The entrance and public areas are very nice and look like they have recently been updated. The bathroom in our room needs renovating - very small shower. The bedroom furniture was basic. The walls are very thin - you can hear the people in the next room having a shower and using the hairdryer. Disappointing.

The room was not great, if you are travelling as a single person and book for one, the room is so small it's not funny which makes it a very uncomfortable stay. My outlook was a brick wall and the ugly back stairs of other properties, there is no pictures or colour in the room so for me there was no atmosphere. The foyer and breakfast area is reasonably fine.

Hotel is ok for a budget choice. The reception area has been modernised and redecorated however the rooms badly require to be done as well. Bathrooms are all mismatch of tiles from ones that have been broken, carpets are dusty and threadbare. The bathroom was cleaned to the best they could however due to the age could still see dirty stain marks and black on tile grout. Cupboards in the bedroom had not been cleaned as when you put any clothes on the shelves they came out white from the dust. Overall this hotel was ok to put your head down for the night but pictures make it look better than what is is.

Très bon accueil du personnel, sympathique, serviable , service de bagagerie sur place ce qui est très pratique. Hôtel beau (accueil), bien situé proche tram, petit-déjeuner avec sucré-salé et pas mal de choses très appréciable. Le négatif vient de la chambre, pas très propre (tâche sur drap - cheveux salle de bain ..) , douche petite et vieille, joint sale, carrelage fissuré .. Literie correct. Chambre pas très insonorisée donc pas mal de bruit .. Nous avons pris la chambre la moins cher peut-être était-ce cela car celle que nous avons eu ne correspond pas du toût au standing de l'hôtel. Dommage sinon cela aurait été un séjour au top. Je conseil l'hôtel mais ne pas prendre la chambre premier prix (en espérant que celle supérieur soit bien mieux)

This boutique hotel had everything I was looking for: location -block away from tram, chic appearance, delicious breakfast and great customer service. Everyone made me feel at “home” especially Karim who was great from the moment I arrive up -late check in -to the last day in Nice -early am. All staff was kind and helpful during my stay.

Dieses Hotel hieß zuvor azurea und wurde von dieser Hotelkette übernommen. Das Hotel wurde innen wunderschön renoviert und saniert, sodass man sich wohlfühlen kann. Jetzt ist es ein wirklich ganz tolles Hotel mit allem was man benötigt und die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und stets hilfsbereit. Das Niveau liegt weit über einem 3Sterne Hotel, sodass man eher das Gefühl hat, in einem 4 Sterne Hotel zu sein. Dazu liegt dieses Hotel in der Nähe der Straßenbahn und Einkaufsstraße und in 10-15min. ist man zu Fuß, am Meer. Perfekt!

Moquetas tanto de la habitacion como de los pasillos con manchones grandes, aspecto de suciedad....almohadas con pelos, la guardé en el armario y dormi con cojin del asco que me dió..Gel de baño gastado ya el dia q llegamos y no repusieron en los dos dias....El interruptor de la luz del baño no estaba ni dentro del baño ni justo fuera..si no en medio del dormitorio....se ve q alargaron el baño poniendo una pared y en lugar de cambiar el interruptor, lo dejaron donde estaba antiguamente....el plato de ducha con moho alrededor.....no me gustó nada el hotely no me volveria a quedar en él...

Bodde syv netter på hotell, har bodd her tre ganger tidligere og vært stort sett fornøyd. Sentral beliggenhet nær togstasjon og handlegate. Svært hyggelige ansatte på hotell og frokosten er veldig bra til å være i Frankrike syns jeg. Minus denne gangen var et luktproblem fra bad som jeg klaget på og de prøvde å fikse, men lukten kom tilbake etter en stund, så dette gjorde mitt opphold litt negativt denne gangen, ellers var rommet helt ok men en liten balkong. Har ikke vært luktproblemer ved tidligere opphold, så var nok litt uheldig med rommet denne gangen.

Very thin walls. The doors slam and rattle the walls and we can hear our neighbors talking at normal volumes. The room was not thoroughly cleaned when we arrived. Would recommend staying in Old Town.

Hyggelig personale. Kort gåavstand til toget var et stort pluss. Ca 15 min gange til hovedstrøket med restauranter og ca 20 min til strandpromenaden. Ikke store rom, men veldig greit for 1 person. Slitent bad med ingen mulighet for å henge opp dusjhodet. Og det er fryktelig lytt mellom rommene, så husk ørepropper.

I checked in on October 16, 2025. Around 10 a.m., a female staff member wearing glasses was on duty. I told her that I was feeling very unwell, and she quickly offered help. I don’t know her name, but her service was excellent. I will definitely stay at this hotel again if I have the chance. I’m very grateful for her assistance!

Just a beautiful trip all round, the hotel couldn’t have been in a better location and the staff were amazing! We felt at home there, if only we could have extended our trip. Conveniently a 2minute walk from Nice Ville! Hope to stay at Hotel Khla in the near future!

Rudely got told to vacate my room at check out time. Calling guests every 10 mins is not a good look. The Wi-Fi needs to be fixed- very poor internet service which is unacceptable. Overall the hotel opened prematurely and lot of things needs to be fixed.

Nota baixa porque passamos quatro noites hospedados e apesar de reclamar do chuveiro várias vezes, não consertaram e não nos mudaram de quarto. O chaveiro era aquele de haste na parede. Não tinha pressão suficiente para vir na nossa direção e tínhamos que literalmente nos encostar na parede para nos molharmos. Horrível

Lage und Sauberkeit bewerte ich gut. Unser Zimmer war schön und entsprach der Beschreibung, allerdings war die Dusche sehr eng. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Einziger Kritikpunkt: Es gibt keinen Service um zu spät erhaltene Pakete weiter zu schicken. Wir haben medizinisches Zubehör per Express 2 Tage vor check-out bestellt und waren nach unserem check-out noch 3 weitere Tage in der Gegend, ein erhoffter und abgesprochener Anruf vom Hotel über die Lieferung unseres Pakets blieb leider aus. In dem Punkt hätten wir uns mehr Service gewünscht.

The cleaning staff didn't change our hand soap for 3 days. The towels we initially received also had stains and hair on them. While the hotel is close to the Gare, it's not worth it. We were not pleased with the cleanliness and overall found the general service to be quite cold and standoffish.

Chambre 121. 125 euros la nuit 3etoiles avec petit déjeuner compris (très très très très timide et classique) Des viennoiseries sèche, Pas de confiture, Pain sec, pas de choix. Salle de bain honteuse pour un 3 étoiles et aucunement ressemblante aux photos. Pas de peignoir pas de chausson. Réservation d’une chambre grand lit double avec balcon. A l’arrivée deux lit simple collé, semblables à un F1. 2 prise électrique qui fonctionne sur 6. Interrupteur luminaire côté du lit qui ne fonctionne pas Ménage pas du tout fait en profondeur surtout dans la salle de bain. Faux plafond en toile cirer. Trouée au niveau de l’entrée de la chambre. Femme de ménage qui rentre à 3 reprise dans la chambre sans toquer. Malgré une pancarte Ne pas déranger sur la porte . 10h15 - 11h37 - 11h58. Heure de passage de la femme de ménage. Pour un Check out a 12h. Malgres tout ces points énoncés lors du Check out a la directrice d’établissement : Aucun geste commercial ! Séjour plus que décevant, à fuir et absolument!
