Basic airport hotel. Well located, immediately across the street from the tram station, one stop away from the airport. Clean and comfortable. We stayed one night on a Sunday, when this hotel and all other neighboring hotels had no restaurant service. We walked about 500 meters to a local sports bar.

Great, easily accessible & comfortable hotel for a stopover after a late flight. I stopped 2 nights and it was super easy to get to the hotel from the airport on the tram and then from the hotel into Bordeaux centre the next day, also on the tram! The tram literally stops adjacent to the hotel & has a very good and regular service. I had a lovely, reasonably priced evening (midweek) meal at the hotel and there’s a bar too which is handy. The staff were really friendly and helpful, explaining best ways to get around and even allowing me to leave my hire car in their car park and spend another day in Bordeaux when I was asked to pick up friends before I left and despite their flight being delayed this was not an issue. I was very impressed and at the extremely reasonable price per night, it was definitely a good choice.

Hôtel de qualité très bien situé (un arrêt de métro du Terminal B, soit 20 minutes maximum à pied). Chambre extrêmement propre (c'est agréable, merci !). Aucun bruit ne traverse les murs. Literie très agréable. De quoi se restaurer à proximité. Accueil sympa. Une machine nespresso dans la chambre. Je garde l'adresse pour un futur déplacement à Mérignac.

Price was good and location was excellent for a pre-flight stay. Lobby and hallways were ok, but my room was impeccable. Well fitted and immaculate. Small, but had all that I needed. Restaurant food and staff were very good but Emma in reception was so lovely and helpful. Would definitely stay again.

For a budget hotel this is up amongst the best, the room was of a good size, spotlessly clean, a very comfortable bed and a nespresso coffee machine with pods. We paid extra for breakfast which was excellent.

Un vent froid provenant de la fenêtre et du mur nous a empêchés de dormir et nous a rendus malades en une nuit. Climatisation fonctionnant au ralenti, impossible de se réchauffer. Alors ce n’est peut-être que cette chambre (112), mais il y a un gros problème d’isolation. Dommage, car la chambre est plutôt jolie, mais nous n’y retournerons pas.

Je suis quelqu'un d'assez maniaque et je tiens a preciser que la chambre, la salle d'eau et meme l'hotel d'ailleurs etaient parfaitement propre. Ce qui n'est pas toujours le cas et je sais de quoi je parle car je suis en deplacement quasiment toutes les semaines donc tres souvent a l'hotel. En plus l'accueil au top, aux petits soins. C'est sur que j'y retournerai.

The actual room was nice, modern & clean. However the experience in general was affected by the lack of facilities and the staffs attitude towards this. We arrived late at night (around 10.30pm) with our 18 month old after travelling all day. We were told despite booking a room for two adults and a baby, because we hadn’t specifically requested a travel cot, there wasn’t one in the room. When we went back down to reception upon noticing this, it was met with disregard and no apology or other options were offered. We were told there were none available and that was the end of it. Where was the baby expected to sleep if not in a travel cot? I have never had to specifically ask for one in any of the other hotels we have stayed in, and we travel frequently. So our baby ended up sleeping part of the night strapped into her pram which was no doubt not very comfortable for her, and when she woke after a few hours had to share the bed with us, which didn’t make for a restful night for any of us, and we had another day of travelling the following day. This situation could have been rectified with a simple apology, & perhaps the offer of some more bedding to create some sort of floor bed etc but nothing. I am not an unreasonable person and appreciate mistakes happen. I was just extremely unhappy about the way it was handled especially given that a young child was involved and given how late in the day it was.

We had an early flight so chose this hotel for our night’s stay. The room was fine. Huge bed in a very small space but it’s was serviceable. The bathroom was great. This hotel is right at the tram stop which is one stop to the airport. It’s perfectly located. Check out was a bit shambolick. We ended up just leaving our room key at the abandoned reception.

I had a six am flight from the airport and this made it so way WTH the tram stop right out front and one stop to the airport. The staff were fabulous both helpful and friendly. Highly recommended.

A great choice for a stopover at Bordeaux airport. Easy to get to - the A tram stop is outside the hotel - be advised that a taxi costs 10€ at night! Tram is 1.90 by comparison. A pretty familiar breakfast.

Do not believe this is walking distance from the airport. Get on the tram outside the terminal. This was not made clear and the walk took 20 mins and there were no walk ways. We arrived about 22:00 and everything was shut.

Room was small but clean. The staff was courteous. We did not eat dinner in the restaurant. Breakfast was outstanding with abundant choices of cold and hot foods. The hotel is on the tram line to the airport which makes it super convenient for an early morning flight. We would definitely stay here again.
