The location of the hotel was really convenient and close to central Nice. The staffs were excellent, we were really please with the service. Room has no kettle to make hot drinks, very limited sockets in the room, only one that is available in the two rooms we stayed in. The cleanliness of the room was really good, good size bathroom and beds were comfortable.

Pros: Location is great, 5 min walk to the sea, right next to restaurants, tram not too far. Reception staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast is good. It's right in the the thick of it so it's not quiet at night but the double glazing does a decent job, I'm a light sleeper and was okay. Cons: Cold showers, I don't think there was 1 morning where all 3 of us got a hot shower. WiFi just doesn't work. I got it working for all of 20 minutes and even then it's unsecured and the security certificate expired 2 years ago. No plugs for bath or sink. There wouldn't be enough hot water for a bath anyway. Noisy aircon.

Location was excellent with endless options for dining and shopping.The staff was wonderful going above and beyond to help us when we couldn't charge our phones and other electronics because they don't provide with adapters.The hotel also doesn't provide toiletries or any extras so make sure to bring your own. I personally disliked that the bathroom had a very awkward setting and the tub is so high making it very difficult to get in and out for older (or short) people.

The hotel has a great location, easy to walk to the Old Town, restaurants and cafes are very close by. It’s very lively and busy. The hotel itself looks old and very small. The red carpet everywhere seemed to be dirty, the corridors are very confusing and narrow with no indication for room numbers, so you have to go around to find your room. The room is not well equipped, it didn’t even have any tea or coffee making options.

Ran out of hot water about 9 am. Not a good start to the day. Elevators in Europe are small and cannot hold two people and luggage comfortably. Staff was excellent. Alex went over board to make sure we had most of what we needed.

The hotel is a boutique hotel that is close to the beach and to a lively area of town that keeps through the night with restaurant lined streets. The amenities in the hotel and none existent though. No toiletries in the room, no complimentary tea or coffee. Iron is available on demand. Otherwise, the staff was courteous and helpful.

Non c’è la possibilità di scaricare i bagagli davanti all’albergo e non ci sono parcheggi convenzionati. La camera era un sottotetto con bagno microscopico. Il wc è stato ricavato in un altro pertugio all’interno della stanza sul quale non si riesce neanche a sedersi da quanto è claustrofobico. Personale poco cordiale. Avevo prenotato da tempo due stanze ed erano a due piani di distanza. L’albergo è in pieno centro ed è comunque ben insonorizzato, ma la stanza era davvero improponibile, soprattutto se si considera che avevo prenotato con largo anticipo.

Bra centralt läge, men sunkigt hotell. Vårt lilla och helt avskalade rum hade äckligt smutsig heltäckningsmatta och golvet lutade åt alla håll samtidigt. Första gången jag kliver in i ett hotellrum och blir sjösjuk. Lysrörsbelysning och trasigt/nedgånget. Fräscht badrum dock!

Luktade rök och var väldigt smutsigt, trasiga lampor och sprickor i väggarna. Långt under den standard vi hade förväntat oss. Läget var bra men hotellet är tyvärr alldeles för nedgånget. Det hade gjorts ett halvdant försök att renovera badrummet men vattnet rann inte ner i golvbrunnen i duschen och det var kakelplattor som satt löst. Dessutom smaklöst val av inredning. Här bor vi aldrig igen.

The hotel was clean and spacious, but while the location was central with easy access to the promenade and shops, it was very noisy at night with poor sound proofing to the point that we didn’t get much sleep during our stay. Our rooms air conditioner was very poor and seemed to randomly switch to also hot air throughout the night. We visited in March and it was already unbearably hot inside so I definitely wouldn’t recommend to stay during the summer.

I have mixed feelings: Positive: good location; nice staff Negative: if you get a room over the street of the restaurants (like us Room 215), it's extremely loud; the wi-fi signal is so weak, that it's not working in the room; very few AC power plug in. I'm not sure if I would book here again.

That said, the hotel rooms are very outdated with some of them having leaky tubs, inadequate phone connection to the front desk, and rather uncomfortable beds. The hotel could and should do better.

The AC didn’t work and the room was incredibly stuffy and hot without the windows open. But with the windows opened, so many mosquitoes came in and we got eaten alive. Staff was friendly, just old building issues.

