Disney Hotel Santa Fe

It was our first time at Disney Santa Fe and will definately recommend to all those who want to visit Disney on a budget. Adequate rooms, clean and good-sized. Also reliable and efficient shuttle bus to the parks, yes they get busy at times but you're at Disney can't expect otherwise!

A great Disney hotel - my Cars obsessed son absolutely LOVED it. Convenient location with easy shuttle to and from Disneyland. We loved that it included the extra magic hour on each day of your stay. We didn't spend much time at the hotel but enjoyed the time we did have there. The room was nice and beds were comfortable.

Perfect as a cheaper Disney hotel offering early access to hte park. Don;t expect to spend much time here and no facilities like a pool, but as a bed to sleep after the parks it's perfectly fine - free shuttle every 12 minutes to the parks & train station.

パークまで無料のシャトルバスが定期的に出ているからすぐに遊びに行けるのが最高だった。バスに乗らなくても徒歩20分足らずで行けてとても良い。 夜は寒かったので、ルームキーでホットドリンクが飲めるサービスがあったのが嬉しかった。 初めての公式ホテルの利用だったから心配もあったけど、チェックインをしてくれた受け付けのお姉さんが優しく対応してくれたので、最初から良い気持ちで過ごすことができた。

Great stay, fairy tale atmosphere, definitely much better than many 3* properties (considering this being a 2*. - clean & no bed bugs (!!!); - nicely decorated room & main building/sorounding; - TV with plenty of options; - free hot drinks & even soup; - friendly staff.

A great hotel with friendly and helpful staff. We stayed there for 4 nights and had breakfast and dinner buffet at the hotel every day. The restaurant had plenty of seats and offered a good range of dishes. Desserts were particular good. Children were very happy with the Mickey-themed cakes and waffles as well as the Cars-themed ones. The shuttle bus ran every 12 minutes and it was pretty fast to get to the train station, where you can walk to the Parks. The bus service was exclusive for the hotel. We walked to the Parks in a sunny morning and it was a pleasant walk and took only 10 minutes to reach the Village. Good value for money.

This was a nice Disney hotel, comparable to the Disney hotels in the US. They let us check in early, which was great. About a 15 min walk from Disney. You can do Laundry at hotel Cheyenne which is right next to Santa Fe.

Great budget option for staying at the parks and enjoying the extra magic hours. You can check in luggage from 7:30am and check in/collect park passes, then you receive a text with your room number at 3pm. They have free unlimited coffee/choc/tea/tomato soup vending machines in certain blocks. Very nice touches in the room such as chocolate coins, lanyard and notebook. The bathtub was great to relax after an loooong day. Only issue was the cheap thin bath towels which need replacing urgently, everything else was great.

カーズをコンセプトにしたホテルで、ホテルに到着したところから、わくわくしました。部屋もカーズの世界です。 フロントのチェックインを担当してくれたスタッフはとても感じ良く、アプリの設定も一緒にやりましょうと言ってくれて、チケット等を携帯電話のアプリで管理できるよう設定してくれました。何度も他に聞きたいことはないですか？と言ってくれたので、急がされることなくいろいろ聞くことができました。 ホテルの中には、レストラン、売店、スタバがあり、レストランは何時までかわかりませんが、売店とスタバは、23時頃まで営業していたので、閉園後にホテルに帰ってからお土産や飲み物を買うこともできました。部屋の棟の入口近くには自販機もありましたが、部屋には冷蔵庫がないので夏場は困ると思います。 このホテルは、フロント、レストラン、売店の棟とは別に広い敷地内にホテルの部屋棟が点在している感じで、車で訪れる方は、部屋の棟前に駐車できるので良いですが、歩きの場合かなり歩く場合があるので、予約する時にEldoradoにしました。少し高くなりますが、フロント近くの棟になります。ただ、近くの棟でもエレベーターがないので、2階になるとヨーロッパでは0階から始まるため、日本の3階です。20kgあるスーツケースを3階まで運ぶのはとても辛いと思います。フロントから遠い棟でも0階を希望する方が良いと思いました。（エレベーターのある棟もあるようです） 部屋の設備は、冷蔵庫がない、ポット（インスタントコーヒーも）がない、コップは紙コップ、スリッパ、歯ブラシもありません。シャンプーリンス、ボディソープ、ドライヤーはあります。シャワーは調節が難しく勢いよく出すことも難しかったので結構ストレスでした。ベッド近くにコンセントはありません。テーブルもなく、椅子が１つでした。 朝食は2日間同じでしたが、美味しかったです。オープンの7時前から少し並んでいました。フロント近くで、8時頃グリーティングサービスがあり、キャラクターと写真を撮ることもできます。 ランド⇄ホテルのシャトルバスは少し待てば来るし、すぐ到着するので昼間疲れたら一旦ホテルに帰って休憩できます。シャルルドゴール空港へのマジカルシャトル乗り場もあり便利です。チェックアウト日も荷物は預かってもらえるので、出発までしっかり遊べます。 今回、エクスペディアで予約するのに、ディズニーパークチケット＋朝食付きにしました。チケット付きにできるのはエクスペディアだけのようで、2泊3日の場合、3日間マジックアワー、ランドとスタジオ両パークの行き来のできるチケットが付いていてとても良かったです。ホテルの予約とは別に両パークのチケットを予約するより簡単で安くて良いプランだと思います。

The property was very worn and cheap looking. Only superficially clean. For example, the phone was very dirty. Would not recommend for the price.

