Dejligt hotel og rigtig go service. Hjælpsomme. Syns måske at det var en voldsom pris for at benytte spa’et på taget. Når man nu boede der. Kan forstå dem der kommer ind “fra gaden” skulle betale 15€ pr person for en 1/2 time, men ikke dem der boede på hotellet.

Wow! Such a great hotel nicely located in Nice, beautiful restaurant terrasse with a chill atmosphere and the best of it, the Roof Top patio to eat or drink watching the sunset on the city!!! If you want to elevate your experience, have your drink in the jacuzzi surrounded by all the guest :)

Für den Preis ist es vollkommen in Ordnung. Sehr schade war, dass wir den Whirlpool nicht nutzen konnten. Man konnte den Whirlpool nur über einen Aufzug erreichen, dieser war aber extrem langsam und auch ständig besetzt, da maximal 3 Personen reinspassten. Als wir den Whirlpool uns erstmal angucken wollten brauchten wir leider 30 Minuten, bis wir wieder nach unten konnten. Auch auf Nachfrage hieß es, dass wir nur mit dem Aufzug zum Whirlpool gelangen. Daher blieb es leider beim einmal angucken. Ansonsten war das Hotel zweckmäßig und wie beschrieben.

Jag trivdes mycket bra på hotellet som ligger i lugnt och tryggt område och det var lätt att åka runt i Nice därifrån, då spårvagn nr 1 går precis utanför. Mycket smidig incheckning, trevlig personal och rent och fräscht. Enkelsängen var ganska kort och hård, heltäckningsmatta, mycket trångt på toaletten och i duschen och opraktiskt med enbart regndusch och safeboxen på golvnivå. Effektiv AC, men ej vattenkokare eller kyl. När safeboxen strulade i början kom personal och tekniker mycket snabbt och hjälpte mig. Enbart en mycket liten hiss, som man ofta fick vänta på länge, men positivt med säkerhetskedja och tittöga på rumsdörren. Fin takterrass med bar och fin utsikt och bra, men lite för dyr frukost, 16€. Det kändes mycket tryggt på hotellet och jag återkommer gärna!

My experience at this hotel was quite nice. Although the rooms were very small. And the elevator was tiny. We were staying on the sixth floor. In the entire building there’s this one tiny elevator, which can fit 3 people max. But that’s normal from older buildings. The restaurant in the entrance is very nice, and the food isn’t bad at all. The rooftop bar and hot tub were underwhelming, super cramped. But a nice view of the city. Unrelated to the hotel itself, the city of Nice is extremely sketchy. Has the overall vibe that you’re gonna be yelled at or robbed at any moment. Probably avoid Nice itself and go to smaller towns around it.

Staff are excellent, all speak English and are friendly and super-efficient. Rooms are air conditioned which was a godsend when we arrived 2 hours late at 11.25pm and the temperature was still 26 degrees. Our room was extremely well presented, beds were very comfortable, and the USB socket was a bonus to charge our phones. , no charger required.

Great area next 5 mins from the train station and the main shopping area. Close to the old town and promenade. Hotel room was really clean was quite small so having a balcony was a bonus. Be aware there is only one lift so if unable to climb stairs you may have a long wait. If returning to Nice I would stay at this hotel again.

Had great service and enjoyed the view from my 4th floor room. It’s great how close it is to the train station. My caution to American travelers is the shower space is pretty tight. I weight 72kg/159lbs and turned the shower off twice accidentally just bending down. Elevator is pretty old-fashioned, but works.

Although I did check in quite late on, and checkout pretty early; I very much enjoyed the limited amount of time I stayed here. I was in one of the Suites for the night, and I slept so soundly. Soundproofing wasn’t great, and there was a bit of noise from others in the hallways but it didn’t disturb me at all. After a long day travelling, the first shower I had after checking in was ethereal! Transport to the airport was incredibly easy and began one minute walk from the front door of the hotel. If/ when I am back in Nice, I will likely stay here again!

