Shocking check in experience. After a 4 hour flight delay we had an itinerary number but no reservation number and spent 40 mins trying to get access using our mobile phone s and the touchpad portal. In the end had to use help facility. Eventually got in and it was a lovely little hotel for a one night stop. My warning is not to arrive after the reception and front door close.

A very nicely run hotel with a tramline just across the street that takes you straight into the centre of Bordeaux. Everything was really clean and well maintained and the staff really helpful, especially Amy on the front desk. Amy allowed us to check in a little earlier, helped us with information about the City and the Tram network. I highly recommend this hotel as a great value stay.

Really upsetting after driving for hours to come here & find a tiny room! Couldn’t even move around! No fridge! Just looked old and worn down, cupboard very awkwardly placed hard to even hang anything. I guess it served its purpose but will not be going back here.

Will not be staying again. The staff are lovely and tried their best to speak English but that’s about it. The hotel room is tiny can barely walk around. The bed very uncomfortable, spider webs in corners, it’s old and needs updating. Air con not working, opened the window instead but our room was next to smokers outside and the smell was coming into the rooms.