Der Aufenthalt war ekelhaft, Das Bad war verdreckt es waren überall HAARE Schamhaar im Bett im bad verteilt der Boden war klebrig es war nur ekelhaft. Die Steckdosen habe nicht funktionie die Badewanne war verstopft es hat gestunken. Für die Familie war es einfach ekelhaft wir haben uns gleich am nächsten Tag aus dem staub gemacht diese hotel ist nicht empfehlenswert wer auf Sauberkeit wert liegt. Eien Entschädigung habe ich nicht erhalten

La chambre n’était pas des plus propre, cheveux, trace de dentifrice dans la salle de bain. Les finitions en terme de peinture laissait à désirer. Decu au vue du prix

This property is very dated. Broken tiles in bathroom. Roaches crawling on the wall. Maid carts left in the halls. Paid four night stayed 2. Not refunded any money and I also didn’t ask. Was told I probably would not have been refunded anyways. So not worth the price paid.

It was basic but the rooms were clean and tidy and well maintained. Just a 15 minute walk to Disney village.

Could not fault this property-rooms comfortable and spotless and walkable to the parks!

Dirty hotel room

Clean comfortable room. Friendly and helpful staff.

Property was walkable to both parks and easy to get to from the train station. The grounds were beautiful. The hotel is just dated. A lot of the doors were extremely squeaky the amenities in the room very minimal and the rooms were quite small.

The rooms felt very dated, but a perfect budget room on DLP property!

Lack of a/c was a huge issue, the fan in the room felt like a mere suggestion of cooling the room. With a heat wave this isn’t always the situation, I understand, but for what you pay for a room and the Disney experience this was incredibly disappointing. If a/c can’t be retrofit then box fans would go a long way in circulating the rooms. Did not sleep at all as I could not get comfortable in the heat. I cancelled my second night past the refundable period because the thought of doing that for another night was more unbearable than just eating the cost and booking at the sequoia.

It’s an old run down motel. No air at all. The shower just goes between burning your skin off and freezing every couple minutes. Theming that is barely there and left over from the previous attempt to theme. Spend a little more money save some self respect and book the Cheyenne.

Good location, the shuttle is super fast. room was nice, but couldn't adjust AC.

We stayed in December, arrived late at night and the room was very, very cold. I spent some time looking for the aircon but discovered a heater in the morning, its bad this was turned off in December. Apart from the cold, the room was ok but I can see why it is the lowest rated hotel at Disneyland and very expensive for a 2 star hotel. I'm glad we only stayed here for one night.

We stayed in Luigi, the building we were given was small and smelled strong of some kind of glue, mixed with the hot stale air in the building it wasn't very pleasant. The room was as expected, a little tired but adequate. However the major issue is that it only had a ceiling fan and a very small window that only opened about an inch. This made it extremely hot and unbearable to sleep in. We didn't get much sleep our entire stay due to the excessive heat in the room, it was very uncomfortable and needs some kind of aircon for the summer months. The excessively hot room ruined our holiday as we were all grumpy from lack of sleep and the extreme discomfort of the room after a day in the parks. Breakfast was a general buffet, nothing spectacular and if we didn't have half board we wouldn't have paid to eat there. The grounds aren't nothing to write home about and not as nice as the other Disney hotels we have stayed in, both New Port Bay and Sequoia Lodge are much nicer in every aspect and I wouldn't stay at Santa Fe again, it is worth paying that little bit extra for a much nicer all round experience. The walk to the park took us about 15mins, so not bad. The bus was very busy the couple of times we used it. Overall I wouldn't recommended staying here, unless your budget absolutely won't allow any other hotel.

When compared to Disney World, the lower end resorts aren't good for the prices. Stay off site. If you can afford the upper ones, good for you they are great. Be aware, this resort has no air conditioning and a tiny window that can be opened.

Very friendly sland helpful staff and great location only 15 mins walk from the park. The bedroom had everything you needed. Decoration was a little tired but perfectly comfortable. I had a corner room on the ground floor. The curtain didn't quite meet in the corner which meant for bright morning starts and little uncomfortable in the evenings with a gap looking out to the car park. Nothing a clip couldn't fix. We had a lovely stay.

Terrible que no tengan elevadores, y peor que no lo mencionen, con un problema en la rodilla sin poder cargar maletas y te ponen en un segundo piso, sin elevador fatal. También que mal que no piensen que vas a Disney y llevas carriolas te dejan en pisos altos y al no tener elevador es súper incómodo. El desayuno muy bien igual buen buffete de cena. Hubo personal amable y algunos groseros. La decoración muy bonita y todo súper limpio. Camas cómodas. Starbucks súper práctico y abierto hasta las 11 de la noche. La tienda bien.

