The room was freezing, and the vents kept blowing out cold air. Even after we asked for heating, nothing changed. We weren't the only ones—many other guests were complaining at the front desk, but the staff just told us to wait. I eventually had to sleep wearing every layer of clothing I brought. It was a total nightmare.

The housekeepers did a good job of cleaning, but the carpet, furniture, and bed appear old, yet clean. The worst thing is the room with a toilet that smells terrible

We had a group of 40 that stayed at this hotel. It was comfortable, conveniently close to the Lourdes Shrine St. Joseph gate and provided us a group dinner that was outstanding and affordable.