Wir kommen immer wieder gerne hierher, einfach weil es so gut gelegen ist und das Personal so lieb ist. Besonders der Amin von der Rezeption. Klar ist es etwas in die Jahre gekommen, das merkt man besonders im Badezimmer. Dort hat uns leider auch ein Hocker für eine Ablage der Kleidung gefehlt. Ansonsten ist das Zimmer ziemlich klein, doch total gemütlich und für uns vollkommen ausreichend. Das Bett ist super bequem 😃 auch gibts mehrere Kissen zur Auswahl. Die Lage ist halt super, direkt die Tram vor der Türe, einen Supermarkt, viele Geschäfte, den Markt und zu Fuß zum Strand 20 Minuten. Besonders muss ich auch noch das Frühstück erwähnen, es gibt jeden Morgen einen neuen Kuchen zur Auswahl und typische französische Backwaren. Eierspeisen wurden vor Ort direkt nach Wunsch zubereitet. Das ist wirklich top! Außerdem hatten wir unser Zimmer in den höheren Etagen, es war ruhig, mit Blick Richtung Innenhof. Der Ausblick zum Hof ist so französisch und freut uns immer wieder aufs Neue. Lohnt sich auf jeden Fall 😃 wer wie wir viel unterwegs ist und hauptsächlich zum Schlafen im Hotel ist, dann ist es nur zu empfehlen. Durch die Lage bist du überall in wenigen Minuten und hast ein Hotel in dem Herzlichkeit, Freundlichkeit sowie Hilfsbereitschaft an aller erster Stelle steht 😃 Ps: wir kommen nächsten Sommer wieder

Llegué el día de mi reservación antes de la hora del Check in y me permitieron guardar mis maletas. Regresé para la hora del Check in y me comentaron que sobre vendieron las habitaciones por lo que me hicieron reservación en otro hotel. Me dieron solución al no dejarme sin hospedaje y tampoco me hicieron cargos adicionales pero es muy mal servicios llegar a tu hotel que previamente seleccionaste por ubicación, instalaciones, etc. y que te cambien a uno que no fue de tu elección ni con previa autorización por vender tu habitación a una tercera persona.

The staff throughout our entire stay was not very friendly. When we asked for the basic necessities, they would provide them, but they would look angry about doing so. The location of the hotel was good, close to the main train station and easy to walk to the city center. We didn’t spend much time in the hotel, so overall it was an okay stay. Renoviertes Zimmer, allerdings sehr klein. Aufzug vorhanden, aber sehr langsam und wird auch vom Personal benützt um auf die Dachterrasse zu gelangen; dort gibt es ein Whirlpool, um das allerdings von 16-00 Uhr Menschen sitzen, die ihre Essen und /oder Getränke konsumieren. Beim Frühstück kam es vor, dass das Personal überfordert oder einfach zu wenig war (Tische wurden nicht abgeräumt, es gab keine Teller, keine Orangen für Saft,...).

The room was tiny and I had to climb over my partner to get in and out of bed. There was a strong smell of drains from the bathroom. We asked if we could have dinner in the restaurant and were told it was fully booked (it was completely empty at this time, 7.00pm). We went out and ate at a lovely fish restaurant down the road and when we returned to the hotel there were 3 tables occupied! Needless to say we didn’t bother having breakfast there!

L hôtel est situé à quelques minutes d un arrêt de tram , il y a de nombreux choix pour la restauration notamment Les Halles de la gare du sud. Idéalement placé en centre ville sans être trop exposé au bruit. La chambre est agréable, la literie excellente et une salle de bain fonctionnelle. Petit déjeuner divers et copieux. Je n ai pas testé le restaurant mais la carte semblait varié. Je recommande cet hôtel !

Holiday trip. Nice staff, very friendly and helpful. The morning buffet was great and the restaurant offers a nice menu in a winter garden ( atrium). The room was spacious and the beds comfortable. The only blemish is that the hotel is dated with old carpets and furnishings.