Great budget stay with a lovely 15 minutes walk from Disney village and the parks. Clean, well kept hotel and rooms with comfy bed and good bathroom. Brilliant, friendly staff and incredibly easy check-in: we arrived around 8am, checked our bags, picked up our room keys / magic passes and went straight to the parks :)

This is on the value resort side. The rooms were very small and did not have air conditioning which is not ideal for summer, especially when the window only opens a few cm/ inches. It is pricey for the value. I recommend the Sequoia Lodge which is much nicer and around the same price. Staff all around is not very nice or helpful. They will greet you because it’s a Disney property but they don’t go out of their way for anything. aa

Excellent hotel. Exceptional, friendly staff. I would stay here again. Very convenient location to Disneyland Paris and the train station. Great experience.

Really really enjoyed our stay here, however we were staying with my sister who is in a wheelchair and has very limited mobility. We had booked and requested an accessibility room for her but we’re given a second floor room in the furthest away block from the hotel with no accessibility features and not even enough room to get her wheelchair in. After some back and forth with the reception staff we eventually were relocated to another room the next day for the remainder of our stay. The disabled room we were moved into was lovely, adjoining doors to another room which was open meaning my sister had an amazing space to move freely around with all the required accessibility features we needed to make her stay more enjoyable. Only advice would be is to double check with the hotel which room it is your getting, especially if a specific room type is required. The staff were exceptional here and reall made my sister feel special for her Birthday weekend!

Bare bones basic, and I mean BASIC. If you are familiar with Disney facilities in the U.S., lower your expectations for Sante Fe. Needs refurbishment. Staff NEEDS training on Disney signature customer service. Seemed as if most employees were in a bad mood. Its rumored the French are rude but i was trying to be neutral. None of the usual happy Disney smiles and greeting we are accustomed to in Orlando, Fl. I noticed in different buildings some old dilapidated ice machines, none of which were working. Asked front desk for ice. They sent us to the bar area of the restaurant La Cantina. We greeted the man at the bar and asked for ice. Again, seemed as if we were bothering them. He reluctantly threw a few pieces of ice in a cup and handed it to us. The Disney bus transportation is a free for all. No semblance of order or structure. Everyone rushes the doors. Stroller or wheel chair?? Good luck! Same customer service at the parks. Just unpleasant. For the tv, on the main screen that greets each family, go to settings and choose English. That will give you English for the Disney channels only. Otherwise you only get BBC News and Europe News channel. There are some Spanish, German, Mandarin and French channels. No fridge, no coffee in rooms (which we knew). If you use washcloths, bring your own. No wash cloths provided. Towels are paper thin and rough. Towels a Dollar Store would sell. Bed and pillows are not good either. we would not stayatSanteFe

Horrific experience at check in - the lady kept cutting me off and not listening. I had some issues with my park tickets and she very rudely told me she can’t help. We moved rooms THREE times! First time stains on the bed and floor. Second time the cast member came in with us to check it was ok and she too said that it smelt very bad. Third time…. And the worst time… bed bugs! I’m so sad because I always stay on site with Disney but this time was such a huge disappointment. The staff were rolling their eyes at me and I felt like such an inconvenience to them. I appreciate it’s a budget hotel but a clean bed is all I ask for and I didn’t even get that.

Staff very friendly on arrival and asked if they could move us to the Cheyenne and promptly delivered our luggage and took us to the park. Smooth checkin later after a full day in the park. Pleased with service at both hotels

Great place to stay and short walk to the Disney village and parks

Eenvoudig verblijf maar je slaapt er alleen en je komt toch voor het park. Loopafstand naar het park 12 minuten of de Shuttle bus.

Property feels dated compare to US Disney properties, but the staff is great, friendly and helpful. Food was just ok. It’s quite a walk from the parks and the shuttles can be crowded.

The breakfast was always cold. And really wasn’t worth the money paid for it. Staff were accommodating and when they realised there was 2 groups on a separate booking they put us close together. The only other issue was they put us upstairs when we had an 8 month old in the party which we obviously had a pram for this made it difficult trying to get up and down the stairs.

Der Weg vom Disnneyland zum Hotel ist wunderschön zu Fuß. Aber auch der Shuttlebus fährt ständig. Man muss nur einmal am Park die Haltestelle. Auf dem Flur standen mehrere Tage die Wagen vom Reinigungspersonal offen und unordentlich herum. Es könnte auch mal modernisiert werden. Beim Frühstück ewig lange Warteschlangen. Nicht wirklich gemütlich. Aber Essen war gut. Mitarbeiter etwas maulig. Personal am Empfang und Gepäcklager super nett und hilfsbereit. Eine Stunde eher Einlass in den Park war schön hatte aber nur kurzen Effeckt. Und es waren nur manche Fahrgeschäfte offen.
