Hôtel très sympa bien placé plein centre ville . Un peu difficile à trouver l’entrée du parking mais pour 16.50€ /jour c’est très utile .

Fräscht lägenhetshotell med mycket bra läge och parkering med många platser under byggnaden. Mycket trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Tvättstugan var alltför komplicerad och lite dyr när man bara har lite tvätt så den använde vi inte. Vi skulle gärna bo här igen!

A nice appartement hotel, in a wonderful spot if you want to visit the old town. The reception team is wonderful. The hotel is aging; Some maintenance is in order. The acces to the garage is very difficult, especially for midsize cars and bigger.

Accueil sympathique, bonne surprise de surclassement à l'arrivée. Parking payant en sous-sol, très pratique. Boissons chaudes à disposition gratuitement. Les appartements sont bien équipés, même s'ils mériteraient un petit rafraîchissement. Un petit point négatif, les portes d'accès aux appartements se referment très bruyamment, même en faisant attention ! Pénible quand les enfants des voisins entrent et sortent toutes les 2 minutes pour rejoindre leurs copains 2 portes plus loin... À part ça, bon rapport qualité prix !

Fantastiskt läge, tram stannar precis utanför och även gångavstånd till gamla stan. Kök med bra utrustning för att kunna laga egen mat. Vi hade hund med utan problem. Mycket trevligt med inhägnad gård/terass med möbler där man kan sitta och äta, ta ett glas vin etc. Rekomenderas!

It was great to have a small kitchen and all the rooms have a balcony. Best of all they happily accomodated our bikes in secure storage that was also easily accessible. Staff was friendly and the optional breakfast was good

En revanche, les appartements ne sont pas bien entretenus : odeur d’humidité et de cigarette dans le logement, poussière sous les lits… L’emplacement est idéal : au pied du logement, il y a le tram. Mais l’isolation phonique des fenêtres est quasiment inexistante, on entend tout (tram, voitures, motos…). Nous avons aussi eu droit à une fausse alarme incendie à 2 h du matin, même si l’alarme, elle, était bien réelle. Le parking est un vrai plus, mais il ne faut pas avoir un grand véhicule : il est vraiment petit et les places sont étroites. Bref, nous sommes déçus de cet appart-hôtel. Heureusement que c’était seulement pour deux nuits.

El alojamiento está en bastante mal estado, bastante sucio, el personal no se esfuerza mucho en entenderte, solamente inglés y francés, el acceso al Parquing bastante malo, para llegar al hall hay que pasar por la zona de lavandería. En España un hotel así tendría muy mala reputación.

Room was not clean and very run down, it was very noisy both outside and inside the building but was advertised as soundproofed, water pressure was non existent when hot water used in shower, marketing photos for room category were very deceptive, staff were unfriendly and rude. Has the potential to be a GREAT hotel - in the most perfect location - sadly the problem is CLEANESS or lack of ! We have been clients now for more then 10 years staying 8x a year - sadly the hotel does VERY LITTLE to maintain the rooms - this past stay was TERRIBLE ... The staff is wonderful - kind - a they try their best and they know the problem - obviously I am not the only client who brings this to their attention - THE ROOMS NEED TO BE CLEANED ...

Appartements assez confortables (à part peut-être la literie un peu dure...), très propre et avec bon niveau d'accueil. Facile d'accès (tramway au bas de l'immeuble), mais le quartier en lui-même n'est pas très intéressant car assez moderne et aseptisé.

appartement tres bien équipé mais si vous avez le sommeil leger il ne faut surtout pas etre côté rue bruyant avec le passage du tram tout les 15mn et qui s entend franchement de facon genante

Good place to stay downtown, at walking distance from the heart of Montpellier (polygone, place de la comedie). The air conditioning was not working very well, and we were hot. The bed and sofa was not super comfortable but otherwise okay for a couple of nights.

Appartements assez confortables (à part peut-être la literie un peu dure...), très propre et avec bon niveau d'accueil. Facile d'accès (tramway au bas de l'immeuble), mais le quartier en lui-même n'est pas très intéressant car assez moderne et aseptisé.

Location directly at a tram stop is excellent. But it is easybwalking to the old town and the train station Room could do with a coat of paint but ovetall comfortable stay. The kitchenette is a great feature.

We enjoyed most everything, beds were fine, having a kitchen was great, breakfast was good, 24 hr coffee machine and sparkling water also. Not fancy, but with a great staff and location, it was great for us

It was great to have a small kitchen and all the rooms have a balcony. Best of all they happily accomodated our bikes in secure storage that was also easily accessible. Staff was friendly and the optional breakfast was good

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this was one of the most disappointing hotel stays I have experienced. The room was nothing like the photos on the booking website. It was extremely worn, with numerous marks, dents, and poorly patched damage to the walls and doors. The flooring was heavily worn, and the room itself was exceptionally small, dark, cramped, and uncomfortable, with barely enough space for luggage. I spent as little time there as possible. The bathroom was not properly cleaned. Upon arrival, I found the toilet brush sitting inside the toilet bowl, which immediately raised concerns about hygiene standards. Breakfast was also disappointing, with a very limited selection that did not justify the price. Most frustrating was the hotel’s response. I contacted them immediately after check-in to raise my concerns, but they refused any refund or compensation for the remaining four-night stay. Hotels.com also contacted the hotel on my behalf, but no refund, cancellation, or goodwill gesture was offered. The experience affected my trip so much that I changed my travel plans and flew home a day early rather than spend another night in the room. Due to an event taking place in the city, hotel occupancy was high. Accommodation was nowhere near worth that amount. In my opinion, the hotel is misleadingly advertised, as the photos do not accurately reflect the condition or quality of the rooms. I cannot recommend this hotel and would advise prospective guests t refun.
