Apart'hôtle spacieux et très fonctionnel, parfaitement propre. Petit déjeuner excellent (notamment la brioche et la confiture de mirabelle)Le cadre, un ancien cloître, est un voyage à lui tout seul, et l'hôtel se situe dans la vieille ville que l'on peut visiter à pied. Un parking public surveille est disponible dans la rue suivante et coûte une dizaine d'euro la journée.

Muy contento en general. Habitación razonablemente moderna, limpia, suficientemente espaciosa para 4 personas (apart. 2 plantas). Personal muy amable, atento y servicial. Edificio bonito y bien mantenido. Ubicación fantástica, muy céntrico pero accesible en coche. Y un puntazo que acepten perros! :-) No le doy 5* porque: 1) Faltaban cubiertos, bowls y utensilios básicos de cocina. 2) Las 2 TVs estaban bloqueadas, no se podía cambiar el idioma del audio a ningún otro idioma que no fuese Francés (si hablas francés, no es un problema). Tampoco soportaban Chromecast, con lo cual utilizar Netflix / Amazon Prime no era una opción. Y la señal era mala en los 2, con ruido / cortes frecuentes en todos los canales. 3) Uno de los radiadores estaba dañado, tuvimos que pedir otro nórdico para mi suegra.

Séjour correct, les chambres sont spacieuses mais pas exceptionnelles, le mobilier n'est pas dans un état irréprochable. Très bien placé dans le centre de Dijon. Attention pas de parking à l'hôtel. Petit déjeuner de bonne qualité et varié.

Hôtel très bien placé, accueil sympathique par contre pour pouvoir profiter de la maigre infrastructure de détente, il fallait réserver avant d’arriver car c’était complet. Pour avoir fréquenté de nombreux 3, 4 et 5 Etoiles, c’était la première fois que je découvrais ce système de fonctionnement, dommage. Il n’y avait pas de peignoirs dans les chambres 🤔 le petit déjeuner était extrêmement basique, choix très limité. niveau décoration c’est très simple. Le parc intérieur et les coursives doivent être agréables en été.

Bonne literie, mais un gros manque d’entretien dans la chambre, tache sur les murs, draps et dessus de canapé troués et déchirés, un pansement collé à la porte intérieure du placard de la cuisine. Experience en demi teinte, car l’établissement mérite plus d’attention par la beauté du lieu.

Je pense que la.chambre n a pas été vérifié avant mon arrivée , le regrigerateur n etait pas décongelé , la chambre poussiéreuse, par contre l ' hotel avait beaucoup de charme.et très très calme.

180€ la nuit pour un 4 étoiles La blague les mercure des environs sont 4 étoiles moins chère et respectent leurs standards ! Arrivé à 19h première chambre poussiéreuse matériel usé, le ménage n’est pas fait au dessus de 1m60 Salle de bain digne d’un campanile ! Poubelle rouillée cabine de douche ultra petite et joint moisie tout cela baigné dans une superbe lumière au néon ! Sans compter encore la poussière au dessus de chaque meuble Les partie commune idem si on prends en compte le fait que le spa est en « travaux » les moquette sont tachées les murs remplis de coup et trace en tout genre Dommage la bâtisse est très belle le séquoia central magnifique mais rien ne vas ! Le personnel nous propose une autre appartement car conscient de leur problème cette plus grand mais dans le même ton niveau ménage Sans compter une applique au mur totalement branlante avec un abatbjour hors d’âge et poussiéreux ! La literie idem c’est vieux moche ne faites pas plus de 50 kg pour espérer de pas sentir le sommiers… Nous avons donc changé d’hôtel et fait un mail à la direction pour l’instant pas de nouvelle …

The place was beautiful and really close to center of the city. The staff was very nice and helpful when asked about places or restaurants near by. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable, definitely I’ll recommend this place.

Very friendly staff and room was quiet in more secluded area of the hotel. The stairs within the apartment were very narrow and steep. Size of the rooms and how located within the apartment worked for us as we travelled as family of three. Can’t imagine how it would fit up to six people or even two couples. Bathroom very small, comfortable shower. Toilet separated however only accessible via the open bedroom on the landing. Window / balcony was not to be opened for safety reasons. Due to weather we did not open the roof window, only source of fresh air upstairs was small window in first bedroom. Breakfast was good with choices of coffee, cheese, bread, crepes, pastry, bacon or sausages, scrambled egg etc. and served in a wonderful hall. Apartment was equipped with cutlery, glasses and plates, pot and pan along with a mini dishwasher and fridge. Appreciate that a washing up kit was available at reception. Weren’t aware when booking, that there would be no (daily) cleaning available unless booked extra. Had to clean room and empty bins before checking out. Would stay at the hotel again, preferably in another room.

