Parking was in the lower level of the hotel , Driving around the curve was way to tied and narrow for the car on our way out we scratch the car on the pad of carpet they had stuck on the wall . So they knew that it was a tied fit.

Very good experience with the hotel. the staff at the front desk are super nice. The room was very clean, it comes with a fancy tower warmer system, looks brand new. The only downside is that it is not located in the busy tourist area, but it was very safe to walk at night. in fact, because it is still within the walking distance, we got the chance to cross the bridge every night to enjoy the beautiful river scenic view.!! Will definitely recommend it to others.

The hand written personalized note along with an uplifting quote was such a nice gesture by your check-in staff. No complaints about our stay! I would definitely go back when visiting Lyon.

We stayed in a family suite, and it was great. The beds were very comfortable, nice sheets and pillows. It's the best we've slept in a hotel in a LONG time. The room was very nice and spacious. The location was also fantastic, just a short walk to the riverfront. Check in and out were a breeze. The only, very slight, criticism I can think of is that the WiFi would frequently kick a device off.

The room was small (nowhere practical to keep a small suitcase) and basically furnished without much by way of amenities; and the instant coffee and minibar were not restocked during my stay. I'd not complain if it was billed at three star, but four star seems a stretch of the imagination.

El problema es el mobiliario, los estantes del armario son muy estrechos. No hay cajones en ninguna parte. En el baño no hay donde dejar el neceser. También falta luz general en el dormitorio. Tampoco encuentro normal que te hagan el cargo en la tarjeta el dia de la llegada y sin decirte nada; me di cuenta el último dia al comprobar el saldo de la tarjeta para ir a pagar. Podría haber algun extra, pero ya habian hecho el cargo; por cierto aumentó 5€ respecto a lo contratado con Hotels.Club. Aparte de estas quejas, el Hotel está muy limpio, el desayuno es muy correcto y queda cerca del centro de Lyon sin estar en el meollo, por lo que es muy tranquilo.