Originally in a room above the restaurants street but was moved due to cigarette smoke smell (did not smell anywhere else and staff were fantastic in moving my 14yo son and I to another room). We were moved to 667 and it was absolutely quiet. Staff were fantastic. If you have a room above the street of restaurants - it comes alive in the evening with street performances. I don’t know what time they end as we faced another area with no noise at all :)

The hotel is well located. Check in and out was easy Front desk personnel were super friendly, helpful, and welcoming! Alex was the best! He provided great customer service. My room was OK though. It was clean and spacious. The beds were comfortable! But it needs updating. Overall it was a good experience. Would I come back? If the price is right, yes. Oh! And there is noice outside the hotel. I didn’t have one of the interior rooms. That is the con of staying near restaurants and shops. I didn’t mind bc I chose location. So if you want a very quiet place, this is not it. But again, I chose it bc of location. The noise ended past midnight, so it wasn’t that bad.

The reception staff weren’t friendly. There wasn’t even a kettle in the room, and not a single bottle of water in the fridge upon arrival. On the first day, there were two body shampoos, but they didn’t provide any more despite our request. The breakfast was very, very basic. Overall, in my opinion, this hotel was 1 or 2 stars, not 3.

Absolut nära till gågata resturanger och stranden. 30 sekunder till gågata och 3 minuter till stranden. 5 min till parker och 9 minuter till 2 och 3:ans Tram/pendel/tunnelbana eller vad det nu är. Dom går bland annat till flygplatsen eller fotbollsarenan.

Easy to get to trains, buses and trams The hotel room was comfortable although we had a minor issue with the shower. The hotel does breakfast (good choices) at 20 euro but breakfast is available nearby for half. The reception was always friendly and arranged for our taxi to the airport (40 euro).

Excellent location, close to main train station, old town, the only non positive to mention is that by being close to restaurants, the noise ends late at night and starts really early. There was construction next to our room, they start at 6 am, not the hotel's fault though.

Läget kan inte bli bättre, ligger mitt i ”smeten”. Trevlig personal i receptionen. Alldeles för dyr frukost som vi skippade. Wifi fungerade inte alls, likaså aircondition. Hade varit trevligt med en balkong. Ett stort plus var att det fanns ett kylskåp på rummet.

Air conditioning was very good,, bathroom was clean, breakfast was great, front desk service was great!!! We stayed in room 414 and it was slim with two twin beds but enough for two friends. Affordable and a SUPER location in the town!!! The shower is very small. The safe worked fine and the staff was friendly.

This is my seventh visit to this Hotel.... it has a fantastic location, less than two minutes walk from the Promenade Des Anglais... the staff are friendly and polite... the rooms to the front of the are the best... I've stayed in several variety of rooms over the years.... the budget rooms can be a little dark, but have everything you need.... the breakfast room, which is a penthouse balcony room on the fifth floor, is spacious and has a great view of the City, and the breakfast choice is always extensive.... and , they also have a secure luggage storage room, if your flight is later in the day... overall a great value Hotel with a Great location..

This hotel has the perfect location in Nice, steps from the Promenade des Anglais, a short walk to Old Niece, and a 15-minute walk or so to/from the train station. The receptionist also gave the perfect recommendations for where to eat, the best bakeries, and how to plan our stay around the attractions that we have especially wanted to see. We also enjoyed having breakfast outdoors on the terrace on the upper level. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. We would happily stay here again in Nice!

Fräscht centralt hotel nära flygplatsen !! 30 min med spårvagn!! Billigt!! Vi hade ett superior rum Med balkong mkt bra personal i rec !!! Bra standard o nära allt o ca 20 min prom till tåget o Monte Carlo , Monaco!! Men 20 euro för en frukost är hutlöst även för Nice!! Vi gick till Mc Donalds 5 min från o 7 euro för 2 ist!!! Das Hotel hat uns gefallen, da es nah zum Strand/ Promenade und der Altstadt liegt. Man kann alles zu Fuß erreichen. Das Frühstück war klein, aber jede konnte etwas Leckeres für sich finden. Toll war es einen Platz zum Frühstück auf dem Balkon zu bekommen. Dennoch war nicht alles super, das Hotel hat etwas gemuffelt, das erste Zimmer war sogar ein Raucherzimmer, da mussten wir umziehen. Ausserdem sind die Gänge und das Treppenhaus sehr eng. Die Umgebung ist laut, mit offenem Fenster kann man nicht schlafen, dafür sind viele Restaurants um die Ecke.
