Jolie surprise ! Nous avons beaucoup aimé l’ambiance et la décoration. Le personnel était agréable et à l’écoute. La piscine était à une très bonne température et le spa relaxant. Nous y reviendrons probablement.

Un séjour de plus dans ce superbe hôtel très agréable, dans un cadre de verdure et au calme. À notre arrivée, concert dans l une des salles et excellent accueil à la réception. Chambre propre et très agréable, 3 bouteilles d eau offerte.. très bien Le hall d accueil est superbe et le bar aussi. Merci à la réception de nous avoir autorisé a rester un peu plus tard.. toujours appréciable Pour résumer, très bon hôtel, très bon personnel et nous reviendrons..

Cadre exceptionnel, plongé dans une vie de château. Les pièces communes, la réception, le restaurant et le bar sont plein de charme, très propres et joliment décorés pour les fêtes de fin d’année. Le personnel a été professionnel, souriant et agréable tout au long de notre séjour. Nous avons cependant été surpris par la restauration du samedi soir. Nous avions réservé une table au Comptoir de Jeanne et nous avons découvert qu’il s’agissait d’un buffet. Après vérification sur le site et tous les documents de présentation du restaurant, il n’est à aucun moment indiqué qu’il s’agit d’un buffet. L’information à ce sujet n’est pas transparente et peut surprendre. Nous aurions aimé être averti, d’autant plus que la réservation s’est faite par téléphone avec le responsable du restaurant. Toutefois, le buffet était de très bonne qualité et nous n’avons finalement pas regretté. Également, nous avons été surpris par le comportement d’influenceuses au bar et au restaurant qui se fichent d’avoir des clients dans l’arrière plan de leurs vidéos/photos. Ces comportements nous semblaient inappropriés au regard du standard affiché par l’établissement.

For some reason it is rated an 8 by people. This is at least a 9. The property is gorgeous. Check in was quick and easy. The rooms are a bit basic but the lobby and bar area are very upscale. I highly recommend staying here

The charm of the property was magical. The grounds were kept tidy and the amount of greenery was inspirational. The lack of window screens and the fact that the windows had to be open to receive fresh air was an unwelcome surprise. The 3am party was also not ideal. I’m sure on a non-party night it would be fine. The mattress is also firm, like a rock. Which isn’t to everyone’s taste.

It was lovely stay, except the cleaning lady thought my desert I bought from Ritz was a rubbish because I left it on the floor she threw everything out.... (which worth 100euros) I still do feel upset about it when I think about that. other than that it was fine. If you are thinking to do horse riding, its 3hours so do the check out early and go! I thought it was only an hour because it was not listed, so I took 10am class and ended at 1pm and I was charged for late check out. I didnt mention any of this to directly to the staffs since it was holidays, but throwing my food out was something ive never experienced my entire hotel life.

Un séjour de plus dans ce superbe hôtel très agréable, dans un cadre de verdure et au calme. À notre arrivée, concert dans l une des salles et excellent accueil à la réception. Chambre propre et très agréable, 3 bouteilles d eau offerte.. très bien Le hall d accueil est superbe et le bar aussi. Merci à la réception de nous avoir autorisé a rester un peu plus tard.. toujours appréciable Pour résumer, très bon hôtel, très bon personnel et nous reviendrons..

The chateau was a perfect chilled relaxing retreat but still within commutable distance to Paris centre and ideally within 30 mins via taxi from CDG airport. The surroundings and atmosphere within the hotel were perfect We will be returning! Highly recommend!

A beautiful place to stay. The room was clean and spacious. Dining room wasn’t open through the week so we ate in the bar and the food was so delicious. Breakfast was wonderful as well with many choices.
