This time my stay was not OK. I am on and off for years now. l told on Monday that we have a discusting smell on floor 2. It smelled like Sink. On Tuesday it was better. But the discusting smell returned Wednesday. I told again on day leaving, thursday. The Staff was very friendly. But I dont like that smell.

No complaints about facilities. Not convenient to transport. Bar and restaurant not open over weekend.

Hotel is in the suburb of Paris with the closest metro station 15 minutes away by foot. Rooms are old. Two elevators are very small. One was not working when we arrived and the other one also broke down the day before we checked out. So guests had to use the stairs and the staff elevator to move their luggages. Breakfast was average with limited choices and variety. Hotel needs improvement in product and service.

I usually book through hotel.com and able to cancel last minute but was unable to do this due to error ! I have lost a fortune and bonuses so I am thinking of transferring to booking dot com just shortly as I have a few provisionally bookings with your hotel.com next year ☹️
