Our stay, all around was excellent, wish the metro was even closer (8 to 10 min wasn't bad...except in the heat wave we had) I would recommend this hotel anytime , the kitchenette was just perfect for breakfast and any quick lunch and all sort of coffee available free anytime in the lobby. Great

The hotel personnel were very professional and guide us through out our trip. Great customer service. They recommended many venues to eat and to visit in out short stay. The room was very spacious and super clean. My kids were able to rest each in a bed. Which is a plus for us. The beds were comfortable and the sheet were clean. The kitchenette was well supplied with all I needed for breakfast. The hotel provided free coffee, chocolate and water. I will recommend this place for a family. The area was nice and therewere stores and bakeries all around us.

Sehr gute Unterkunft, Zimmer mit Balkon, Küche, alles vorhanden was man braucht, wurde von uns nicht viel genutzt, da man in der Gegend gut Essen gehen kann. Im Hotel bekommt man jederzeit Kaffee und Wasser. Rezeption super freundlich. ALLES TOP

Rooms are nice.location is good 8 minutes walk from Mairie de Montrouge. Staff are friendly. MONOPRIX is at 2 mn walk. Free coffee and thea available all the time in the lobby.

Del alojamiento destacaría un personal amable, con empatía y siempre atentos. En cuanto a los servicios hay una zona común dónde se dispone de té o café totalmente gratuito que es de agradecer. En cuanto a la habitación estupenda también, quizás activaría alguna opción para poder desconectar el climatizador. En general todo muy bien

It was our first time in Paris and the Hotel exceeded my expectations. Great location, safe and easy access to Metro, grocery store and restaurants and bakeries. The apartment was equipped with everything we needed, full kitchen, comfortable beds, plenty of towels. The staff is very friendly and helpful. There is always someone available anytime of the day. The water and coffee machines in lobby are an added plus. Definitely recommend!

Great place to stay for a family. Friendly staff, safe area. The only issue was that there were soap scum and residue on the bathroom wall near the sink and on the ceiling. Otherwise, a nice place to stay. only a 10 min walk to the metro station.

Dirty bathroom with terrible smell. Stained sheets. Unconfortabie matres. Dirty kitchen specially the refrigerator. They just dont clean!!! To far from the metro station 12-15 minutes walking. The customer service was really bad. Specially from Clara at the reception desk who clearly doenst want to help at all. If you want the room “cleaned” with new towels and sheets yoy have to pay $22 eu extra and ok, thats their sistem to collext more money from their clients, but not even when we asked they dis clean the room, but we have listwn to clara blaming other staff on the situation. JUST DONT GO TO THIS HOTEL. DONT BE CHEAP LIKE I WAS AND GO TO A BETTER HOTEL.

We arrived early at 9am and was able to put our 11 luggage in holding. Told by an employee to come back at 2pm for check in for our 2 reserved rooms. We get back at 2pm and was told check in is at 3pm. So why were we told 2pm? The manager said that employee might not have understood english very well and said thats incorrect. We did get 1 room at 2pm and the room was filthy and the fridge did not work. Waited til 3pm for the next and was told their cleaning crew was 3rd party and didnt have the room ready. As it came closer to 4pm we ended up booking Les Artiste 5 start hotel for less over the phone. As soon as we said we wanted to cancel and the service sucks, we were offered free double room upgrades. Asked for a refund since its the Hotel's fault for not being able to check us in and was told its policy no refunds. So I am working with Hotels.com customer service trying to get my refund now.

Horrible experience. I was not familiar with Paris when I booked it. FYI this hotel is 50 minutes away from everything. I can’t explain how dirty this place was. Patio was never cleaned for years I could say. Scrub the table 5 times before eating dinner on it and still it was dirty. Housekeeping is every 5 night and we asked for it in our 3rd day, they refused it. At the first night I asked for extra blanket or some sort of extra sheets. They didn’t have it. At 3rd day I asked for clean towels. They said it’s an up charge but he can waive it for us with a blink. The other thing is the patio opens to a daycare and you will wake-up with kids screaming. On Saturday I thought daycare will be closed and I can sleep longer. Nope. There is some sort of religious gathering every Saturday and the sing a very loud song. Bed was very bad too. I’m not recommending it to anyone.

