'un badge autoroute LiberT c'est 42€/ Nuit de parking. On frole le,delire et je me,suis fait piégé. Pieger. J'ai évoqué la situation à l'hotel qui n'a pas cherché à comprendre. Leur reponse ? Oui c'est ennuyeux ! Ils pourraient au moins tenter d'appeler QPark pour tenter quelque chose mais non. We had a lovely room on arrival until we sat on the bed! The staff reacted promptly and efficiently. We were allocated to a new room, same layout and spec, no hassle. We had a great stay. We took advantage of the rooftop bar which was reasonably priced. We didn’t realise there was a pool which looked so inviting. All in all a great hotel with attentive staff in a great location.

Think I got the best room they had, view was amazing & even better, the sun was blistering on that terrace Selected the hotel as I was for the Nice Cannes Mara. Staff were very accommodating and understanding for a late check out due to race finishing in Cannes 100% staying with them again

Great central location and good value. Breakfast was nice, however sometimes when they are short staffed the hot buffet can take a while to be refilled. Prefer ceramic mugs over paper cups and a door to seal off the shower tray so water doesn't seep out when showering but all things l can live with. Comfortable and functional room / bathroom with power shower, would be nice however to have bit more storage space. Overall paid a good price so fair experience.

Das Hotel ist grandios gut gelegen, in einer Seitenstraße der tollen Haupteinkaufsstraße von Nizza. Nur der Vollständigkeit halber: Auf dieser Haupteinkaufsstraße nächtigen Obdachlose - für mich ein gewohnter Anblick aus unserer Heimatstadt in Deutschland; in Nizza wurden wir jedoch nicht angesprochen/angebettelt. Vom Flughafen Nizza aus kommt man ganz einfach mit der Straßenbahn für 1,70€ zum Hotel. Bitte beachten: Der Ticketautomat am Flughafen bietet keine Einzeltickets an, diese sind erst am Ticketautomaten nach den Flughafenhaltestellen erhältlich. Wir sind dann ausgestiegen (2 Haltestellen fährt man wohl kostenlos), haben Einzeltickets gekauft und sind mit der nächsten Bahn weitergefahren. Grandios ist der Hotel-Blick auf die Stadt von der Bar in der 8. Etage, hier befindet sich auch der Zugang zum Dachpool. Die in direkter Nähe befindliche Kirche „Notre Dame“ beginnt erst ab 7.00 Uhr zu schlagen. Teilweise sind die Zimmer etwas hellhörig. Das Personal an der Rezeption und der Bar ist sehr freundlich & zuvorkommend. Das Frühstücksbuffet bietet eine vielfältige Auswahl bei sehr guter Qualität an. Die Crêpes wurden von meinen Mitreisenden sehr gerne gegessen. Wir hätten uns sehr darüber gefreut, wenn die nicht mehr genutzten Teller beim Frühstück etwas aufmerksamer abgeräumt worden wären. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis war für unsere Reise sehr gut, so dass wir zufrieden waren.

This was our second visit to this hotel. Perfect location. Closeto the train station, tram stop and shops and beach not far. The rooftop bar and pool are fab even in April. Only downside is you cannot open a window and rely on the air con.

Hotel location is great, 15-20 minute walk to tourist area and beaches. Nice rooftop bar/pool with good drinks and views. The only cons are that the bed was not overly comfortable and the room doesn’t have much for sound barrier between walls and floors.

This was the most brilliant hotel. We arrived very late due to flight delays & they couldn't have been nicer at checking us in at 3am! The garden on the 2nd floor was a quiet sanctuary. And the rooftop pool & bar a real gem. Breakfast was impressive with something for everyone. The staff were superb. We'd highly recommend it.

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut. Im Zimmer kann man kein Fenster öffnen dadurch sehr warm und das im April. Frühstück ok aber nicht einem 4 Sterne Hotel entsprechend. Pool und Whirlpools nicht in Betrieb. Getränke in Sky Lounge Kaffee und frischer Orangensaft sehr gut, Cocktails nicht zum Empfehlen. Die Aussicht von der Sky Lounge ist wunderbar
