Lobby and elevators were under refurbishment. They send an email the day before the stay saying that that a/c wasn’t working. According to other reviews, a/c hasn’t worked for more than a month. So they knew there was no a/c since the day I made the booking and did not say anything.

Avons eu très très chaud, pas de climatisation ni ventilation , l’ensemble des résidents c’est plaint !…. Le bruit incessant du boulevard impose les fenêtres fermées…. Au prix des chambres c’est abusé !!!! Aucun geste de la direction Dommage pour eux, nous hésiterons à revenir ….

It was okay. the ac didnt work but it was clean we were safe and the shower was good

Hotel is going through a refurbishment. Which is fine but due to this there is no air conditioning. Asked if they had a fan but receptionist said No and didn’t care at all. When I said is this good for your clients she shrugged her shoulders. It was 35 degrees and room was super hot. Ended up buying my own fan from a shop across from the hotel. Check before you book if the AC is working. If not avoid and stay elsewhere.

Clean and convenient

This is definitely not 3 stars hotel. As soon as I got to the room, there was a Klenex on the floor. They barely provided toilet paper. We were traveling with an infant and asked for an extra towel. It was not provided. They did not clean the room on the second day at all, they just replenished toilet paper. Staff was pleasant to talk to but did not get anything done. Very upset and frustrating. PS: there are no A/C in the rooms. Do not reccomend booking it during summer. It is basically fall and I had a terrible time. Very hot!

Hotel moderno, personale molto gentile e preparato. Camere pulite. Il riscaldamento è autogestione. In camera c'è una stufetta che devi accendere quando arrivi. Però la camera si riscalda presto

Zimmer wurden nicht nichtig genutzt. Handtücher nicht regelmäßig gewechselt. 2 Handtücher für 2 Personen fürs Duschen und Händewaschen. Verstopftes Waschbecken über 4 Tage. Jeden Tag reklamiert und nichts passierte. Wir haben die Badewanne als Ersatz genommen. Zu viel Kosten berechnet und keine Erstattung bekommen. Ein kleines Zimmer mit einem Stuhl für 2 Personen und eine kleine Abstellmöglichkeit zwischen 2 Betten, so groß wie ein Schuhkarton. Ich verlange die zu viel berechnete Kosten zurück, dafür setze ich eine Frist bis spätestens 10.06.2024. Des Weiteren prüfen wir, ob und eine Entschädigung zusteht.

The bedroom is perfect, it’s large and very comfortable. The service is not so good. The bed linen are not changed. It’s expensive compared with others same price.

The hotel was great. Clean, big rooms, nice staff.

The bathroom had mold, They charged me for an extra holding fee 161$ and breakfast is not included, they did not let me know.

Super chambre en junior suite pour 4 personnes. Très propre et bien décorée. Nous avons eu la bonne surprise de découvrir qu’il y avait même une petite kitchenette (frigo, plaque, mricro onde…) Par contre gros point noir concernant le personnel, accueil très froid, pas un seul sourire lors du Check in ou du Check out. Seul le veilleur de nuit était sympathique car nous avons connu une grosse mésaventure à 22h ; toilettes bouchées qui débordent. Aucun geste commercial par ailleurs Et le service du petit déjeuner, le buffet est à moitié vide et c’est à nous de réclamer de les remplir uns après l’autre car le personnel est trop occupé à parler et rigoler FORT entre eux sans se soucier de nous Si on n’apprécie pas la relation clientèle il faut changer de travail

Lors de mon séjour, ma chambre donnait malheureusement sur la rue principale, ce qui entraînait des nuisances sonores fréquentes, particulièrement tôt le matin. La chambre en elle-même était correcte pour une nuit, mais la literie mériterait une amélioration. Avec mes 115 kg, un lit une place avec un matelas étroit et très dur n'était pas idéal et a impacté mon confort. En revanche, je tiens à souligner la qualité du service. Le personnel a été très à l'écoute et extrêmement convivial, ce qui a compensé les désagréments.

This hotel was abit far from Paris but very accessible by bus and tram. We had no problem going back and forth to Paris. The hotel was nice and clean with friendly staff. They spoke English as well. Our room had a kitchenette. We bought groceries from across the street and made food in the room. Many restaurants, groceries close by within walking distance.

