La chambre est propre, moderne et elle répond aux standards de cette chaîne. Hôtel situé à 5 min de l’aéroport mais loin de la ville. Il faut prendre un bus (12+) pour y accéder en 20 min. La piscine est agréable mais a besoin d’entretien. Le resto est très bien situé près de la piscine. Le personnel est charmant mais les prix sont nettement exagérés. Le buffet du petit déjeuner est très cher. Il y a peu d’options de restauration autour de l’hôtel car il n’y a que des bureaux et des hôtels chers.

Everything was great at a newly renovated property. The only hitch was parking in underground garage had only stairs no elevator to get to lobby Had to carry bags up flight of stairs If u have mobility issues, buzz the separate gate for the entrance at lobby level

We booked this property because it had airport shuttle only to find out upon arrival it is not working. Although hotel is in walking distance to airport, we had a lot of luggage and had to get a taxi to take us. Was told their shuttle is electric and does not working often. Would have never booked this hotel if I knew they didn’t have a shuttle available. Jerome is very nice.

We were really disappointed when we got to our room to find a pair of underwear and stockings hanging in the bathroom. If they didn’t clean that, what else did they not clean? I expected possibly to have a discount or something provided to us, but they just took the stuff out of the room and said sorry.

Lobby had strong stench of urine, one of the rooms smelled like smoke and when requested another was told they oversold the hotel so couldn’t change, upon arrival at 5:45PM was told “I’ll check if the rooms are ready” but check in was supposed to be at 3PM…. We waited 10+ mins to speak with the front desk but given so busy we decided to wait and call in the morning to inquire about a shuttle over to the airport - was told we had to let them know the day before in advance for the shuttle therefore we had to pay 25+ euros to uber to the airport even tho no mention of shuttle from the receptionist who checked us in No where to park car upon arrival and receptionist couldn’t offer any help No apology for not providing this information nor the smells …….. Completely unacceptable

Paid higher price for the hotel, because they "offer shuttle to the airport". Upon arrival we were waiting 40 mins to get one, been offered to walk to the hotel by reception, when we called multiple times. And in the morning shuttle simply was NOT available at all, so we had to walk to the airport with all our bags and suitcase in the heat. AC was also promised, but didnt work, I could not sleep. Called reception several times, they said, they sending someone multiple times. Noone came. When I came down to the reception area, it was clear that AC is NOT simply working in entire hotel!!! Strange choice of saving money in NIce. And maybe locals use to that, but it was hard for Americans, since we have AC everywhere. Will be desputing the charge, since we paid for the promissed services much more, then other hotels in the area.

Great hotel, good location, great airco in the room, quiet and clean. Strangely my fridge was not in the room, the last time I had the exact room but the lady at the reception told me I had to book another category to get a fridge in the room. Strange as I booked the same room this time as the last time and of course Hotels.com does not give any option to book a room with or without a fridge. So that option is not even available to book.

It is a good overnight hotel right near the airport. The room was fresh, spacious, stylishly decorated with good air and a comfortable bed. One minus was that this room had a door to the neighboring room which was of course locked but that did not prevent the noise from the room from staying away. Luckily I had a quiet neighbor. But when the neighbor used the hairdryer early in the morning it sounded like someone was vacuuming my room. The breakfast was good, however one minus was that the orange juice was from concentrate. A simple quality marker that was missed.

While the airport in Nice is not a favorite, as it is confusing and spread out with lots of roads and tram/train tracks to go over, the hotel is walkable from Terminal 1 and lovely once one gets here! Very comfortable room and a nice breakfast. And very personable staff!

Strange / bad smell as they use artificial air fresheners. Really bad breakfast buffet. Reheated fried bacon. Ham and turkey full of fat. The single cheese had dried edges. Complained over breakfast buffet and reception said more guests had complained lately. So find another hotel

At breakfast, buffet was okay but some food items were not very cold as they had been set out for some time at room temp. Finding hotel entrance in the dark involved crossing a road and a parking lot from Nice airport. Lack of signage to direct customers.

Alles was echt prima! Behalve het ontbijt. Smaakte niet en weinig keuze. Daarom maar 1 ochtend ontbeten. Wel betaald voor 4 dagen. Hotel zelf was verder perfect qua vriendelijkheid, netheid, service en ligging. Vlakbij een treinstation, vlakbij het vliegveld. Perfecte uitvalsbasis om Nice, Antibes, Monaco en Cannes te bezoeken per trein. Zou hier zo weer verblijven en eten bij de buren (Crowne Plaza)
