Stayed for four nights then two more a couple of weeks later. There are nice sliding doors to enter the hotel, and in the window beside the front door, a very large near-dead Pothos plant ... dried out leafless vines, visible "support". That is pretty much emblematic of this hotel. The series of pleasant, efficient, multi-lingual young women we met who handle the front desk (and breakfast) do their job very well. The breakfast is fine for the price. I only saw two rooms, one if which was fine, if basic. The other had problems with the ventilation, a tiny closet with a new toilet and door with a big gouge (impact from something large?), along with a "shower" which was a bath with a hand held shower head set up as a shower but if used as such would flood the room. There were two mirrors, a new sink, new tub and ONE hook for towels and a naked LED bulb over the sink. Both rooms had long visible cracks in the walls. The beds and bedding were comfortable and clean, but the carpet looked a little unsavory. The public areas of the hotel showed real neglect. There was chipped paint, cracks, chipping and dirt at the base of doorways and baseboards, more unsavoury carpet, etc. The location is excellent and the price is low, but should be lower given the general appearance and amenities, but would do fine if you have no other choice. And the poor plant at the front door needs to be put out of it's misery and replaced

Clean room and bathroom. Water did not drain well in shower and did build up/accumulate in shower basin. Worried it would overflow. Minimal space to hang towels. Hand towel too big. No fridge. Staff very accommodating in providing handheld steamer as well as extra coffee/sugar packets. Close to train and bus station and shops.

We have stayed here many times now and it is our go to hotel when visiting Toulouse. It is in a great location for the city centre, shopping, bars and restaurants. There is easy access to the airport with a bus stop just around the corner. The rooms are clean and comfortable with everything you need for a pleasant stay. If I was going to be picky I would say that a small fridge would be an advantage. I am pleased to say that having made a request for extra pillows and a different room to the last one both of these requests were met and we had a lovely stay.