Nice clean place. Quite close to central. Only thing they could improve is parking, having a 4x4 was very tight in the car park. The rooms we're clean and spacious. However there were alot of noises from heating and other vibrations throughout the night.

The breakfast was very limited, barely any options and for €16 euros just not worth it at all. Also the staff were nice but could’ve been more helpful. We initially thought there wasn’t a usb port and forgot our eu plugs, we asked front staff if there is usb port and he said no and advised we go to the shop across road where we got a eu plug and then come back to the room and saw a tiny usb c port. Perhaps he didn’t know since this place is being renovated, but then following morning breakfast no one greeted us for breakfast and we assumed we had it included. So we went in, it was not until we were finished barely eating that she checked and confirmed we did not have breakfast. If someone had just checked before we sat down, we wouldn’t have had the breakfast and it was even more frustrating because we barely ate anything as it was very limited like the only egg was boiled and you had to boil yourself. It would’ve been nice to have at least scrambled eggs. Other than that, the hotel is just a 30-40 min journey out from central on bus but it was easy to travel from as the bus stops were literally close by. Also shops nearby which is handy. I think the let down a bit was the unnecessary expenses that would’ve been avoided if the staff just helped better.

J'ai loué une chambre avec un grand lit, et à notre arrivée c'était 2 petits lits mon chéri et moi n'avons pas voulu en faire tout un plat on a rapproché les 2lits au maximum. En plus l'alarme qui se déclenche en pleine nuit , reveillant mon fils et tout l'hôtel pour un dysfonctionnement d'après eux. Le matin avant mon départ pas d'eau chaude pour prendre la douche dont toilette à l'eau froide pour toute la famille au gant. Parking payant de 60euro pour 1 jour et demi de stationnement. Heureusement le réceptionniste a fait un geste et on a payé moins cher d'ailleurs on le remercie pour ce geste très humain il n'était pas obligé. Le plus dure c'est le bruit des voitures sans cesse puisque la chambre donnait côté route. A revoir le double vitrage n'est pas suffisant, sinon la station du bus est juste en quelques mètres ce qui nous a permis tout de même de facilement se deplacer .

Clean, service ok and breakfast ok will not be returning on my next Paris business trip. Tired room and accommodation in general. Could do with modernizing, bed really uncomfortable and on a busy road. Require triple glaze windows to mitigate the noise from the busy road and been located by a hospital. numerous emergency vehicles travelling to and from. Left feeling very tired and challenged for the working day.

Great stay. The staff were lovely and very welcoming. The room was clean and well equipped. The hotel is located in a great area with stores and many other attractions near by. There is also a station 5 minutes away which is great.

Je vous ai déjà envoyé un mail le 1er décembre ( resté sans réponse de votre part ) pour demander le remboursement de la première nuit . En effet la nuit du ve 28 au sa 29 a été perturbée par des alarmes ( 1h52 et vers 2h05) dans les couloirs de votre hôtel pont de Suresnes . Obligeant les voyageurs a descendre par les escaliers à 2 reprises , à n 'avoir aucune excuse ni la nuit ( le seul gardien occupé au tél à gérer , résoudre ce dysfonctionnement ) , ni le lendemain. Après vous concevrez qu il est bien difficile de retrouver le sommeil . De plus le jour de notre arrivée , la première chambre attribuée au 4 ème étage était non faite . A l accueil une seconde chambre nous a été non attribuée car le pommeau de douche était cassé , enfin la 3ème était impeccable . Je vous demande pour la 2ème fois le remboursement de cette première nuit fortement perturbée par ces alarmes . La seconde nuit s'est déroulée sans incident . Cdt Mr DUBOIS