Die guten Bewertungen beziehen sich auf den Normalpreis. Wegen einer Veranstaltung zahlten wir drastisch mehr. Preis/Leistung passten nicht. Kleines Schlafzimmer unter dem Dach ohne Klimaanlage. Im Hochsommer eigentlich nicht bewohnbar. Wegen der Grossveranstaltung (Fete de la musique) in Dijon gab es keinerlei Parkplätze in der Stadt - alle Parkhäuser und Straßenparkplätze die das Hotel empfahl waren belegt. Nach 45 Minuten vergeblicher Suche wollten wir wieder abreisen. Plötzlich wurde uns gegen Bezahlung ein Parkplatz auf dem Hotelgelände angeboten. Alles sehr ärgerlich und unprofessionell.

Chambre moyenne, bruyante…. Difficile à chauffer avec le froid dijonnnais de la période… tu qui ne fonctionnait pas correctement…. Séjour moyen. En revanche super emplacement et personnel super agréable.

Un ami nous l'avait conseillé il y a quelques années, c'est central. Nous avions 3 chambres pour une nuit comme cet hôtel n'est pas loin de chez lui. Les chambres (les 3) puaient les égouts, le choux cuit ? C'est horrible, impossible de dormir. Partie mezzanine mal agencée, il faut d'un côté enjamber le lit. On entend les pas des chambres voisines, le sol craque quand un voisin marche. Manque de serviettes.

The place was beautiful and really close to center of the city. The staff was very nice and helpful when asked about places or restaurants near by. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable, definitely I’ll recommend this place.

Very friendly staff and room was quiet in more secluded area of the hotel. The stairs within the apartment were very narrow and steep. Size of the rooms and how located within the apartment worked for us as we travelled as family of three. Can’t imagine how it would fit up to six people or even two couples. Bathroom very small, comfortable shower. Toilet separated however only accessible via the open bedroom on the landing. Window / balcony was not to be opened for safety reasons. Due to weather we did not open the roof window, only source of fresh air upstairs was small window in first bedroom. Breakfast was good with choices of coffee, cheese, bread, crepes, pastry, bacon or sausages, scrambled egg etc. and served in a wonderful hall. Apartment was equipped with cutlery, glasses and plates, pot and pan along with a mini dishwasher and fridge. Appreciate that a washing up kit was available at reception. Weren’t aware when booking, that there would be no (daily) cleaning available unless booked extra. Had to clean room and empty bins before checking out. Would stay at the hotel again, preferably in another room.

It was not expensive. There is no room cleaning service during your stay unless you pay extra. Our first room was on the top floor which is affected by roof beams. And it was small. We were moved at no cost to a much better room. All of the staff are friendly and accommodating. The rooms, and beds, and pillows should be updated, but it is not an expensive hotel. The breakfast is good, but exactly the same every day. So, overall it was a good experience.

L’établissement est idéalement placé, aux portes du centre ville. La bâtiment est magnifique. L’endroit est calme. Le personnel est très sympathique. Petit bémol sur le matériel dans la chambre : hotte et radiateur qui ne fonctionnent pas, un seul oreiller par personne, pas de tapis dans la salle de bain, très peu de vaisselle.

Petit déjeuner excellent (notamment la brioche et la confiture de mirabelle)Le cadre, un ancien cloître, est un voyage à lui tout seul, et l'hôtel se situe dans la vieille ville que l'on peut visiter à pied. Un parking public surveille est disponible dans la rue suivante et coûte une dizaine d'euro la journée.

very nice converted building. the courtyard and the breakfast room are stunning. The rest is youth hostel quality. Basic rooms. Not even a two star hotel. barking dogs inside the premises as this is a dog friendly hotel. Overall okay for a short stay. At 16 euros, breakfast is a rip-off. very very basic. For 12-13 you will get a full breakfast at cafés within 5 minutes walk.

The premises were spotless and remained so through discreet cleaning of common areas throughout our weeklong stay. We were responsible for keeping our apartment clean during our stay which is normal for an apartment. The staff were always courteous and helpful. We did not have breakfast there but we bought the readymade boeuf bourguignon, salade niçoise and gnocchi bourguignon, available in large glass preserving jars from a fridge in reception, and they were all good locally made meals that we consumed in our apartment. The location of this hotel could not be better - quiet, around a medieval courtyard, just steps from the old centre of Dijon.

Staff friendly and helpful, however standard of cleaning was very poor. Fans very dusty, limescale in shower. Markings on floor. Hob top was damaged and taped up. Lack of washing up liquid or dishwasher tablets for in room dishwasher. Unfortunate as the location is great and the property has so much potential.

Most of the photos relate to an old part of the building. We were in a cheap modern part with sketchy furniture part broken. This we could have lived with but it’s Summer and there is a huge water tank in the room which apparently could not be turned off which made it unbearably hot. Reception offered repeatedly to sort it out the next day… this would be after we’d checked out which is utterly useless. The Smart TV’s are dumb as they haven’t connected them to their internet. Total shambles - look for an alternative.
