Déçu vraiment car le hammam ne fonctionnait pas normalement Une odeur terrible de moisissure donc impossible d’y rester une odeur nauséabonde. Le sèche serviette ne fonctionnait pas non plus. Une personne intervenu pour le mettre en marche mais il ne chauffait quasi pas .

The fact that they charge 20Eur/h(!) for a Tesla Destination Charger is like a bad joke, and probably also breaking the agreement with Tesla. Nice room, but AC not powerful enough to keep it cool. Breakfast was great!

The staff were great and the room as comfy. Breakfast was varied. Our biggest down sides we’re having trouble finding it and the eve chargers we’re only for Tesla. We had chosen it for the chargers so were disappointed that we had to make time for charging in the morning.

Pool was packed, not surprising given the temperature. Check-in could be automated to speed it up, or as an option. Excellent beds, pillows and air conditioning. Breakfast was also very good.

Pros: staff and concierge were very professional and attentive. The parking is gated. It's right beside a mall which allowed us to enjoy other dining/snack options. Cons: Out of all the hotel stays in the France, our two days here were the most expensive. I couldn't believe that two rooms came out to $1425.00 for two nights. Still, it was last minute and we needed a place to stay between Avignon and Paris. We booked it based on reviews. Our room (502) had mold on the bathroom walls (we took pictures & video because we couldn't believe it), the towels smelled like old rags and the shower curtain had brown staining on it and also smelled. The A/C was malfunctionning and in this heat it was so hot in the room, they tried to repair it but it still didn't work. We were not offered another room. The restaurant food was overpriced, over seasoned and our hamburger was completely raw (we asked for medium). I would suggest staying elsewhere if you are able to.

Zeer vriendelijk personeel, maar netheid van kamers laat te wensen over. Ik begrijp dat dit in het hoogseizoen een uitdaging kan zijn, maar chips tussen de bedden, dikke laag stof op de bedrand en schimmel in de badkamer is niet waar we voor betalen.

Pleasant Stay Despite Some Minor Issues I recently stayed at this hotel during the high season, so it was quite busy. The Wi-Fi was unfortunately a bit slow, which was a bit frustrating at times. However, everything else about the stay was great. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. The highlight of my stay was definitely the breakfast it was top-notch! Overall, a good experience, and I would consider staying here again despite the minor hiccups.

Disappointed in this hotel. Room a bit dark and furniture rather shabby. The room was described as a city view but in reality it looked out over the roof and air conditioning units of the large shopping centre beside the hotel. The internet was awful. The common parts were better and there was a good restaurant. Breakfast was excellent. Also easy parking.

Accueil pro, efficace. Hôtel agréable même si immense. Chambre spacieuse, bien agencée. Grand écran tv, literie ok, minibar idem, wifi ok. Et calme. PDJ de bonne qualité avec du choix, les jus gagneraient à être avec des fruit pressés mais bon… pas essayé la piscine, spa… peut etre lors d’un prochain voyage. Bien situé, à côté du centre la Toison d’or, parking gratuit. Adresse à retenir !

Verblijf was te ervaren als een camping; je hoort je buurman snurken of andere onaangename bezigheden. Matras heeft plastic hoeslaken en ruikt naar textielverfrisser. De tram die stopt voor het hotel maakt veel herrie en begint om 6:00 en gaat door tot middernacht. Het park op loopafstand was ideaal voor de hond. Jammer genoeg mag de hond niet naar binnen in het naast gelegen winkelcentrum.

Good for a stopover and we’ve stayed here quite a few times. This time our room was a let down with no walk in shower and the shower over the bath had no water pressure.. and we didn’t get the city view shown on the booking.

We liked the proximity to the tram station. We didn't like the utterly useless aircon in the room, which meant we had a terrible night's sleep as we were too hot. I don't think it's unreasonable to expect a decent night's sleep as a given when you book into a hotel.

