Annoncé, un peignoir et sandale, mais rien, De même pas de coffre dans la chambre. Nous sommes tombé un jour de défilé Saint-Nicolas et avons tourné 1h30 dans Nancy, car la route était bloquée par la municipalité. Ensuite encore un kilomètre pour reprendre la voiture.

Perfect position once reached ! No notice provided saying that anyone driving with luggage could not get near to the hotel. Directions to the nearest car park with info that guests will have to walk in should be made clear. Otherwise a great hotel.

I booked a superior double room, but the 312 room is very old.and shabby. The two chairs are dirty. The facilities in the room are broken. Overall, the hotel are not well-maintained. Only the place for breakfast is decent.I ranked the hotel 2 star,.because the place for breakfast is beautiful and the staff are efficient and friendly.

The hotel employees/staff were all very friendly and extremely helpful! The hotel is beautiful although the floor in our room did slope a bit. However if you consider the age of the building it’s a little understandable and it didn’t make our room any less comfortable. We had a full view of the square. The room was a good size and very clean. The hotel buffet breakfast was great with a lot of variety and consistently delicious each morning! We had carry on luggage only and it was an easy walk from the train station to the hotel. The hotel is perfectly located and the surrounding area wonderful to explore!

Wir hatten ein Deluxe Zimmer gebucht und bekamen ein Zimmer mit Blick auf die Wand gegenüber auf der Homepage wird es sehr unklar damit geworben, dass man einen schönen Blick auf den Platz hat. Als ich dies reklamiert habe, wurde mir ein Upgrade gegen einen Aufpreis von 60 € angeboten. Ich habe den Eindruck, dass dein Programm ist die Erwartungshaltung der Gäste über die Webseite hoch zu schrauben, um dann noch mal Kasse zu machen, in die man ein mittelmäßiges Zimmer angeboten bekommt. Mit dem Gepäck müssen sie sich selber helfen. Es gibt kein Gepäck Service. Das Frühstück ist in Ordnung. Letztendlich profitiert das Hotel über den Charme der alten Zeit

Le jour de mon départ, vendredi 23 juin, j'oublie le chargeur de mon Mac à l'hôtel. Le samedi 24 juin, j'appelle la réception, qui me confirme que la gouvernante l'a mis de côté, et que je peux venir le chercher. Mardi 27 juin, je fais un détour de 40 kilomètres pour venir le rechercher. La réceptionniste ne le trouve pas, appelle la gouvernante, qui confirme que le chargeur est au quatrième; elle redescend, tout compte fait, non, le chargeur est à l'entresol... 45 minutes et quelques péripéties plus tard, elle ne le trouve pas et me promet de me rappeler le lendemain. Comme de bien entendu, personne ne me rappelle. J'écris à l'hôtel, je demande à m'en expliquer avec la directrice, car je suis de l'ancienne école, qui préfère une explication à un avis laissé sur le web. Personne ne me répond ni ne me rappelle. C'est absolument lamentable.

Das Hotel hat seinen ganz eigenen Charme. Wir hatten 1 deluxe Zimmer sehr großzügig, mit Blick auf den Platz stanislas. Das Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen. Das einzige was zu bemängeln ist, es gibt kein deutsches Fernsehen.

Très beau séjour suite à notre mariage. L'hôtel est très chic et le petit déjeuner copieux et varié. Pour un hôtel ce cette classe, nous aurions aimé que la chambre soit un peu plus attentionné : fleurs, accessoires de salle de bain (brosse à dents, dentifrice, ...) car il n'y avait strictement rien sauf du savon liquide en libre service. Nous aurions aussi aimé des peignoirs. Mais nous ne regrettons pas notre séjour.
