We stayed at Premiere Classe Paris Ouest - La Défense Suresnes and overall had a good experience. The facilities were clean and spacious enough for the price, nothing too luxurious but okay. The elevator was a bit tricky—you had to scan your card to go up, but sometimes it wouldn’t register properly. We had to scan and press the button multiple times to get it to work, which was a little frustrating. Our room was nice, though we didn’t get the Eiffel Tower view. The host was kind enough to check for us, which we really appreciated. Despite not speaking French, the staff was very accommodating and friendly, making communication easy. The room wasn’t huge, but it was adequate for our needs, and we liked the window, which let in fresh air. The heater wasn’t necessary, but it was nice to have just in case. The private bathroom was a great bonus for the price, but the shower design was a bit inconvenient. The barrier wasn’t deep enough, causing water to spill out onto the floor, which made the small bathroom a little uncomfortable to use. That being said, for the price and location, this was a great stay. There were minor inconveniences, but that’s expected at this price point. If I don’t find anything better in the same area next time, I would consider staying here again!

This property was worse for any American specially when it is summer and outside is 90 degree temperature. This hotel has no Air Conditioner or fan . And if the hotel has no Air conditioner or fan during middle of the summer and outside is 90 degrees temperature then you understand what I am trying to say. It is my horrible experience in my life . The room was not clear at all and 4 night I was staying they do not give any towel . In the toilet there is no soap or shampoo. The toilet space is just like airplanes toilet. It is not gonna say hotel . You can call hostel . But this people of the hotel calling this property Hotel so people can book it . I was rented two room almost paid $890 and the staff told me entire hotel has no central AC or Fan during the summer . You have to open the window that is the only option . I’d you buy the water from the vending machine than you realize the water is not cold at all . It was ruin my entire holiday. Worse worse worse . Never going to stay in Paris during summer time . They are very cheap .

Currently thr place it is going under renovation which menas they're are really loud starting at 8am! I am on vacation! This is a big inconvenience that at 8am there are worker already doing work next to my room, if they knlw this is going on do not give rooms that are next to the work that it ia being done, no A/C on the apartment, and the worst you have to pay to park in the hotel! I am paying already for my stay and I need to pay more for that, this is bad service, apartment are really small and shower are soooo small....not coming to this place again, look for something else.

Nuit unique pour une formation sur la Defense. Hotel propre rénové. Quartier en travaux qui sera sûrement sympa quand ce sera fini. Il y a une superette carrefour pas loin. Chambre tres bruyante, mal insonorisée, j'ai l'impression d'avoir dormi sur le boulevard qui est tres bruyant la nuit (proximité des urgences Foch et du commissariat de quartier). Par ailleurs, chambre encore en rénovation, le miroir de la salle de bain était encore dans le carton posé dans la salle de bains. Il y avait encore de la poussiére un peu partout. Pas de telecommande mais le personnel très aimable a fini par en trouver une dans une autre chambre. Petit dejeuner tres correct, complet. En résumé, hotel propre, en cours de rénovation mais tres bruyant.