Pas acceptable de venir 3 fois dans ma chambre pour faire payer le restaurant de me faire déplacer la deuxième fois vers les ascenseurs pour espérer avoir du wifi pour que le TPE fonctionne ensuite proposer une autre solution descendre au deuxième étage ce qui ne fonctionnait toujours pas, pour finalement la troisième fois prendre la décision d’aller à la réception pour effectuer le règlement ALORS que j’aurai pu payer le lendemain l’hôtel avait mon empreinte de carte bleue Sur les trois fois entre temps je m’étais mis au confort dans ma chambre j’ai dû m’habiller donc particulièrement pénible…. Et tout ça pour entre dire de la part de la réception on y peut rien sans proposer de solution Je n’y retournerai pas … je suis professionnel je réserve de nombreux hôtels pas toujours par hôtel.com mais cette expérience m’a fortement déçue !!!!!!

My husband, 12 year old son and i recently spent 1 night on our way from Chaminix to Paris. We enjoyed this hotel. It was clean. The staff was friendly and helpful and the dining was great!. This hotel is located near a shopping mall whcih was very convenient.

Very useful hotel if you are travelling from uk to the South of France. It’s about half way! And has plenty of parking on site. It’s not pretty central Dijon but is clean, quiet, beds are good, lots of hot water and a decent on site restaurant. Plus the staff are kind and helpful.

The hotel was ideally located for out one night stay on the way back from the South of France to the UK, with the centre of Dijon a 10 minute ride on the tram from outside the hotel. The adjacent shopping centre with good food outlets was a bonus.

Standarden på rummen var bra och AC fungerade som den ska. Frukosten var god, och hotellet ligger nära ett stort shoppingcenter samt spårvagn som tar dig till stadens centrala delar. Det fanns gott om parkeringsplatser. Har faktiskt inget att anmärka. Kommer definitivt att stanna här igen om jag reser till Dijon.

Das Hotel liegt zwar etwas außerhalb, ist aber ein sehr guter Ausgangspunkt, um die Stadt zu erkunden, wenn man mit dem Auto anreist. Mit der Straßenbahn (alle 10 Minuten) ist man in weniger als 15 Minuten im Zentrum. Gutes Frühstück, kostenlose Parkplätze und ruhige Zimmer. Nebenan ist ein Einkaufszentrum mit mehreren Restaurants.

Es war schön, schönes Frühstückbuffet, schöne Zimmer und alles war sehr sauber, auch meinen erwachsenen Kindern hat es gut gefallen. Aber dass ich für eine kleine Tasse Capuccino 8 Euro bezahlen musste, da war isch etwas geschockt!!! Das ist schon frech!

Love this hotel and surroundings. We stayed here two yrs ago at the beginning of our holiday and this year we stayed at the beginning and end of our month holiday. The journey through is so good on our way to Italy it’s a good stopover. With all amenities. Didn’t use the pool this year as we were too tired but also on our stay yesterday I noticed the pool and area was not as clean as expected. The restaurant food was amazing.

L'hôtel est très bien et le personnel est sympathique. Le seul reproche que je pourrais faire est de demander 17€ pour un petit déjeuner 100% industriel. Il y a certes du choix, mais à ce prix on peut espérer des croissants frais et non du décongelé.

Pool was packed, not surprising given the temperature. Check-in could be automated to speed it up, or as an option. Excellent beds, pillows and air conditioning. Breakfast was also very good.

Nice hotel for the price - if you are just travelling through. Room was very small for 4 people, but for one night it was fine. However, will have to say that I would stay far away from their restaurant for dining. (Gallery 412) We had dinner there and it was bad. Food tasted bad and looked unappetizing. Service was.... weird? We have to ask for kids menus twice, even though we clearly had to kids with us (8 and 10 years). And they charged us for the kids, even though it says repeatedly that they eat for free....? And finally they cleared the table, when our daughter was still eating.

A functional transit stop on our route back to the ferry port. Very handy having the shopping mall next door with multiple dining options. The room was comfortable and functional. We would have preferred a China mug for our hit drinks that we could rinse out rather than single use paper cups (which we had to ask for more of) Very good breakfast buffet selection.