A acomodação que ficamos estava muito quente, o ar não funcionava, apenas funcionava como um ventilador. Chegamos a pedir para consertar mas nada mudou e foi muito difícil ficar no apto e dormir principalmente, muito quente mesmo. A vista era maravilhosa, de acordo com nossa solicitação o que achei bem legal por parte deles. Cozinha funcional e completa com máquina de lavar louça. Colchões confortáveis mas não eram duas camas como descrito na reserva, pois 1 era sofá cama. O Wi fi muito ruim o que fez usarmos nosso plano de internet que acabou bem mais rápido do que planejado. O Atendente da noite deu um grito conosco quando apertamos interfone para entrar na recepção ao não nos atentarmos que cartão abria a porta também , consideramos isso muito desagradável. Metrô um pouco longe. Supermercado perto. Máquina de café na recepção muito bom. E guardaram nossa malas até hora do checkin. Banheiro com vaso sanitário com cheiro desagradável

The only negative was that the safe in the room was not functioning (message says “Error” when choosing a code). They were not able to fix it during our stay. Everything else was fine. We could even see the top of the Eiffel Tower from our balcony. Breakfast is very expensive (19 €).

This property was reasonably priced and our room was fab, with loads of storage space, a bath and a wee kitchen. And a huge tv! The bed was a folded down sofa bed which I found a little uncomfortable. It was super quiet at night and I slept really well. The staff were super friendly and the breakfast was nice, plenty of good options. We also had a balcony which was lovely to sit on to get some air

Emplacement idéal près des supermarchés, transports faciles pour visiter Paris, appartement très bien équipé, très propre. Le seul bémol c’est l’été appartement avec air climatisé que eux LIMITE la température il fessait chaud pareil dans l’appartement faudrait revoir le degré beaucoup plus bas. Dans l’ensemble c’est excellent!

Overall, an ok property to stay at. It’s 6 mins walk to the closest metro station. The room is no where near what they advertised on the picture. So be careful of that. Saying that, the room isn’t awful , just very very dated and not modern at all. Weird layout. Nothing around the hotel, literally NOTHING.

The sofa pulled out into two separate single beds which the kids really liked, rather than having to share. We LOVED having a view of the Eiffel Tower from both the bedroom and dining area. Watching it twinkle late at night was a highlight of our trip. (In summer, it only twinkles at 11pm, 12am and 1am - for 5 mins each time - when most people are home!) The heated towel rail in the bathroom was nice too.

Our stay was phenomenal! The staff was kind and extremely helpful. The apartment was beautiful and the balcony views were fantastic. The metro was nearby and easy to use to get to all locations we wanted to visit. We walked late at night and it was quiet, but did not feel unsafe. I would love to book again with them next time we visit!

Dirty bathroom with terrible smell. Stained sheets. Unconfortabie matres. Dirty kitchen specially the refrigerator. They just dont clean!!! To far from the metro station 12-15 minutes walking. The customer service was really bad. Specially from Clara at the reception desk who clearly doenst want to help at all. If you want the room “cleaned” with new towels and sheets yoy have to pay $22 eu extra and ok, thats their sistem to collext more money from their clients, but not even when we asked they dis clean the room, but we have listwn to clara blaming other staff on the situation. We arrived early at 9am and was able to put our 11 luggage in holding. Told by an employee to come back at 2pm for check in for our 2 reserved rooms. We get back at 2pm and was told check in is at 3pm. So why were we told 2pm? The manager said that employee might not have understood english very well and said thats incorrect. We did get 1 room at 2pm and the room was filthy and the fridge did not work. Waited til 3pm for the next and was told their cleaning crew was 3rd party and didnt have the room ready. As it came closer to 4pm we ended up booking Les Artiste 5 start hotel for less over the phone. As soon as we said we wanted to cancel and the service sucks, we were offered free double room upgrades. Asked for a refund since its the Hotel's fault for not being able to check us in and was told its policy no refunds. So I am working with Hotels.com customer service trying to get my refund now.