Arrived at the hotel for our stay only to be told that the junior suite we had booked had flooded that day and we could have 2 rooms adjoined together or nothing at all, no prior notice to give us time to find somewhere else to stay, the manager was rude didn’t even acknowledge me when I was standing at reception with the poor girl who had been left to break the news about the room, adjoined room with twin babies is a no no and the rooms are shockingly small. We didn’t stay here and managed to find an air B&b at short notice thank god a day driving from the uk with babies and then arriving for that. I don’t believe the room flooded sounds more like over booking! Avoid this place at all costs it’s really not worth the hassle, they don’t inform you of problems just let you arrive and deal with it. The manager didn’t have the decency to apologise just proceeded to ignore me, great customer service skills there. The decor had more hostel vibes than hotel, in 30 degree heat the rooms are not air conditioned neither. Avoid at all costs

Mon profil : grand voyageur et habitué des Hotels. J’indique cette information pour expliquer mon avis. L’hôtel est très bien placé. Non loin de l’hippodrome de Longchamps, on y accède en quelques minutes, restaurations avoisinantes abondantes et transports en commun à porté de foulée. En ce qui concerne l’hôtel, il est joli. Beau lobby, belle salle de restauration et petit déjeuner. L’accueil a quant à lui était certainement le plus mauvais accueil de mes séjours dans un hôtel. L’agent d’accueil n’a fait preuve d’aucune sympathie et ne me regardait pas. J’ai payé et on m’a donné ma chambre. La chambre n’est pas une grande merveille non plus. Deux lits séparés, tout ce qu’il y a de plus simple, la décoration est inexistante et la chambre était globalement propre. Cote salle de bain la propreté est bonne. En revanche, à ma grande surprise, pas de serviette de bain. Une mini serviette était à ma disposition pour m’essuyer les mains et … du coup tout le corps. Le petit déjeuner est un buffet, avec une offre classique et l’accueil a été, ici, en revanche très bon. Globalement mon avis est plutôt partagé pour cet établissement, vu le coût proposé je m’attendais vraiment à autre chose.

Gutes Preisleistungsverhältnis, nette Gegend direkt an der Saine und mit dem Fahrrad ist man auch schnell in der Innenstadt von Paris. Sehr zu Empfehlen: A Deux Mains by Elio & Franck, ein Bäcker in Fuß-Nähe mit leckeren Baguettes und anderen Gebäckstücken

Gute Lage des Hotels. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel wie Bus und Metro in der Nähe. Verpflegung vor Ort ausbaufähig. Frühstücks Service komplett überfordert mit Besucher. Lange Wartezeiten auf das Essen oder Besteck.

La chambre est correcte, le lit est bon. L'hôtel est calme. On n'entendait aucun bruit. Petit déjeuner varié ( la brioche est délicieuse) L'hôtel est bien situé dans un quartier commerçant.

Would definitely stay here again. Staff was friendly. Accomadating. Close to public transportation. Room was very clean, very comfy beds. Bathroom was very nice & clean. Restaurant downstairs was great!

Waren dort für ein Training von einem Partner von uns. Wir haben das Hotel ausgesucht, weil es einen Parking im Hotel besitzt. Zimmer sind gut und das Hotel liegt auch gut (3 min weg von der T2 Ligne). Frühstück ist auch sehr gut und bietet ziemlich alles, was das Herz begehrt. Service ist sehr nett und angenehm.

I’m not incredibly picky, but this hotel is just barely ok. I like that it’s accessible to public transport. There is no AC, which is normal at a lot of hotels. The problem is that it’s also too loud to leave the windows open, so it’s incredibly stuffy. There were heat advisories during the time of my stay, so maybe it’s not always so uncomfortable. The room was clean and the breakfast is good if you get there early enough. I waited until the last hour of breakfast one day and didn’t have much to choose from, but when I went early, it was nice. On the last night of our stay, the fire alarms went off, which actually took us until we smelled smoke to notice because the street was so loud. We evacuated to the ground floor while a fire team took care of the issue, but there was no announcement or information from the hotel. When they cleared the smoke, we were allowed to go back to our room but didn’t have electricity for a long time. None of this was the hotel’s fault, but everyone was confused and there was no communication happening except among guests. We were all trying to find second languages in common to speak to one another to try and discover what was going on. I got most of my information from French speakers who also spoke Spanish (because they could understand the firefighters). It would have been nice for the hotel to have made an announcement. I’ve stayed at a lot of hostels and I think I’d just go with one of those next time before booking this hotel again.