The bed was a sofa bed and very uncomfortable and hazardous too. They didn’t mention before our stay that we would have to pay for new towels and sheets. They dont come and clean it. Everything was lacklustre and not very pleasant. Wouldn’t stay here again

The hotel personnel were very professional and guide us through out our trip. Great customer service. They recommended many venues to eat and to visit in out short stay. The room was very spacious and super clean. My kids were able to rest each in a bed. Which is a plus for us. The beds were comfortable and the sheet were clean. The kitchenette was well supplied with all I needed for breakfast. The hotel provided free coffee, chocolate and water. I will recommend this place for a family. The area was nice and therewere stores and bakeries all around us.

Our stay was phenomenal! The staff was kind and extremely helpful. The apartment was beautiful and the balcony views were fantastic. The metro was nearby and easy to use to get to all locations we wanted to visit. We walked late at night and it was quiet, but did not feel unsafe. I would love to book again with them next time we visit!

Aparthotel donde NADIE habla Español cuando un porcentaje alto de sus ocupantes turistas lo somos. 100 cadenas en la TV y ni una sola tampoco en castellano. Preguntas en recepción y te responden que veas cadenas en inglés. Con un problema surgido, su respuesta es nula e incluso molestos por solicitarlo. En la habitación correcta limpieza aunque la terraza tiene porquería para regalar. Si quieres toallas limpias, o esperas 1 semana a que las cambien o lo pagas aparte. Desde luego no es equiparable a un 4 estrellas español. Importante y bueno es que tienes supermercados, patisserias y restaurantes al lado. Parada de metro a menos de 10 minutos. Lo mejor, el precio asequible, que está bien comunicado e infraestructura alrededor. Lo peor, el personal que no hace nada por entenderte y comprenderte y nos dió la sensación que por ser españoles, aún menos.

It was our first time in Paris and the Hotel exceeded my expectations. Great location, safe and easy access to Metro, grocery store and restaurants and bakeries. The apartment was equipped with everything we needed, full kitchen, comfortable beds, plenty of towels. The staff is very friendly and helpful. There is always someone available anytime of the day. The water and coffee machines in lobby are an added plus. Definitely recommend!

Our stay, all around was excellent, wish the metro was even closer (8 to 10 min wasn't bad...except in the heat wave we had) I would recommend this hotel anytime , the kitchenette was just perfect for breakfast and any quick lunch and all sort of coffee available free anytime in the lobby. Great

I loved the little kitchen. This allowed us to be able to cook and eat in our room if we wanted. The hotel is a 5 min walk from Metro Line 4 Mairie Montrouge. This line gets you to all the places you want to visit in Paris. Staff were friendly and helpful and there is a bakery right next door for your daily croissant.

The only negative was that the safe in the room was not functioning (message says “Error” when choosing a code). They were not able to fix it during our stay. Everything else was fine. We could even see the top of the Eiffel Tower from our balcony. Breakfast is very expensive (19 €).

Otel muhit olarak güzel ve sakin bir yerde. Metroya 7-8 dk da ulaşılabiliyor. Apart olduğu için biz gelirken kahvaltılık getirmiştik her gün kahvaltı yaptık. Bebeğimiz için tarhana dahi pişirdik. Hemen karşısında market olması ekmek su ve ufak ihtiyaçları karşılamamızı sağladı.
Otel muhit olarak güzel ve sakin bir yerde. Metroya 7-8 dk da ulaşılabiliyor. Apart olduğu için biz gelirken kahvaltılık getirmiştik her gün kahvaltı yaptık. Bebeğimiz için tarhana dahi pişirdik. Hemen karşısında market olması ekmek su ve ufak ihtiyaçları karşılamamızı sağladı.

This property was reasonably priced and our room was fab, with loads of storage space, a bath and a wee kitchen. And a huge tv! The bed was a folded down sofa bed which I found a little uncomfortable. It was super quiet at night and I slept really well. Del alojamiento destacaría un personal amable, con empatía y siempre atentos. En cuanto a los servicios hay una zona común dónde se dispone de té o café totalmente gratuito que es de agradecer. En cuanto a la habitación estupenda también, quizás activaría alguna opción para poder desconectar el climatizador. En general todo muy bien

Our stay was phenomenal! The staff was kind and extremely helpful. The apartment was beautiful and the balcony views were fantastic. The metro was nearby and easy to use to get to all locations we wanted to visit. We walked late at night and it was quiet, but did not feel unsafe. I would love to book again with them next time we visit!
